We had an amazing stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens. The suite was beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable, with an amazing king size bed, a lovely sitting area and a little kitchenette. The hotel is on a beautiful, quiet street and has such a classy and cosy atmosphere.
The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel very well looked after. A special thank you to Cecilia, who made our reservation and was so lovely and accommodating.
We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at No. 11 Hotel in the newly refreshed Suite 4, just off Pavilion Road.
Firstly, the location is fantastic perfectly situated and area for siteseeing and shopping. The suite itself is beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid out, and has everything you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, with lovely sheets and pillows that were so adaptable and made for a really restful night’s sleep.
There is also a dining table that comfortably seats 4–6 people, although we didn’t actually get the chance to use it during our stay.
The breakfast room is comfortable and welcoming, and the whole team were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. A special mention to Dilasha, who took such great care of us and made us feel very welcome.
Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautifully refreshed suite, with excellent facilities, a brilliant location and genuinely warm hospitality. We would happily stay again.
A beautiful and charming part of Chelsea. Pavilion Road has a lovely atmosphere with stylish cafés, restaurants and boutique shops, while Cadogan Gardens feels peaceful and elegant. The area is perfect for a relaxing stroll, shopping and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in London.

We had such a lovely afternoon tea at 11 Cadogan Gardens. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful — elegant, intimate and full of character. The decor, the table setting and all the little details made the whole experience feel very special. 🫖✨
A special thank you to Marcelo, who looked after us so wonderfully. He was attentive, professional and genuinely warm, which made our afternoon even more enjoyable. His service was exceptional and really added to the experience.

I stayed at 11 Cadogan Gardens on the night of my civil wedding last year, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — timeless luxury, elegant interiors, and such a beautiful atmosphere throughout.
I was welcomed with a lovely box of chocolates, bubbles, and the sweetest handwritten card signed by Kasia, which made the stay feel even more special and personal. Every detail was handled with such care and warmth.
It was a memorable experience for one of the most meaningful moments of my life, and I will always look back on it so fondly. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so magical.
