Lake Bled All Inclusive Tour From Ljubljana

It was a good day but I was disappointed that the charge did not include entry to the church. George is a safe driver and gave us infomration about the history of Slovenia. I also expected the tour to last all day whereas er were back in Ljublana before 2.00 p.m.

Absolutely wonderful afternoon at lake bled, with Luka, our guide, it was even better! Had some time at the castle and then had some cake, and then went on a boat to the island. Absolutely would recommend!

This is a must do trip in Slovenia. We had a fantastic tour on a bright sunny day. Lake Bled is a picture postcard view. Bled castle is awesome, and the views of Lake Bled stunning. Having the enterance fee included (and a complimentary Bled Creme cake) was a bonus, The boat cruise to the island, and church on the hill, was great. Our tour guide Marina was informative, courteous, and her driving skills excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this tour

We enjoyed the trip, but felt it was expensive for what we got.We were taken to the castle, but didn't have enough time there and weren't given much information. The trip to the island was fine but again we were just taken and picked up with no tour. we arrived back in Ljubljana over an hour earlier than expected feeling a bit let down.

Very nice day trip that brought us to all the highlights of beautiful Lake Bled. Be aware that the path to the castle is quite steep and maybe taxing to those who are not in the best shape.

Great tour! Easy way to see the area and experience Lake Bled hassle free. Valerie was a good guide and very funny! We enjoyed it and would recommend.

Marina was our guide and did a terrific job. She told us a great deal about Slovenia, its history and beautiful sites to see besides Lake Bled. We were picked up at our meeting place on time. Marina explained our itinerary for the day. We enjoyed cream cake before walking up to the castle.After about an hour, Marina picked us up in the van and drove to the sight to catch the boat to the island. At that point, my wife realized she did not have her bag and contacted TripAdvisor who then called Marina to check the van. Marina immediately called us and sent a picture of my bag I had left in the van. What a relief! It was obvious Marina was very proud of Slovenia and her job as a tour guide. Highly recommend.

My son & I were in Zagreb for a few days and went on a coach daytrip to Ljubljana & Lake Bled. The whole experience was very good. The guide was friendly, humorous and very knowledgeable. He told us a lot of the local history and gave us great tips on how to make the most of our free time in both locations. I would definitely return.

Matic (ma-tees) was an incredible guide! He is extremely knowledgeable and proud of Slovenia. He was punctual, friendly, and funny. We really enjoyed our day with him!

Gorgeous views and colors. Not sure I'd recommend going to the island unless you really want to ride the boats or go in the church. Castle and views are definitely worth doing.

Guide was great, but the vehicle was garbage. Two passenger seatbelts would not fasten, and the air conditioner did not work properly

Stunning scenery and great viewing spots. A most enjoyable day out, although our van was packed to the max and a couple of the seats were over the wheel base so not very comfortable. Last ones to get picked up get the worst seats. Our guide was great, full of fun facts about Slovenia.

Our driver was an amazing tour guide. Shared information about Slovenia in general and the areas that we drive through. Was very personable. Sadly the van’s air conditioner wasn’t working well. I wish we had had more time at Lake Bled , but everything else was wonderful.

Our guide, Neža, was amazing. A young graduate student, she is fluent in English, knows her history and is captivating in narrative, and responsible as a group leader. The trip itself is pleasant, unrushed and relaxing.

We were picked up by minibus, very good guide telling us things along the way. We had all included ticket, views from the castle of the lake are breathtaking. Also the traditional cake was wonderful! So peaceful and the boat rude to the church was a good experience.

This was my first time using some guide if guided tour service, and I absolutely loved it. The driver was very professional and fun. The tour guide was professional and well-knowledged. Everything was coordinated perfectly. Due to unforseen traffic which was caused by an unrelated car crash, our trip ended up lasting about 14.5 hours, but it s will worth it. I HIGHLY advise you to wear hiking shoes/boots, because you'll end up doing a lot of walking and climbing. Also, if you chose the other tour option which includes the cave instead of Lake Bled, then I highly advise you to bring a light jacket with you because caves are cold, even during the summer.

This was a good trip and gave us the opportunity to visit Lake Bled. It is however very rushed as we had to be dropped back into the city for 2pm for another group to then see the caves. We would have preferred a couple more hours giving us the opportunity to have a swim at lake Bled and have lunch there. Unfortunately we took all Our swimming stuff with us but we’re never given the time or opportunity. It’s a lot of travelling to be dropped off and told you have 30 mins! Very friendly guide and lovely mini bus

The experience was good, however, it said to bring your swimsuits if you want to swim in the lake. The tour guide did not allow it. He did not tell us that we would have to skip another activity or even offer it to us. He also talked American politics and his views on Trump and religion. Very inappropriate.

Very pleasant trip to lake bled and the castle. Really enjoyable and so pretty. The guide was very good and pick up etc went smoothly .

Great trip, got to visit Bled castle, have bled cake then boat ride to little island, then come back and enjoy free time in bled for lunch before returning. Great tour guide, very friendly. Really enjoyed the trip and recommend it and tour company.

We did the half-day tour which was just the right amount of time here. It's hard to convey just how beautiful the lake and surrounding area is.

Lake Bled is stunning and a must see. This tour included the boat ride to the island with the church and entry to the castle. Some breathtaking views of the lake. Karlo was an amazing guide. Very funny. Very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. It was fantastic.

Excellent trip. Beautiful location. Perfect balance of time in each of the stops. Loved the easiness factor of having everything organised for us. Our guide was on his first solo trip and seemed slightly nervous but did exceptionally well. Interesting facts about Slovenia and coordinated the day well.

This experience truly shows the splendor of the Lake Bled area. An added bonus was the Cream Cake from the cafe that was included in the tour. We had extensive information from our guide prior to each stop. The castle is stunning, the island is interesting as there was documentation about the history of the island. The walk through Bled provided time for a relaxing lunch. Returning before 2 enabled us to enjoy the remainder of the day in Ljubljana.

Absolutely worth it! Do not miss the chance to visit the incredibly beautiful Lake Bled, especially if you are travelling without a car. It’s a half day trip, possible to fit even into short stay in Ljubljana. Easy registration, good organization, relatively small group of participants and outwardly beautiful destination. 111€ may not be the cheapest, but I consider it money well spent, and cream cake at the castle included in the price was a nice (and delicious) touch. Same as the fact that we were offered cooled water in the bus. The trip was very enjoyable thanks to our guide Luka, a multilingual history buff, who with humour and undeniable love for his motherland entertained us with legends, historical and current facts, and customs in Slovenia. Highly recommend.

Comfortable travel 3 stops castle, lake boat and market. All great. Lots of steps!! Driver was on time and gave clear instructions. Not a guided tour.

GREAT tour. I recommend doing the all inclusive package to make everything easier on the day. I was on the fence about whether or not I would want to swim but I am so glad I packed swim stuff!! The real highlight of the tour was our guide, Kolja. He was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and I learned more about Slovenian history from him than the other tours and museums I did, which was a great bonus that I wasn’t expecting. I do a lot of these types of tours and I can genuinely say he’s the best tour guide I’ve ever had, try to book with him if you can! He even kindly offered to take pictures of me since I was traveling solo, and since my trip was during the crazy heat wave, he made sure that we all stayed hydrated. I can’t wait to come back to Slovenia!

The combination tour of the Bled Castle and Bled Lake was really worth the price of admission. The minivan first took us to the castle where we were given about an hour to explore on our own. Our tickets got us a free cream cake - a little rich considering the temperature but still very good. We were then driven to the lake where we boarded the small wooden oared boats to the island. We did have to pay extra to visit the church and the bell tower but it was worth it. All in all a great way to see Bled from Ljubljana.

Lake Bled is a popular destination for good reason. Our tour guide Clara, got us to all the right places ahead of crowds, and let us real enjoy the place. Calmly as intended.

George was a very good host. I especially appreciated his presentation of Lake Bled views. His flair for the dramatic which was awesome.

Not sure why we waited on the row boat for 20 minutes before going to the island, and the skipper said nothing. Otherwise all went well

It was good. Lake is so clear you can see fish! Said bring swimsuit but no time really to swim and dry off.

I took the afternoon tour for around 5 hours Lake Bled was beautiful and the tour was a great way to visit the lake and castle The guide was full of interesting information and was flexible meeting the different needs of our group

What a trip! An amazing location with historical significance, cultural highlights, and religious iconography! We didn’t feel it to be too crowded even though the city was bustling and the lake had lots of visitors. The only thing that was misleading is the fact that the tour details says you can swim in the lake but our guide discouraged it and we weren’t provided time to jump in even for a brief moment. We still had a blast of course, but I wanted to give any future review readers a heads up in case they experience the same!
