A beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel, stylish swimming pools, a lovely coffee shop, and excellent breakfasts. Our room was very nice, although it faced a noisier part of the street, but I certainly don't consider that the hotel's fault, and we quickly got used to it without any problem.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and faultless throughout our stay. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. If fate brings us back this way one day, we would be very happy to stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Aruna Senggigi! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, we were greeted with welcome drinks and our bags brought to our room. The resort is very pretty and the gym is very complete for a hotel! The breakfast brunch was a highlight, there is SO many options and it was actually very good! We were very impressed. The only "downside" is that the walls are quite thin if you have "bad" hallway neighbours, but that's not the hotel's fault. We would recommend this place to everyone!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aruna Senggigi! Everything was perfect from start to finish.
The entire team was amazing — so kind, welcoming, friendly and always smiling. Everyone was incredibly attentive and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
A huge thank you to the whole team for your kindness, professionalism and all the little touches that made our experience so special. ❤️
We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely keep wonderful memories of our stay at Aruna Senggigi. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨
We had a wonderful stay at Aruna Senggigi Resort & Convention. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The only small issue was that our room wasn’t ready until later than expected, which delayed our check-in. However, the rest of our stay more than made up for it.
Great facilities, excellent service, and a fantastic experience overall. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lombok!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The location was convenient. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. A special thank you to pak Yeyen, the General Manager, for his kindness in upgrading my room. Excellent
