It's a great trip with beautiful visits to both lakes. Quite a drive so take a snack or 2 however our guide made a stop at a bakery for us to get some stuff before lunch. Boat trip across to the island although only about 15 mins there and the same back, we thoroughly enjoyed it and the views are stunning. Our guide was fantastic, great knowledge and friendly. Would highly recommend

Wow! Such an incredible trip! Our guide Veronica, in particular, made the trip so special. She had such amazing energy and was very knowledgeable. We done the trip backwards so we started at the waterfall and then on to Lake bohinj, and finally lake bled and the castle. It meant we could see how bright the lake was when the sun was beaming down on it. The colour of the lake felt almost unreal. The pacing of the trip was also very well thought out, we had plenty of time at each stop with time to explore on our own. Veronica catered to everyone’s preferences giving people different options and recommendations if they didn’t want to do the same things. Cannot recommend booking this trip enough! 10/10 all round! Where good shoes for the hike the falls. Make sure you take time to enjoy the scenery along the way. It’s not a race.

We had mixed review as a group, some thought it was not value for money, and that the guide was not knowledgeable enough. Others thought it was a good day out, and the guide confessed he was new.

Tour was superb. Our guide Rok was really good with explanations, history and information during the whole trip. Views in the area and at Bled castle superb. Waterfall was not at its best due to low rainfall, but still worth the trek. Lakes Bohinj and Bled were really good. Weather was good and could swim in lake bled. Definitely worth a visit

First thing was the trip was fantastic. The tour guide made the entire trip. It’s hard to pronounce his name. He was 25 years old. He was absolutely fantastic. I think it was Kolja something like that. You know he made our experience wonderful. One thing I would recommend via a tour explaining to the traveler is that the waterfalls is a hike and that recommending hiking boots would be advisable as I went in sandals Unknown that it was a hike uphill. It was truly a great experience and highly recommended.

It was lovely to see two lakes and the waterfall. It was all worth seeing, but it was a busy day with a tight schedule. We enjoyed the trip and we're glad we joined it! Remember, there are extras to pay, so bring cash.

Ozbe was an excellent guide for a beautiful day to Bled, the castle, waterfall and great sights along the way. Very knowledgeable and kind. Delicious food along the lake. Water was perfect for a swim in the afternoon. Slovene wine is the best!

A fabulous small group tour with Luca, who was an excellent guide. You do need cash (not card) for the optional castle visit (with fantastic views of Lake Bled) and boat trip though. I think this should have been made clear up front. Highly recommended tour though. We had a fantastic day!

Nice tour and guide was pleasant. We spent a lot of time in the car and the guide did not offer much in the way of the history of Savica waterfall or Lake Bled, but still enjoyed the sights. No time carved out to get a proper lunch so bring good or grab something quick at the waterfall.

8 in a group very comfortable vehicle. Great tour guide. Very enjoyable day involving beautiful scenery. Involves going up/down multiple steps to get to the waterfall. Castle has beautiful views. Tasted the local pastry very nice If you don’t wish to go for a swim. People watching and obviously the view is great.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the Lake Bled excursion. Overall, the trip was amazing and well worth the price. The scenery was beautiful, the day was nice, and the historic architecture and structures were beautifully designed. Booking the ticket was a very easy process, though I didn't initially realize it was a 10-hour excursion. Our guide, Benjamin, was very informative, and I really appreciated the freedom we were given to roam and explore the area.

This was a wonderful day spent visiting the sites of Slovenia outside of the capital. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, engaging and really spent time connecting with his passengers. He is very proud of his country and eager for us to see aspects of the countryside and villages we would not have seen unless he had taken us on small detours. The locations were stunning! The day went to schedule returning to Ljubljana on the 10th hour. Thank you for a fabulous day!

This tour was magical, mostly due to our amazing tour guide, Neza, who was not only informative but also maintained a great pace so that we had plenty of time at each location as well as break between the various hikes we did. Each spot produced excellent photos. I definitely would highly recommend this tour. You should definitely come prepared to swim in the lakes during your free time or see if there’s enough time for parasailing!

We've been on maybe 50 tours and have pretty low expectations. This tour was one our least favorite, and mostly it stems from a lack of care as most of the issues could be easily fixed. The 2 stars is for the scenery, which was beautiful, but very little value here for the price. We got home on time as well, which was appreciated and is not always a given. Cons: 1. Agency verified we needed a car seat 2 days prior. Great, our kid is 4 years old. Day of the tour there is no car seat. I messages them and they respond immediately, "it's there, ask the driver." We ask him to which he replies "Sorry I don't have one. I was surprised when I saw you had a kid. Message the company." Way to be prepared! i messaged them back and to date they've never responded. Mind you, driving a van without a car seat is illegal in Europe. I eventually asked them another non-related question and they responded right away. It's clear they didn't care, no apology, nothing to make it right, and they were happy since they got their money. 2. The company website lacks clear details. There was absolutely no mention that we needed cash to see Lake Bled castle until we got on the bus. Apparently company policy, but not a single mention of it on the website or in any of the booking reminders sent 3 months after booking. If you filter through reviews you will see this complaint for years in non 5-star reviews, to which the company has respond they will fix it. They haven't, they won't, again doesn't seem they care to improve. We missed out on seeing things on our tour because we didn't have cash and refused to pull out money at a 20% markup at the scam ATM the company took us to. Tour guides attitude toward the issue was Oh Well. 3. The tour "guide" was not a guide. He said his training amounted to riding with other guides a few times before going solo, and it showed. Didn't seem to care much about our experience. Didn't hear a word he said when walking around because he spoke while walking facing away from the group. He clearly made up answers to questions he didn't know the answer to (saying I don't know is fine!). We actually had to dictate to him where we wanted dropped off at Lake Bled because it was clear that customer experience was not important, and upon asking him he was going to drop wherever it was convenient for him. Typical basic things that tour guides do: do you want a picture of your group, let's stop here and get a picture, etc, we had none of it. I would rate 40 of the 50 tours we've done as a 5 out of 5. Our bar is pretty low. I've been wanting to see Lake Bled for 10 years, and it was my least favorite day of the trip.

Idyllic Temperate Forest experience

Just got back from this fabulous day out. Our brilliant driver and guide Barbara was outstanding, keeping us well informed about what we were seeing, about the history of Slovenia and many other interesting pieces of information along the way. We loved each of our stops at the waterfall and the lakes, including Bled Castle. The beautiful weather did help but we genuinely appreciated the level of organisation, the great chats and laughs we had with everyone else and the small group vibe that made for a lovely experience. Slovenia is a beautiful place.

Despite the fact that it rained all day, I had a great experience. Our guide, Dylan, wasfriendly and knowledgeable and did all he could to make the day enjoyable. He gave us plenty of time to explore, provided us with umbrellas and advice so that we were able to appreciate the beauty of Lake Bohinj & lake Bled without the sunshine

I had an amazing experience on this tour to Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj, and Savica Waterfall. Loved this tour of Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj, and Savica Waterfall with To Do in Slovenia. Tilen was a great guide, and the views were incredible. Everything was well organized, and it was such a nice way to see some of Slovenia’s most beautiful spots.

We had a superb guide and driver that were really accommodating as some members of our tour group opted in/ out of the various activities. Really loved the view of lake Bled from the top of the castle. Wonderful day trip!

This excursion was amazing! David is the best & he made the day so much fun!! The schedule of the visits is thought out perfectly. You get to see everything in a day without feeling rushed at all!

Great day with lots of breathtaking views along the way. Our guide was fantastic, she provided us with information/history at each site as well as recommendations. The combination of the 3 sites in one day trip is great and felt there was enough time at each stop.

Started the day with a small climb to see the waterfall which was beautiful. Then went on to lake Bohinj which was very peaceful and tranquil, the reflections on the water are spectacular. The afternoon was spent at lake Bled. You can choose to go to the castle and/or take a pletna boat to the island. We chose to do a full loop of the lake and to climb to the Ojstrica view point which was a slightly challenging but short climb which was well worth it. The guide was excellent throughout the day sharing her knowledge and recommendations.

Beautiful country, easy way to see these sites.

Our tour to Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj was absolutely incredible. The scenery was stunning from start to finish, with crystal-clear lakes, beautiful mountains, and charming villages along the way. Everything was perfectly organized, and our guide made the experience even more memorable with great local knowledge and a fun, friendly attitude. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Slovenia!

These are all beautiful areas but if you have any ambulation issues, know that it is 300 steps to the waterfall, worth it, but something to consider.

We were picked up on time by George and drove to the waterfall. It was a 20 minute climb up a path to the top but once there the waterfall was beautiful. The we stopped at lake Bohinj for a 45 minute stop then on to Lake Bled. The boat ride to the island was lovely and he drove us to the castle for gorgeous views. George was easy to understand and answered all of our questions plus responded to some special requests by fellow guests.

Sadly the weather impacted on our enjoyment of this trip. I loved the walk up to the Sava waterfall, which was spectacular. Bled castle is better seen from afar as its setting is its best feature. We didn’t really have time to walk around Bled Lake, and wouldn’t really want to do it in the rain.
