Nice half day trip from Zagreb. We got to the castle early before the large group of tourists arrived. Samir was a good guide. We had plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the beauty of the lake. The boat ride to the island was a highlight.

We got to the boat landing a little early so he took us down to a boardwalk and let us walk along the lake and meet back at the boat landing. Those were the best views of the castle and the church. Our guide (I wish I could remember his name :( ) was so knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire day so much fun. The views the church the castle are all breathtaking. And the free cake and drink was an extra bonus. That was worth the price of the entry of the castle alone.

We had a really great experience with David, he picked us up from our hotel and planned the perfect half day trip to the castle, then a boat trip to the island and church, and finally a walk along the promenade. Our guide was very informative and flexible to work with our needs with 2 young kids. We had a really fun day and look forward to returning!
This is a short trip, hence very relaxed and leisurely. Our guide David was wonderful and very empathetic to my mobility challenges, even though I had not discussed it with him. David was very knowledgeable about the area and its history. The Pletna boat ride was fun, as was the visit to the island in the centre of the lake. We were back in the city by lunch time. Thanks to David for making this a great experience!

Nice and relaxing escape from Ljubljana. The lake is absolutely worth the visit, it’s gorgeous. Our guide, David, was attentive and kind. Shared with us so much about the area and it felt like a visit with friends rather than a guided tour where one is often rushed. Highly recommend it!

Brilliant visit to Lake Bled- perfect amount of time spent for the castle, on the boat and on the island. The trip started early in the morning which meant we were able to get to Bled quickly without it being too busy! Would definitely do this trip again and can’t recommend it enough

The guide made the trip wonderful. There was a bit too much walking for me at the castle, but it was no problem as he directed me to a nice place for coffee. The time at Lake Bled was amazing as I was able to sit by the beach and relax with an iced Coffee. Pick up and drop off was perfect. I arranged another excursion with the same company.
Matej was a great tour guide! He knows a lot about Slovenian and Bled history. He is a very enthusiastic, entertaining, and engaging tour guide who loves what he does and it shows! I had a great time while crossing an item off of my bucket list. This is a wonderful way to see Lake Bled and highly recommend doing this when you come to Slovenia.
We were lucky to get an exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly guide, Alina. We loved her cheerful commentary all through our rides. She kept us riveted with very interesting tidbits on the history, geography and generally all aspects of living in Slovenia. A very warm and a genuinely good person. Truly can’t express how much we loved this trip. The destination itself was like something from a movie- definitely our favorite sight from our 4 days traveling to different European cities. Aside from this, our guide Matej couldn’t have been more lovely to not only bring us from place to place, but give us detailed and masterclass-level information about the history of Slovenia/Bled/things we saw as we went along. He was beyond pleasant to talk to, took amazing pictures we’ll remember forever, and sounds like he he really cares about the knowledge he shares. This day trip from Ljubljana was perfect. Samir, our driver and guide, was personable, informative, interesting, and inquisitive. We did the castle, boat ride to the island, and walk around the southwest side of the lake. The amount of time for each activity was perfectly paced so nothing felt rushed nor too long. I would recommend this for anyone.

We had a fabulous day tour to Lake Bled and the Castle. The views of Lake Bled from the castle area are simply stunning. It is difficult to find the words to describe how beautiful it was. I had seen photos of Lake Bled when I booked the tour but seeing it in person was truly magical. I recently spent five weeks in Europe and the Lake Bled tour comes in first equal place with sailing out of the Bay of Kotor. Our guide Matt was very personable and looked after us all well. His knowledge and passion of the history of Slovenia was superb. While others from our group had gone elsewhere I asked Matt about the breakdown of the old Yugoslavia and he spent at least 30 mins explaining the distant and more recent history to me and I really appreciated the time he spent talking with me. It gave me a huge insight into what has made Slovenia into the country it is today. I can thoroughly recommend using this company to visit Lake Bled, the days beauty and history I learned from Matt will stay with me for a long time.
An incredible experience from start to finish! Our spectacular guide organized the itinerary perfectly. They drove us (8 of us) right up to the castle, completely saving us from the grueling 350-step uphill walk. On top of that, the agency treated us to a free cream cake (kremšnita) as a sweet reward. On the island, we visited the charming church and got to ring the famous wishing bell. Bled is absolutely breathtaking! This tour is a must!
