Naia Lombok

We had a wonderful stay at Naia Lombok! Marls, Agus and the whole team made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and showed us to our gorgeous room, spotlessly clean and so cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable with beautiful sheets. The location is perfect too, right in the heart of Kuta with easy access to restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast was delicious every morning, but what really stood out was the staff. They treated us with such genuine care, making the whole stay feel personal rather than just another hotel visit. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to cater to our every need, from little extra touches to spot-on recommendations for places to visit. A real highlight was the cooking class. We made beautiful traditional Indonesian dishes and had so much fun doing it, a memory we’ll definitely treasure. Highly recommend Naia, we’ll definitely be back!

The team at Naia are truly wonderful. My best friend and I spent nine nights at the villa, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and beautiful stay. It was everything we wanted and more, and we felt so at home from the moment we arrived. Marlisa and the entire team are incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating..nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely go out of their way to make your stay special. There's live music during the week, as well as a lovely dinner party you can join, which is such a thoughtful touch if you're travelling solo and hoping to meet new people. At the same time, Naia is the perfect place to simply slow down, relax by the pool and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location is also incredibly convenient, close to all the main restaurants, while the beautiful beaches are only a short drive away for day trips. We absolutely loved our time here and were genuinely sad to leave. I couldn't recommend Naia more highly, and I'm already looking forward to coming back next year. My friend and I booked a room for two nights in last minute after our Rinjani hike and then extended our stay until the end of our stay in Kuta because we were so happy with the place. The welcome tour and the welcome drink were such a nice surprise, and we even got thermos-bottles that we could refill anytime, so we wouldn't have to buy plastic bottles every day. They have put a lot of effort into the place, you will be surprised with many small but heart-warming gestures and details during your stay! The facilities are kept clean, room service is great and they offer an activity each evening to explore Kuta, its culture, food or language. They have only 6 rooms and a small team, which made our stay in Naia feel familiar and homely. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Especially Agus, Alfaiza and Sugi made us feel like home immediately, whenever we got back to the hotel or when we joined the breakfst table in the morning. Naia cooperates with locals that they trust, such as drivers, surfing instructors, and tour guides. Also the location is really central, so many restaurants, spas, the beach and other cute shops are just a walk away. I would recommend this place to anyone, who apprecietes the attention to detail, a relaxed vibe and values sustainability.

The hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations! It was definitely our best accommodation in Indonesia so far. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent and so delicious. The staff made our day, every single day, with their incredible kindness. If we ever come back to Lombok, we will definitely book here again.
