Reviews
We stayed in a double room for one night. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable, but not super clean and the furniture was quite old and basic. Breakfast was decent.
The hotel has a lovely pool, a small private beach and a beautiful sunset view. Unfortunately, the beach was very very dirty and covered in rubbish, which the staff didn’t seem to clean - doesn’t make you want to go for a swim or even a walk. The neighbouring section of the beach was even worse. It’s a real shame, as the location has so much potential! Could be improved
nice hotel 10 mins out of the city centre, which you can reach by a 100k IDR taxi trip. Very nice garden and pool by the beach. The sea is not amazing since is the harbour bay of labuan bajo. Rooms arw nice and clean, breakfast is ok but could be better with the add of yogurt and some more fruit. Staff suoer great and very helpful!
We stayed here for a total of 4 nights. The rooms are well kept, the higher floors all have a view to the beach. Even though it doesn’t have full view of the bay like hilltop hotels, it does have amazing beachfront sunsets. A bit far from the main town area but you can take a gojek or taxi, or a 20-30 minute walk. A great relaxing resort experience and value for money. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
I loved staying here at the Bintang Flores Hotel! The hotel pool is absolutely beautiful and has a lovely view of the ocean. Sunsets are gorgeous here! It’s also a good location for excursion pick ups and drop offs. Bintang, a trainee, was super helpful, kind, and spoke great English! He was good at boosting your mood as well which is nice if sometimes you have a stressful travel day. 🙏❤️ The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was bountiful with plenty of vegan options. The guava juice is 10/10 here. Special thank you again to Bintang and Rio. Y’all are awesome and really made our stay that much more enjoyable! 😊
Great location and family room with just one area for improvement
We stayed in the family room for 7 nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent and very convenient. The room itself was spacious, and having two shower areas was absolutely the best feature! The two single beds and the queen bed were firm and very comfortable.
The only area that needs improvement is the deep cleaning. We noticed cobwebs under the bed, and on one of the nights, we actually saw a big spider in the room. The daily housekeeping could definitely be more thorough under the tables and beds. Overall, a wonderful stay, but a bit more attention to detail with cleaning would make it perfect.
