Grand Hotel Union Eurostars

Here I experienced the charm and quality of legendary "grand hotels" of the past. The nicest staff, spacious rooms with all the amenities, beatifully decorated, perfectly located, great breakfast... what can I say? I'm a seasoned traveller and this was one of my best stays ever.

A Wonderful Experience at Grand Hotel Union, Ljubljana! Although we did not stay overnight, we visited the Grand Hotel Union for a coffee, and we were genuinely impressed. This is one of the most beautiful and elegant hotels in Ljubljana. The historic architecture combined with modern comfort creates a truly special atmosphere. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from the famous Triple Bridge, the old town and all the main attractions, making it a perfect place for both business and leisure travellers. The Grand Hotel Union has been welcoming guests for more than a century and is one of Ljubljana's most iconic hotels. During our visit, we noticed many international guests from around the world, giving the hotel a truly international atmosphere. The lobby, café and public areas were exceptionally clean, elegant and maintained to the highest standards. The young team was incredibly friendly, welcoming and highly professional. We felt genuinely appreciated as guests, even though we only stopped by for a coffee. That level of hospitality made a lasting impression. Based on our experience, we would happily choose this hotel for a future stay in Ljubljana. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service!

Absolutely enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and extensive. We had dinner one evening and that was also very nice. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is amazing. We could walk pretty much everywhere including Old Town, Triple Bridge, the Central Market, the castle funicular, and tons of cafés, restaurants, and ice cream spots. It made getting around super easy without needing public transport. The hotel itself is wonderful, full of charm and history, and very well kept. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfy, perfect after a full day out. The beds and bedding were great too! Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was also really good, with lots of fresh and tasty options to choose from. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Ljubljana. Highly recommend!
