Beautiful hotel, with incredible views. Staff were always helpful and lovely! Rooms are great, and the breakfast is outstanding quality and variety with excellent views! The pool/spa is also a nice area to relax and the whole hotel was very clean. Great location and walkable to everywhere.

Had a fantastic two nights here. A bit of a walk into the old town but it’s an easy one. Rooms were well serviced (although they didn’t replace tea and milk when making up the room). Had breakfast which was delicious and filling and a drink on the rooftop bar. Kids had a swim and we used the sauna and steam room. Pool area nice but very very hot and sunny. Could do with some shades. Hotel provided valet parking which was very easy to use.

I am very dissapointed about this hotel. In my opinion its very very far from a 5 star experience, so i really dont understand why this hotel get all this good reviews. I have been in many hotels before and most of the 4 star hotels have better quality then this. The entrance door is very hidden we even have to look for is. The hall is very very poor. They have 3 elevators for 20 floors, sometimes had to wait 4-5 min for them, breakfast time even more. Rooms are avarage, no big screen, no netflix, old and used furniture, very weak water pressure, one if the design lamp not working, old design and annoying details. The wellness is not bad but the drinking water was hot, the fruits were old and withered. Humidity was high, no fresh air, and we didnt get any information about the jaquzzi is out of order. The gym is cool with the view. Breakfast was very avarege nothing special. This is not a bad hotel but definietly not 5 star quality.

Overall great hotel. Fairly close to the center. Room were great with an excellent view over the city. Gym is on the smaller side and the sun in the morning is slightly bothersome. But that is nitpicking a bit. Breakfast selection was great. Staff has been great.
