The services I use:
- Breakfast, it was nice and tasty, but service very slow, no welcoming or explanation how the breakfast works.
- Spa, I upgrade my treatment, the therapist was very good, receptionist, not at all.
- Room service it was very nice, tasty, attentive service.
Just a couple of things, the room I got had not phone signal at all (I don't know about the rest of the rooms), and the "early check out breakfast trolley" was a bit sad (as well they informed me that would be some pastries, when it wasn't (night receptionist told me that they are baking them for the breakfast at 7am..)
Whilst aesthetically this hotel is very picturesque and it’s clean and comfortable, and in a great location, there’s a fundamental issue with the staff to customer and inter departmental communication, which has the customer feeling the need to step in to resolve issues and chase for clarity. It feels like an issue of style over substance. The spa receptionist that took our booking seemed untrained as it was a struggle to receive treatment confirmation and to pay online. We also had to explain our issue to management and desk staff more than once when this should have been clearly stated in our reservation notes.
It was my 1st time staying at Nobu Hotel, and definitely not last. The experience was absolutely out of this world. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. And the customer service, absolutely incredible. Staff is always very helpful and friendly, I had the pleasure of meeting Erel and Dafy at the front desk. They made sure that everything was taken care of for me and they did it with a big smile. For me it was the best customer service ever.
Overall it has been an amazing stay (it's a shame it was one night only) and I would reccomend it to anyone.
Wow, what an amazing experience. Service is amazing, rooms are gorgeous and nicely sized. We also had drinks and apps at the bar downstairs and the cocktails were so well crafted. This locations is AMAZING. it was our first trip to London and I’m so glad we stayed here. Out of the hustle of downtown but easy to get anywhere by bus or tube. Wonderful restaurants in the surrounding area for when you get back after a day of exploring. Can not recommend enough!
Beautiful hotel with rich Japanese influence on the entire building and rooms. The bed was comfortable and pillows soft and abundant. The bathroom toiletries were top of the line soaps, lotions and hair care. Towels were think and soft. In some ways the Japanese aesthetic also made the room a challenge as things are hidden inside cabinets, behind sliding panels and closets. The kettle to make tea or coffee was in a low drawer which I had to set up daily after the room was cleaned. The drawers for clothing was in a closet that required me to hold two doors open to access the drawers. My room had a small round table as the only work surface. The table was fine for eating but not so much for a laptop. The staff are very service oriented and really top line. They helped me through my stay. Overall I would stay there again for the people and service. The room issues are not dealt with breakers but provided the only thing to complain about.
