The 130 Queen's Gate hotel offers luxurious apartments in an excellent location. Our superior suite had a spacious living room with a full kitchen. It was quiet and with excellent a/c in each room. Very central location: Five minutes to the national history museum, ten minutes to the South Kensington tube station. 24h gym and free wifi included. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Simply disrespectful staff to arabs, specially the Indian’s. Very bad management and thieves they don’t return security deposit just because management thinks you smoked. I have never experienced this chaos in a serviced apartment or a hotel in my life. Hotel staff enter your room with out permission and threatens you with the police if you are a bit late for check out time. They also do not have late check out requests and they do not return your deposit.
Neat and tidy. Good amenities in the apartment. Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. The onsite staff were amazing ! Thanks for a great stay.
Booked an apartment for 4 nights, however due to the war in the Middle East I couldn't travel as planned and contact the property and shared the cancelation of my flight asked to be charged for one night cancelation, yet the property management team never got back to me which I find supportive given the situation. if all goes well maybe its a good place any issue don't expect any support .
We’ve recently stayed at this establishment for a total of 6 nights. The location couldn’t be any more perfect as its situated between 2 underground stations (South Kensington and Gloucester Road) and within walking distance of Hyde Park and other touristy attractions (Natural History Museum, Knightsbridge, High Street Kensington, Sloane Square, etc…) Unfortunately this is the best I could say about 130 Queen’s Gate Apartments. The apartment was by all means worn out and outdated and in serious need of refurbishment. The living room carpet was appalling, the conditions of the living room sofa and arm chairs were dire. Without failing to mention the sofa bed did not work and they had to bring an extra bed that made the annoying spring sounds every time I adjusted myself while sleeping. The hot water ran out in 10 minutes so you had to be quick and calculated and that’s if you’re lucky to be first in the shower. The tiles were broken in the kitchen. I mean the photos are self-explanatory. Overall, our experience was average at best and the price is not justified whatsoever. Wouldn’t stay here again that’s for sure.
