Amboise Discovery Segway 45mn

Nicolas is a natural to train on the Segway and show guests around the charming and amazing town of Amboise. I can't think of a better way to see such a beautiful place. In fact, I've found myself looking for other Segway tours as I travel (although I'm sure few could match Nicolas' ease and engagement). We had 3 on our little tour (all "senior" aged...) with 2 never having even seen a Segway. In a few minutes, we stopped thinking about the machine and really began enjoying the whole experience and feeling of freedom. We loved every minute of the excursion and absolutely recommend it!

David was a great instructor and tour guide. We had nervous family members and he led us with patience and humor. We learned a lot about Amboise too!

Nico, was a great guide, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all good fun. We thoroughly recommend this as a great way to view the city

Well worth doing even if like me you have never been on a Segway. Nicolas was an excellent teacher. A lovely way to see local attractions in just 45 mins.

This was an exceptional experience. Nicholas was amazing, it was our first time on Segway’s and his instruction and patience was excellent. Nico also adapted the tour to what we wanted to do. Only told after paying for the ticket that it had to be at 10am. Emailed to ask for a later slot as we were driving 2hrs to get there but told no. Emailed in the morning to say the traffic was busy and we didn't know where to park, asked for advice - none given. Managed to arrive in Amboise and had to find parking which took 15/20mins, running to segway when got an email to say it was cancelled due to his schedule. Had lunch and had to drive home. Not accommodating AT ALL.

Our guide and business owner was so friendly and helpful. We have never rode segways and he had us ready to go in 5 minutes with clear instruction and helpful tips. The tour was a great way to preview the town of Amboise and a great way to start off your trip. Informative, funny and friendly, our guide made this experience a highlight of our stay.

We had a fantastic time in our Segway tour of Amboise. Our guide Nicolas, was very accommodating, friendly, interesting and funny. Our tween and teen thought it was an awesome tour and so did my wife and I. Nicolas made it easy to get (re-) acquainted with Segway riding and the tour itself was fantastic to see Amboise, which is beautiful. Highly recommends this tour!

We were only two in our tour with David. He was fantastic. Taught us so much about the history of Amboise while safely maneuvering the streets. We were both first time Segway users and David was great at ensuring our comfort and made the trip really fun!

We enjoyed a fantastic tour of Amboise on Segways with our knowledgeable and friendly guide David. It was a perfect activity for our family of 4 (two teenagers) to learn more about this beautiful place and have fun riding the Segways up and down the narrow roads. David did our tour in English, which he spoke perfectly. Highly recommend.

We got good explanations on how to use the Segway. Then Nicolais told a lot about the history of Amboise and the tour became cozy with the humor. Certainly the trip up and down the mountain is very nice and you see a lot. Highly recommended!

I was a little apprehensive at the start of the activity, very quickly dispelled by our guide David who takes the time to explain the segway. Excellent walk in Amboise. At first not very serene, because I had never done it, I was very quickly reassured by our guide during the discovery of the segway before the walk. Once on the way we loved it, we learned a lot about the city and its history during these 1h30! And this in joy and good humor! Thank you for this moment!

Great walk in the small streets of the charming town of Amboise. The guide is super friendly and tells us the history of the city and anecdotes during the ride. I recommend!

Very pleasant ride, quick grip of the Segway, super efficient for a pleasure ride in all situations. Considerate facilitator and good teacher. Humor is a bonus. Yeah, good! We would have put it back on one of their other sites but the week is over 😭

The +: - the companions are at the top (nice, funny, reassuring) - the circuit is nice and suitable (not in traffic) - free parking nearby -not reassured the first 15 minutes, I didn't want to give the segway back at the end - we have some tourist comments during the tour - prompt answers at the time of booking The - : Don't see any...! Fantastic I was apprehensive because I know a bad sense of balance. The grip of the segway is actually superfast. The visit of 45 minutes very pleasant and fun with a funny and reassuring guide. To be redone without delay..

We had booked the complete tour of Amboise (90 minutes). We were in a couple, with our guide Nicolas, who offered us a beautiful walk, with good humor and humor, and many informative explanations throughout the tour! We had a great time, we highly recommend this activity! The Segway was an ideal way to visit Amboise!
