Origin Lombok

My favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely everything was perfect, the staff are so kind and caring and go above and beyond for you. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, spacious and clean. The pool area is the best, so relaxing and quiet with daily happy hour. The food was delicious and you have no reason to leave the hotel if you don’t want to 😍 so sad to leave but looking forward to visiting again one day soon. Thank you so much!! We had an amazing stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Amat, who took such great care of us and made our stay truly special. We also had a wonderful massage and only wish it had lasted longer because it was so relaxing! * The staff are consistently friendly and attentive to guest needs. As a pleasant surprise, the hotel provided a birthday treat in my room on the morning of my birthday. * The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of the Pocari Sport Lombok race venue, which was my primary reason for choosing it. * The water service is a standout feature. The hotel provides large refillable water bottles and staff willingly provide additional bottles upon request, which is convenient for guests who need to stay hydrated. * The room service food was well-prepared and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous and appropriate for the price point. Considerations: * The road leading to the hotel is in poor condition; however, as it is a public road rather than hotel property, this is understandable and outside the hotel’s direct control. * The surrounding area is generally quiet, but noise from The Mandalika Circuit is noticeable during events, which should be expected given the location. * The hot water supply requires some time to come out initially. * The shower area showed signs of inadequate maintenance. The floor, walls, and faucet had an oily residue or buildup, which raises concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. * The rooms do not provide indoor slippers, so guests may need to walk barefoot in their rooms if they prefer not to wear outdoor shoes. * Online or coventional taxi services (gojek, grab, bluebird) are not available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Guests should plan to either arrange a vehicle rental independently or request the hotel to arrange transportation on their behalf.

Amazing. Absolute must stay oasis. Location is only a few minutes from Kuta and in a very quiet location so perfect for us. Just no view which is why it’s not 5 for me, but inside this resort is amazing! The staff all have beautiful energy and are very helpful all the time. Great service, great food, the resort itself is like an oasis you can just stay there all day. Amat was extremely helpful all the time, Usman was very kind. The massages were the best we’ve had, the bar staff were all so nice, funny and really genuine beautiful people. We want to thank everybody at origin all wait staff, bar staff, reception and massage house for everything. We will be back Jimmy and Lacey ❤️
