Sotis Hotel Kupang

The reception only nice to foreigners, not helping at all . Room was great, location also great. Room card only one even for twin room. Extra charge for extra card. Need to change the policy.

Honestly this place is awesome to stay in Kupang! I have family here and don’t come that often and been to few hotel already and have hated it every time ahah. But Sotis is amazing getting a room with balcony and beach view gives such a breath of fresh air, the service, pool and breakfast food is good. If I am ever coming back this is the place to be.

Lovely hotel at Kupang, by the beach. I came here with groups from Jakarta for meetings and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room is spacious enough and I love the view to the beach right behind the hotel. It has complete amenities in the room, including free coffee and tea, as well as those in the bath room like hair dryer, hand lotion, and vanity kit. It has safety box in the room, as well as slippers. The pool is nice and you can easily access the beach as well. The breakfast is satisfying, with choices of local and Indonesian food, as well as the oriental and western food. Staff are friendly and helpfull. I love the pool. It's outdoor and big enough, with a view to the beach. The beach is lovely and quite clean. The weather can be very hot so make sure you have your sunscreen The hotel is mostly accessible as well ♿️✅ Parking is available and check in as well as check out processes are smooth.

I stayed last weekend. The all you can eat Japanese brunch was okay.. the drink was lacking ocha (Japanese tea). In the afternoon I enjoyed the sunset after that around 6:10 pm I went swimming but around 6:20 I was informed by the officer that it would be closed in 15 minutes. I asked/confirmed that the posted information was 7 but he was still insistent because he said he wanted to clean it.. finally we stopped swimming. then we asked what time it would start tomorrow? He said 6 am. the next day at 6 before going down we called the receptionist and asked if we could swim? He said I'll check first..we waited for 1/2 hour but there was no news..we called again and asked again..he just said I'll check first but until 8 o'clock there was no news..in the end we canceled swimming..then during breakfast..we ordered fried eggs, we waited more than 1/2 hour, we went to check and said she forgot (even though we saw them bring the same order to foreigners several times)..when they arrived they brought omelettes..really disappointing & ruined our morning mood🥹🥹
