That was so cool, really fun, friendly staff, definitely worth it if you're hanging out in the city

We paid €50 for the Love Test experience for two people, expecting an interactive activity designed to test how well we know each other and how we work together. Unfortunately, this was not what we received at all. The only difference was that the piece of paper included a few basic suggestions about how to think together and pose for photos, which is hardly the interactive Love Test experience we had paid €50 for. At the end, we answered some questions together on a piece of paper, which were then incorporated into the wording on the back of our printed photos. We also received a small wooden game. However, we didn’t pay €50 for photographs and a wooden gift; we paid for the specific interactive experience advertised. What was particularly frustrating was that, when we complained, the museum explained that the Love Test actually includes various specific challenges at different exhibits, including puzzles and relationship activities. However, none of these were explained or presented to us during our visit. We only found out about them through emails afterwards! The staff were lovely and welcoming, and this review is not a reflection of them. The issue is entirely with the experience itself and the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered. The museum is okay, but I would not recommend paying extra for the Love Test based on our experience. We would have been much better off simply purchasing standard admission.

We visited with our 6 yr old and he loved it! Really broke the day up from boring adult stuff. Staff were so friendly and they managed the numbers well so you don't feel crowded inside. Highly recommend

My 10 year old saw this on a local guide map and wanted to give it a try. Fun experiences that all ages can enjoy. Lots of families but also saw a number of adults visiting and having a good time.

Must be seen!!! So amazing with games for young and old, hidden illusions and experiences. I got through the house of illusion for 1 hour and didn’t want to leave because at some spots you could stay forever and watch, think and just have fun.

They have a lot of amazing interactive features and lots of fun puzzles at the end to complete. Me and my friend ended up spending much longer than expected, there’s so much to get carried away with. The staff are also very friendly.

We had the best time at the museum of illusion. There is so many fun attractions that you can interact with and take so many fun pictures. We stayed there over an hour and a half and just kept having fun. We probably would have stayed longer but we got hungry lol. This is a must do! And it's in a great part of town where it's a 5-minute walk to the river and restaurants.
