I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a hotel with amazing food, friendly staff and clean rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was a great size and had everything you would need e.g shower cap, note pad etc. the carpark always had spaces free, and there was even a car park garage underneath the hotel for €20 per day. Breakfast had lots of food and drink options. The spa had a gym, swimming pool, sauna and treatments e.g massages and facials. Overall, I think this is a great hotel.

I have a hard time believing it has already been three months since our stay at your hotel. I apologize for the delay in writing this.  I am a professional photographer who single-handedly runs my small photography business. Since returning home, my workload has been quite large, but because we had such a wonderful time with you all, I should have made time earlier. My wife and I stayed at your hotel from June 7-12, 2026. We visited Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Switzerland to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Our time at your hotel was a bright spot in our trip that we will never forget. Your staff was friendly and helpful from the second my wife checked in. I apologize for not writing down everyone's names at the front desk, but several of you were very helpful throughout our stay, offering advice on things to see, places to visit, restaurants, and more. Eating at your very own Robin Restaurant was a spectacular piece of advice. To be honest, we were hesitant to eat there only because many other hotel restaurants serve mediocre food and usually have poor service as well. Robin Restaurant was completely the opposite. On our first night, our waitress (again, I am SO sorry I did not write down names) was amazing, charming and very helpful in guiding us toward traditional dishes that we ended up dreaming about after our visit. The second night, the Manager was fantastic; she served us, was very friendly, and was also a truly fun person to chat with. I think we ate at Robin 3 or 4 nights which leads me to your chef. I managed to yell my thanks to him for the amazing food once from the main dining area, but I certainly wanted to shake his hand and thank him properly. I spent 11 years as a chef and so appreciated his work and his staff's attention to detail and flavor.  Our room was wonderful and even though this may sound strange, your pillows were perfect. Why are hotel pillows usually hard? You proved that pillows in hotels don't have to be that way. Thank you also to your housekeeping crew, who kept our room so beautiful and clean. What a great group of people you have working there. I hope that you will pass along all our gratitude to them for making our visit so very special. I have no idea if we will ever make it to Ljubljana again, but if we do, you can be sure we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at the four points Sheraton Ljubljana. Pia the receptionist was particularly helpful in helping us sort out pay as you go hire bikes. Pia made us feel looked after and not a nuisance. We would definitely come back again

Four Points Ljubljana Mons feels much more like a full‑service hotel than the budget‑friendly Four Points properties you typically find in North America. The building is modern, the common areas are spacious, and the overall presentation is closer to what you’d expect from a higher‑tier Marriott brand. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable, but they’re not geared toward family travelers. As is common across Europe, rooms here only accommodate a maximum of three people, and the third bed is a cot for an additional €35. For families with teens, this limitation is worth noting. Staff were friendly and efficient at check‑in, and the overall service level matched the more full‑service feel of the property. We didn’t try the breakfast — €18 per person (or €54 for one adult and two teenagers) felt steep for a Four Points, especially given the brand’s usual positioning. The indoor pool was a pleasant surprise. It’s a decent size and perfect for cooling off during a heat wave, making it a standout amenity compared to many Four Points locations. It’s also worth noting that this is the only Marriott property in Slovenia, and it delivers a solid stay with a more upscale feel than the brand name might suggest.
