The room was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful minimalist design. The location was excellent and everything felt comfortable and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Bruno, who was especially kind and gave us great recommendations for lakes and places to visit around Ljubljana.
Great hotel. Very fresh / clean interior. The A/C unit fought for it's life to keep temps down but didn't manage to handle the heatwave > 30 degree temps so nights were warm. But any other time of the year it's likely perfectly fine. The breakfast was above any expectations, very small selection but high quality which suits me perfectly! The reception staff was also welcoming and helpful, always a big plus!
Great location (~4 blocks from bus station and about the same to river front). Very clean and nice amenities. We went during heat wave (late June 2026) and AC could barely keep room below 24…but breakfast and staff were wonderful. Very clean and comfortable rooms!! Next door to great roof top bar too!!
Work brilliantly for us, central to the dining areas along the river, the staff were very helpful assisting with booking airport transfers for us plus 2 bikes, restaurant suggestions and a takeaway breakfast as we had a 6am flight. Shout out to Dejan for organising and thanks the van was on time. The all-day coffee and snacks were greatly appreciated
Excellent Stay at Urban Hotel The location of the hotel is very convenient, providing easy access to the entire city center and other parts of Ljubljana. Cleanliness and order are truly commendable and deserve special mention. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and well-organized, with separate areas for sleeping, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and even a private balcony. The layout makes the stay feel both practical and relaxing. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent — fresh, diverse, and offering a wide variety of choices. The coffee and included beverages are of very high quality. The staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ljubljana.
