Good Location! 20 min Uber ferry to westminster. Right across Canary wharf. Staff was friendly and got us checked in early. Rooms were very spacious but need more light. Breakfast at Columbia was excellent. Have 24/7 Gym access, Must recommended.
Staff were brilliant. Free ferry service to Canary Wharf was great. Rooms were clean, hotel in a nice setting looking across the river. Food was good, breakfast was a very good standard given how busy it was.
Excellent hotel, great location especially with the free ferry across to Canary Wharf. Could then get the Uber boat down to Westminster. Breakfast was as good as I’ve had in any hotel. My room over looking the River and Canary Wharf was as good a view as you will get.(room 336). If I was being critical the room could do with a bit of modernisation, furniture etc although was clean and very comfortable especially the king size bed. Took our grandaughter (10 years) who said her sofa bed was very comfortable. All the staff were exceptional from reception through to bar and restaurant. We did have a snack at lunchtime which was very nice and reasonable value. Recommend the club sandwich. Would 💯 stay here again.
Clean, all the staff were welcoming. It was a delightful stay. The breakfast was unbeatable, freshly cooked omelett and poached eggs. They kindly made me a cocktail which wasn't on the menu. The evening meal was delicious. Apart from the machine and cheese, it was dry, no cheese, little to no cheese sauce! Any minor enquires we had, were dealt with very quickly. Excellent location! Free ferry to Canary Wharf. Co op, just a 10min walk away, local pub a few minutes walk away. Overall, a wonderful stay. We'll be back for sure!
We checked in for 4 nights for our anniversary, and the staff couldn't have done more for us. We arrived to a lovely warm cookie, and very helpful staff. They had given us a complimentary upgrade, as well as beautiful swan towels on the bed! The view from our balcony was breath taking, and we could see the whole London skyline in the evening, it was so peaceful. They have an uber boat for hotel residents that takes you across the river for free (although the timetable is off) Drinks were reasonably priced for London, and we would go back 100 percent.
