The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. My room was spotless, the bathroom was fresh, and the common areas were tidy throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable hotel.

My friends and I (4 of us) booked two rooms. My first impression wasn’t too good as we were given a smaller room with queen sharing bed. (Our booking was a bigger room with double bed n a double sofa bed, but the staff told us that the sofa bed was for kids😅) After comparing my friends’ room, we requested for a change of room and was given a bigger room. This hotel is basically a no frills hotel, no refrigerator and no aircon. (Aircon only started in May). The room was quite stuffy. The corridor lights were motion sensor, so it was very dark unless someone passed by. I think the selling point for this hotel is good location with spacious rooms. Is convenient to get around nearby towns/ cities as it is just next to train station.
Quiet place, close to the station. Room was quite big, bright and well equipped to be able to realize my professional meetings. Breakfast was good, in a spacious restaurant' room, with a good diversity of sweet, salty stuff, including fruits and veggies, eggs and bacon, pastries, French breads and croissants,... A little minus for the "fake" scrambled eggs, based on dry powder.
Although it's close to the train station, the windows are very soundproof, making it almost noiseless. The service is friendly, the room is clean and the bathroom is well-equipped. But we just not sure why there's this strange device on the wall ?
My stay at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to guests. Upon check-in, I was given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. After raising a complaint, I was moved to another room—only to find it significantly smaller than what I had booked. When I brought this up, the staff told me that since I had rejected the first room, I had no choice but to accept this one. After multiple rounds of complaints and back-and-forth discussions, I was finally assigned a third room, which still didn’t match my original booking. To make matters worse, the key card didn’t work, and I had to go back down to the front desk again. During all this, I had to move up and down with four large strollers seven times. Not once did the front desk staff offer help or even an apology—in fact, they were laughing during the entire ordeal, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The final room had just one towel in the bathroom and a single 500ml bottle of water—completely inadequate for two guests. Overall, the service was appalling, and the attitude of the staff made an already stressful experience even worse. I would not recommend staying here.
