Lombok Private Customize Tour

We had a driver called Dicky who was really lovely and charming and very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about local Lombok Life. We customised out tour to go to beaches, a cultural village, viewpoints and a shopping centre. Very friendly and an excellent day out!

We took many tours this trip. Lombok was the most disappointing. If I could do it again I’d to a coastal or beach trip over this one.

We have customized two trips with two drivers: Amaq zen - Hasim and Julian. Both speak English very good and were very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. They have no problem with small adjustments and we get to know a lot about Lombok and Indonesia in general. First trip was Gili Nanggu Boat Trip where they took care about private boat, snorkeling gear and guide and drove us to good snorkeling spots. Second trip was transfer from Kuta to Senaru with stops at Benang Stokel Waterfalls and Pusuk Monkey Forest. Would recommend !

We had a private tour of Lombok. Andie picked us up from the cruise terminal and took us to the village that demonstrates authentic fabric weaving, A Muslim Mosque, the Royal Water Palace and the shopping mall for lunch and shopping. His local knowledge was great and his English was very helpful. Andie made sure we were back in time for the ship departure. Highly recommend this tour as the port is not near any public transport and it's 40 minute drive to the shops.

Asked the driver to pick my trip, left it to him where we're going. I wanted to see the cultural part of Lombok, what i ended up 6 hours non stop drive in the country side. Only stopped once when i demanded for him to pull over so i can stretch my legs, the rest was spent in the car looking out the window.

Our driver Lalu was great. Saw a bunch of waterfalls. He took us to a nice restaurant and helped us order. Driver was super kind and informative

Our guide/driver, EKA, was great. He arrived early and together we figured out what were the best places to visit, (a community village, some beaches and viewpoints). EKA drove safely while sharing many descriptions of the culture and the people in Lombok. Wonderful day!

Mizer our driver and guide did an excellent job taking us to Central, South and West Lombok. He was knowledgeable about our journey and destinations. He spoke good English and was friendly and helpful. We went to the Rice Terraces, and saw Mountain Ranjin from a distance, Sade Village, Seger Hill and the Ocean Blue restaurant. We had an enjoyable time. We felt very safe and relaxed with Mizer. We highly recommend contacting him at 877-6504-4777.

Loved this tour! It was a custom tour where I specified where I wanted to go and how long I wanted to stay. It delivered exactly what I wanted! My guide was converned that we were notdoing everything on my original list, but that was the beauty of this custom tour - I could modify it along the way!

This day trip is a breathtaking loop of Lombok’s raw beauty, offering the perfect mix of jungle adventure and coastal bliss. The morning hike to the waterfalls is a refreshing, misty highlight, while the afternoon at the beach provides a serene, white-sand escape.

We had an amazing experience on our tour with Andra! He made the whole journey so easy and took photos for us. We went to breakfast, saw waterfalls, Narmada park and the traditional weaving village.

We booked a private tour, however, due to the driver’s limited English we were not provided with any advice or information about the places we were seeing. We enjoyed seeing the traditional villages and trying on traditional outfits!

We had a lovely and easy experience with our driver Accook. He was easy going, answered our “touristy” questions and took us to the places we wanted to visit. He took us to rice fields, nice temple, a local village in a nice air conditioned car.

Requesting a 50% refund due to the fact driver/ guide could not speak English; write up states 150,000 Rupiah would be needed per person, we were forced to pay a total of 583,333 Rupiah. If the driver/guide spoke English he could have explained where we were and why we were being forced to pay additional fees. We asked driver/guide five (5) times to return us back to the ship. Requesting Viator help on this matter.

We had some ideas of what we wanted to do, spoke to our driver, yadi, who knew exactly what to do first, and in what order and even advised that we should ignore one of the items as it was almost the same as something else we had planned. This to me shows great care and a very good understanding of what the customer requires and expects. A very safe driver and good communication skills. Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, he knew exactly how to show us a good day.

We were met at the court for an off the cruise boat booking with an easy meet up. Our driver and guide Hashim was knowledgeable, accommodating, and was great to spend the day with. Beware the waterfall was more than what we bargained for on the strenuous hike side with a large amount of up and down steps that were slippery. Half of our party took the motorbikes, and that was well worth the savings of time and expense. The beach that we experienced was unoccupied and scenic. Great for Family play but not anything to snorkel in.

This is an excellent way to see Lombok. Our driver/guide, Gede, was very knowledgeable about Lombok and took us to some fantastic places. He was very considerate of my walking limitations and made sure I enjoyed every stop. We stopped at a local restaurant and the good.

Our driver took us to many amazing places on Lombok. He was a very safe driver, and he was open to modifying the itinerary to satisfy our interests.

We felt age and comfortable with our driver whose name I should have written down. He explained as we drove around and found a spa for us to have a massage. Well worth the experience.

We had complete flexibility planning the day’s itinerary, and Ashir provided the kind of input available only from someone who’s spent his life on Lombok. We visited a beautiful, uncrowded beach and a women’s crafts cooperative off the beaten path. Ashir is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide.

We had the best day in Lompok, loved it more than Bali. I would highly recommend hiring a private driver to take you around to see the sites. It’s also very reasonable, he was on time and got us back to the ship on time. He listened to what our interests were and made sure that we saw the things we were fascinated by.

Great way to see some local culture and tourist attractions. Well worth the money to have a driver take you where you want to go. Our driver Iwan spoke good english which is a great privilege as we are visiting his country and he like many others have learnt another language to make communication easier for us as tourists. We saw,: Tiu Kelep and Sendang Gile Waterfalls, Senaru traditional village, Lombok Wild life Park, Traditional markets and many sights along the way

Great driver, very safe and excellent knowledge of area, saw some great countryside and waterfalls, good car, also had great visit to the rice terraces

Yesterday, I chose to explore the North of Lombok - Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, Bukit Selong and Pusuk sembalun. It was a perfect trip! My guide Aby was very nice, helpful and accompanied me around all the places. He was driving safely and everything was on time. I highly recommend this trip and Aby as guide. :)

Our driver/guide Aby couldn’t have been better. He was super accommodating to an injury we were carrying and made sure we still had the best day. It wasn’t like travelling with a guide, it was like having a friend with us. We visited pink beach and surrounding islands, stopped for a fresh lobster lunch and a bintang. We had the best day and want to thank Aby for making it so special.

I would recommend it! Real life experience, we could see, how do the local people live. The guide January could answer all our questions

Julian was my guide and he is a wealth of knowledge. I learned so much about not just Lombok, but Indonesia as a whole. He was happy to answer all of my questions and shared so much. I really appreciated the other attractions he took me to, in addition to the sites I sent them, because It was such a great experience that I would have missed it had he not recommended them. Importantly, Julian was very kind, had good energy, and made me feel comfortable which was important to me as a solo traveler. Highly recommend, especially if you want to see a lot of Lombok in one day.

This is a fabulous way of seeing lots of things, interesting chats about culture and history, rice fields, waterfalls, markets, weaving village to name but a few. Our guide, Julian, was full of information and enthusiasm. Highly recommended

Poor experience. Driver slept in and did not answer phone during timing of pickup from port. When we finally got in contact with his company they first stated to be patient with traffic (whereas there was none), but did not acknowledge that the lack of communication was really the problem. They then secondly attempted to lie that no one knew about the booking, whereas I had been communicating with the driver the day before. Traffic is understandable, though there was none on the island, but not being available for communication when no one showed up and responding to the issue with “you should cancel then” is inappropriate. I’m sure they will respond to this message with some form of an apology, but I would advise to future guest of the island to steer clear of them and go with another business that is more considerate in real time.

We are so glad we booked this trip! Our driver/guide Julian was very knowledgeable, kind, and had a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed our time with him and felt like we learned so much about Lombok. Julian met every experience/request we inquired about. Thank you so much for a great day!

We had Agus for the day and he has been the best driver/tour guide ever! He organized a day of pink beaches and brought us to Mandalika hill to watch the sunset!

We booked a tour the night before and it was amazing! Our tour guide Agus was friendly, knowledgeable and made our day so awesome! I have a bad ankle and Agus slowed down to help me walk down the waterfalls, very kind. He also took loads of great photos for us and was happy to make any extra stops we needed (even the supermarket on the way back home). Thank you so much!

My tour guide was the loveliest gentleman named Joel. His patience, kindness and thoughtfulness was worth every penny spent. Joel was patient while i asked hundreds of questions and taught me a lot about the history of Lombok. I was unsure how i wanted to spend the day but he chose a lovely waterfall, Sukarara Village, an amazing restaurant with great traditional food and a souvenir shop. The day was supposed to be 8 hours but he went over the top and stayed with us for 11 despite us trying to send him home and finding our own way back. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Joel.

Had the best day! We didn’t know where to go but joel gave us options and knew exactly what where to go. My friend and I decided to have a chill day, saw some waterfalls, had lunch, went to strong women village and learnt the process of weaving, then went shopping. Joel was so kind, beyond helpful and knew a lot about Lombok.

Lombok is a beautiful island and our driver was friendly, knowledgeable and a great, safe driver. Highly recommend!!

Knowledgeable guide. The waterfalls and the nature through lombok are amazing. Hasyim was my guide for the trip and I had alot of fun with him. Very nice and kind person. Visited some ricefields aswell and went through local villages. I also got to try their traditional dressings for ceremonies, Hasyim helping me to get dressed up properly to look like a local :)

We drove a long time, which was under estimated by the driver. The driver did not offer any interesting information during the ride

We enjoyed having a private driver who drove us to the places that we wanted to see. This also allowed us to stay a little longer at some of the great stops. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lombok.

Our driver was nice. He took us to a place that does weaving which was lovely, to a village to see how those people live and to a Hindu temple. We were disappointed in that he did not explain things as we drove along, did not tell us what. bigger buildings were.

We needed a ride to the Wildlife Park and the driver was ready waiting for us at the cruise terminal. I don’t know the spelling of his name but he was very knowledgeable and interesting about life and the history of the people of Lombok. The ride was comfortable but the traffic due to Ramadan was extremely busy and difficult to travel. Our driver did an amazing job to get us back to the ship on time and was very friendly and courteous - thanks

Hasyim was an extremely capable driver/tour guide. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to other potential customers.

We spent a wonderful day in Lombok thanks to our driver August. He took us to Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu where we hiked to the two beautiful waterfalls. Along the way he stopped to buy local fruit for us to taste. We then went to a great beachfront restaurant called Laut Bira Bar & Restaurant and enjoyed pizza and a local dish. We then returned to our ship as we were very tired from the hike. August was a wonderful driver and very informative.
