The Beach Club Gili Air

We stayed here at Scallywags Resort Beach Club Gili Air in June 2026 for 10 Nights and loved it so much. We had our own separate Bungalow, which was so Spacious including a front Verandah & large Indoor/outdoor Bathroom. All the Staff made you feel very Welcome every day & always gave us 1st class Service. Included was a multi course breakfast every morning seaside with a beautiful view to match. The resort is very handy to the main port area but still very quiet & private. Most days we enjoyed Lounging under the sun or Shade of the many trees along the foreshore & snorkelling straight off the Beach. Usually had lunch there with table service to our Lounges all day. I highly recommend this Fabulous Resort to anyone coming to Gili Air. Their Bbq Seafood Menu at night was also Fantastic & Top Shelf as well as many other Vegan & vegetarian choices. What an amazing place! The location is absolutely perfect: you step right onto the beach straight from the hotel. They also have wonderful beach chairs available for you, so you can fully relax and enjoy the sea. But what truly makes this stay special is the staff. Teguh and the rest of the team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and they make sure you feel right at home immediately. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back here!

Very well priced accommodation. Amazing location, right on the beach front. House-keeping deserve a special mention. Shaded sunloungers & very shaded private pool (pool was small and not overly inviting, bit dark, but the sea is right there!), good for families with children. We had a 2 bedroom bungalow- quite, private, spacious, excellent a/c, set in a pretty garden. All staff were super nice including Malachi/Denzel and the team. Booked snorkel trip and boat collected/dropped us to Scallywags beach.

We loved our stay at Scallywags. Walked in off the street after our previous accommodation fell through. Villas are spacious with a super comfy bed, large outdoor bathroom and great amenities with refillable water, tea and coffee, safe and bathrobes. Great breakfasts included and a wonderful vibe and friendly helpful staff. Location was superb being beachfront and ten minutes walking distance to the port. Highly recommend.
