11 Cadogan Gardens And The Apartments By Iconic Luxury Hotels

We had a wonderful stay at No. 11 Hotel in the newly refreshed Suite 4, just off Pavilion Road. Firstly, the location is fantastic perfectly situated and area for siteseeing and shopping. The suite itself is beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid out, and has everything you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with lovely sheets and pillows that were so adaptable and made for a really restful night’s sleep. There is also a dining table that comfortably seats 4–6 people, although we didn’t actually get the chance to use it during our stay. The breakfast room is comfortable and welcoming, and the whole team were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. A special mention to Dilasha, who took such great care of us and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautifully refreshed suite, with excellent facilities, a brilliant location and genuinely warm hospitality. We would happily stay again.

He was attentive, professional and genuinely warm, which made our afternoon even more enjoyable. His service was exceptional and really added to the experience. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented and everything was delicious. It was the perfect place for a relaxed and luxurious afternoon. We absolutely loved our experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a beautiful afternoon tea in London. 🤍

I stayed at 11 Cadogan Gardens on the night of my civil wedding last year, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — timeless luxury, elegant interiors, and such a beautiful atmosphere throughout. I was welcomed with a lovely box of chocolates, bubbles, and the sweetest handwritten card signed by Kasia, which made the stay feel even more special and personal. Every detail was handled with such care and warmth. It was a memorable experience for one of the most meaningful moments of my life, and I will always look back on it so fondly. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so magical.

Loved the service and the ambience of the hotel. Rooms a bit tiny unfortunately. Bathrooms are truly elegant. Everyone from the doorman to reception to concierge to staff in the restaurant, is super friendly and nice. Location is unbeatable. You have access to District and other lines. Plenty of cafes around.
