Friendly staff in a fantastic location. The rooms are huge with spacious bathrooms, very quiet, and feature extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was a bit below average for an Andaz, but it did the job. One notable downside is the fitness center: we prioritize hotels with good facilities, but here, outside members and personal trainers took up most of the space in an already small gym. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if a great workout space is a top priority, but otherwise, it's a solid stay.
Awesome 5 day stay! Hotels location is perfect and rooms are very nice. Staff is great - our first room was way too bright at night and they immediatly moved us. Their quick help saved our sleep!
Only bummer was no room upgrade. As a hyatt explorist, would of been nice if they ugraded us. It felt like it was due to our 5 day stay. Overall its a great spot, definitly recommend.
My recent stay at Andaz London was absolutely fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, offering direct access on the Elizabeth line straight to Heathrow. The comp social hour was a lovely, thoughtful touch, especially getting to enjoy the seasonal strawberries and cream!! Breakfast each morning was equally impressive, do not miss out on the salt beef bagel! Also what truly sets this hotel apart, is the amazing hospitality. The entire team displays superb attention to detail and willingness to help. Want to give a special shout-out to Rosalie and the restaurant manager at breakfast. They both went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed.
Great hotel! Rooms were excellent, but there was no pool, but it’s still reasonable because it was a 4-star and not 5. Location is so great, very convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Definitely recommend!
A wonderful hotel in London. The location is absolutely perfect, close to a transportation hub and accessible to all the tourist attractions.
The front desk staff is very professional and kind and helpful on all fronts. The room was very large, and we were even upgraded as a Hyatt Globalist member. The breakfast options are extensive and include a wide breakfast selection.
I really appreciate the accessibility and polished service of this hotel and would absolutely return in the future, adding to a wonderful trip to London.
