Cocana Resort

This hotel has had the best service I have ever received. The staff is really friendly and always meet you with a smile. The restaurant and beach club is very good. The pizza is excellent. The housekeeping was beyond what I have ever experienced. They even folded clothes and chargers, and left snacks for us. Sunan and hazwan in the reception was very helpful. They noticed when ever we missed a roomservice do to us having a «do not disturb sign» up, and arranged for later roomservice.

Great staff, amazing views, new renovation, honestly one of the best resorts ive ever stayed at. Food is also amazing at the beach club. I wish i took more pictures but everything was so luxurious and peaceful i barely went on my phone. Gili T is a small island, after going around its entirety, I can confidently say Cocana is the nicest resort on the island and has the most ~vibey~ beach club. Great music, very clean, beautiful sunset views.

We stayed here last year, and as soon as we got back to Italy, we immediately started missing this place. We missed it so much that we simply had to come back this year — this time for one night longer, and staying in the 1-Bedroom Pool Villa! I honestly didn’t think it was possible, but after another 10 days here, we’re already looking forward to coming back again. I have a feeling we’re not going to get tired of this place anytime soon. ❤️ Compared to last year — which was already a truly WOW experience — they somehow managed to make it even better. The team has grown and become even more close-knit, attentive and genuinely focused on making every guest feel special. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had, and they absolutely succeeded! The 1-Bedroom Pool Villa is beautiful: spacious, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. The common areas are constantly maintained and kept immaculate, almost like a temple. Breakfast offers more variety and quality than we’ve experienced at many other 5-star resorts. And the Sunset Beach Club is simply the perfect place to enjoy both the beach and the sunset. Even better, you can enjoy the excellent food from Cocana while relaxing comfortably on the sun loungers — absolute perfection. I’m incredibly grateful to Alain (always such a pleasure to see you again!), Adi, Toni, and the amazing Laura, whose smile instantly puts you in a good mood. I stayed for a week in June and can honestly say this was the most magnificent holiday ever. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, every single staff member was friendly, attentive, kind and genuinely cared about making my stay special. One of my favourite parts of the week was hiring a bicycle and exploring the area and breakfast each morning felt like a special occasion. What was truly touching was when I was at checkout I mentioned to Febrian and Laura how much I love turtles and they gave me a beautiful soft toy turtle to take home. What a thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the kindness of everybody here, including Miley at breakfast Daren and Hadi collecting my bags and all the rest of the team. I’ve recommended the resort to a friend who will be visiting with her family in November and I plan to return next June with another friend that’s how much I loved it. Thank you to all the beautiful humans who made this the best holiday ever. I am so grateful and cannot wait to come back.
