After introduction and orientation, you'll get suited and booted in a full set of safety gear, including boots, riding jersey and pants, pads, gloves, helmet and goggles. Intermediate and advanced riders will begin the ride to our jungle trails start point. Beginners will have the chance to learn and practice riding in a local disused football field within the village of Pringgarata, before moving to mostly flat on and off road trails.
Hidden waterfall stop off mid way through the day, after a pumping ride through the jungle, expansive views from the top, or join our guides to stretch your legs on a gentle walk to reach the waterfall and enjoy a swim.
Continue the guided ride along the jungle tracks, past Jae Desa Sedau.
We'll take a break at a naturally occurring blue coloured lake surrounded by vibrant, towering trees and vines. Here you can jump off the platform, swim, relax, get hot drinks and snacks.
We'll pass by the traditional village of Pringgarata, riding tracks beside rivers and rice terraces, and between the palm trees.
We'll ride trails through the jungle passing the areas of Lembuak and Tembiras Waterfall. Trails are tailored specially by our guides to guests skill level - beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Had a sick trip. Decided to run it solo and the guide Hendra was an absolute legend. Always made sure I was good to go and made the experience genuinely so fun. Some great challenging single tracks through the jungle, great lunch, beautiful rice fields, and a sick waterfall

I have completed three rides now with Mud N Gears and all have been a great adventure! The team are really fun to ride with and are all expert riders eager to help out anytime someone is stuck! The Tunak ride offered some technical single tracks with spectacular cliff top views over the ocean. The beach riding was fun and the lunch location was great being at a scenic restaurant overlooking the ocean. Jungle thrills had everything, riding through a bit of local town traffic before heading into the jungle where we rode some really enjoyable single tracks. We stopped at an interesting waterfall for lunch and also went swimming at another location. The boys also threw in a couple of hard sections for an extra challenge! Gunung Sasak was truly an epic experience! I asked to do some hard tracks and the guys really put together a ride Iβll never forget! This ride begins at the base of a mountain covered in giant bamboo. The trail is near vertical in some sections and took a big team effort to get all of us through some of the tricky bits. We even had some of the local kids help out pushing the bikes up a slippery rock face! The whole crew were experienced riders in this terrain which ensured everyone got through smoothly. The trail continues to the summit where we had some local coffee made over a camp fire. After descending the mountain we rode some tracks along a river and through some lush farmland and fruit tree plantations. Here we stopped for a break while the guides retrieved and prepared some fresh coconuts direct from the top of the tree for a refreshing drink. I can guarantee any enduro enthusiast would leave this ride completely satisfied!

Did the jungle trek. Entire process from booking through to the experience was seamless. The guides were amazing, always offering to take pictures but always ensuring we were safe throughout the journey, the experience was incredible and me being a first time rider the guides made sure I was comfortable with a manual bike before we set off to the jungle. The route was amazing, through dense jungle, narrow paths, lots of dirt and rocky routes and mud too. Great experience and a really fun day totally worth the money.
Great guides, awesome experience! Did the coastal trail ride, with a friend who never rode a bike before, but they teach you how to do it and in 10 minutes he could ride. The trails were beautiful and really fun.
I did the jungle thrills trip today and it was absolutely amazing. Riding through lombok is an experience you won't forget. They take great care of every driver and the trail is fantastic. Highly recommend! Such a great group of guys. I did the day jungle trip and had an amazing time in the remote Indonesian jungle on some fun trails. Prior offroad motorcycle experience will allow you to get more off-road riding out the day but I have no doubt that the guys would be able to teach and tailor the day for motorcycle beginners, so I would recommend for all up for a challenge. Hopefully I'll be back for more!!
If you love riding dirt bikes or want to give it a try: this the tour you want to book. The company works with local guides that love to show you their grounds. The booking process was easy and totally customisable to my needs. I booked a jungle tour, and: my oh my! we went right THROUGH the jungle. Professional equipment (they provided me with all the gear I needed, as I did not plan on doing this before coming to Indonesia). Very professional staff and most importantly: They want (you) to have fun! I felt very safe and taken care of during the entire trip. They gave great tips/ tricks and I was able to gain true offroad riding experience in a very fun way. We made various stops at beautiful locations and ended the day with a well deserved refreshing swim in a stunning lake with the bluest waters Iβve ever seen. Overall 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

Very fun day! We were 4 friends and 2 of us never rode a bike before, but they teach you how to do it and in 15 minutes you have the hang of it! At first we had to get into it a bit with shifting gears and driving the cross bikes, but our guides took that into account and went slow. Once we mastered it we could go faster! We drove past beautiful authentic villages and stopped several times at beautiful viewpoints. We had chosen the coastal trail (instead of the jungle trail) and my personal highlight was riding on the beach right next to the waterline. We did a lot on our Bali/Lombok holiday (Paragliding, ATV tour, Raftingβ¦) but this activity was honestly the most fun!
The dirtbike tour was amazing. Itβs even an amazing experience if you have never been on a dirtbike before. The team was so wonderful and patient. I recommend the trip to everyone visiting Lombok!

all i can say is... wow!!! what an incredible day with the crew. 2 of my girlfriends and i did the jungle day trip and we had the most fantastic time. the entire day was filled with beautiful views and landscapes, loads of adrenaline and laughter, and the crew looked after us incredibly well - thank you so much! one of my girlfriends had never ridden a motorbike before, and they spent a good 2 hours with her before the tour, teaching her the ins and outs. by the middle of the day, she was charging! i fell off my bike a few times (these parts were my favourite hahaha), and the crew ran to my aide straight away, relieved to see me laughing. they took loads of photos and videos, and i cannot wait to see them all. the lunch was delicious too - not exaggerating when i say the best nasi goreng ive had during my entire time in indo!! after spending a full day trusting in the crew for my safety and wellbeing, i actually felt a little sad to be leaving; felt like we had all created quite a lovely bond in such a short period of time! my girlfriends and i left the tour on an absolute high - we couldn't stop laughing and talking about the entire day. highly recommend doing a tour with these guys - you won't regret it. it's such a unique (and in my opinion, the best) way to explore lombok!

we had a great time and lots of fun with the guy's from Mud N'Gears on our of road 1/2 day trip , the 150cc honda bikes and gear were quit ok and the trails fun with some great views
We had a great time & really enjoyed the day! The bikes were of great quality & everything was very organised! All 3 of us had ridden Semi - Automatic mopeds but never a manual bike. The team taught us really well and made sure to give us pointers when we practiced before we headed off on the trails. We felt safe at all times & had a great day! I would highly recommend it to anyone interested!
Very nice guided Dirt Bike Tour in the south of Lombok. We ride through mountain trails, beaches and fields around Kuta. It was my first time riding a dirt bike (or any geared motorbike) but the instructors have been very helpful and supported you when necessary. The tour was challenging sometimes but we were 2 tourists and 4 instructors so we had a very good tourist-to-guide-ratio and get a lot of support. The views are amazing and I learned a lot about dirt biking. The organization and contact (via Whatsapp or Insta) was also smooth.

The motorbikes and all the gear are very good quality. You might just think to bring sunglasses. The little extra are the amazing pictures and videos you will get after the trip. First time dirtbiking, and it was amazing! Highly recommend going with Mud 'n Gears. I was a bit nervous about the fact that I am quite small, but they got me the perfect bike and clothes. Dirtbiking is pretty exhausting, but we made plenty of stops with all snacks, water and nasi goreng provided. The professional team kept asking us if we wanted more breaks, an easier or harder route, or wanted to stop for another jump in the waterfall. Perfect! Will definitely come back for some stunning trips later this year :)
We were welcomed with coffee and all the gear was already prepared. Full suit, helmet and gloves. The staff was really great ant helpful! The trail was insane!! Quite challenging. After a while we had lunch at the waterfall and took a swim. A bit further another dip in the blue natural pools. We are travelling through Indonesia but last 2 weeks close on Lombok. We will go for another amazing day !

Great custom trip for teenagers. They loved loved loved it! Excellent gear. Not only the bikes, also helmets, gloves, jackets trousers, boots of great quality and in the right sizes. Good communication with Hannah. She adjusted the trip to suit the beginner level of the boys. They took 1 boy on the back. So he could join too although he wasnt confident to ride himself, this way he could still join and enjoyed. The last part was on the beach around sunset. Incredible pics! They even brought a little birthday cake. And a day later we received this edited video of which I share some screenshots of the insta account. So much fun. Thanks to the full crew!

It was the best day ever! So cool to get to know Lombok this way. Starting at Kuta and going to stunning beautiful places with coastal scenery, that otherwise could not have been accesible if not by dirt bikes! The guides are awesome, you feel immediately like in a little group of friends that have been travelling all along. I was on Lombok for 5 days and booked the coastal tour at short notice. It was easy and straightforward. The organization of the tour was great. The equipment fit and was in good condition. The bike was also great and well maintained. The whole day was really fun and the guys put a lot of effort into everything and took cool photos and videos. Absolute Recommendation!

In the morning we are warmly welcomed by the crew, we get a nice coffee and we try on our gear. After getting to know the motorcycle, we set off to explore the rough jungle of Lombok. From sloping paths to river crossings, it's all there, we also stop at a beautiful waterfall and take a jump into 'the blue lake'. In other words, a wonderful (heavy) day full of adventure.
