Pisa And Florence From The Livorno Cruise Port

Great guide and driver met us at the Ship took us to Pisa and Florence where we were able to get our tickets to see the sights we wanted. I recommend booking your tickets months in advance before arriving. Matteo was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and sites.

Saw a lot of- guide was exceptional. The owner answered our questions quickly.

Arrived in livorno by cruise ship decided to follow the canals around tbe city which brought me to republic square, plazzas, street art, cafes, markets and the lovely waterfront easy city to walk around in 4 hours.

It was a good tour. The only disappointment I had was that we didn’t see the original statue of David. I wish this tour would have included a ticket for that cause when we got there, all the tickets were sold out during the time we had there. Also, it would have been nice to go to top of leaning tower of Pisa. Not enough time for that either. Wish the tour was a little longer to see the things we missed. But it was a nice tour for just briefly seeing Florence & Pisa.

An absolutely amazing Florence trip! We had the absolute pleasure of being guided and driven around by Gabriela, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the province. He made our arrival so easy by picking us up directly from the cruise terminal. We traveled in a group of eight—including my 80+ year-old grandmother—and Gabriela ensured the entire tour was completely comfortable and easy to walk for everyone. Also on top of that, the price is so much cheaper than what our cruise offered. I recommend him to anyone who is travelling here and wish to have a quick one day Tuscan experience. Also he wrote down the places we should visit in a short period of time, church of Croce was a pleasant surprise!

A wonderful tour. Mateo was our guide for the day. He was very timely, made the tour interesting, gave plenty of time to see many things, Pisa and Florence. The vehicle was very comfortable for 8 of us. Highly recommend it

We really can’t say enough about our driver Matteo. He was friendly and helpful at all times. He gave us plenty of good information about things we were passing as well as room plenty of group photos. We had adequate time to explore on our own. If you want to go inside of the attractions you will have to book those tickets on your own and I recommend doing that ahead of time if you are going to be there on busy months. Matteo took us to Tuscan wine country on the way to Florence and that was a great thing to see. Pisa was fine but you don’t need much time there unless going inside places. Using WhatsApp to talk with your driver and the company is easy. Not only would I book with them again, I would seek them out. Great experience.

We met our guide right next to the cruise terminal, which was super convenient, especially for groups traveling with older adults. Our guide, Matteo, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and easygoing. We really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it!

This was an amazing experience I was traveling with my family there were 13 people all together we had 2 cars and 2 drivers Mateo and Corado they were amazing friendly and entice to what we wanted to experience on this excursion. Florence is beautiful with so many facets. Too much to take in one day to really appreciate the history and depth of the experience. All or the great artists practiced here. Did not think I would appreciate Pisa but our guide Sara put the age into perspective predating Florence by 300 years!

This private tour in winter was very easy with Simone Franco. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. First, he took us to Pisa, then to Florence. We booked a car from Livorno port to go to Pisa and Florence for a group of 4. The driver was very good, courteous, punctual and informative. drove us around the small streets of Pisa and Florence. He is a local and managed to drop us off in central areas in both Pisa and Florence, which big coaches cannot do. I highly recommend this operator.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful tour from Matteo of Pisa and Florence. We were picked up and dropped off at the cruise port. We enjoyed seeing the leaning tower in person. Your was amazing. The tour operator was Tuscan vibes. I reached out prior asking if we were able to personalize the tour and add tickets to the Accademia. They were amazing and purchased tickets that would fit into our schedule for us. Our driver Simon was wonderful. He took us to amazing locations for views and the best pictures of Florence. He also provided us with a map to do a few things in our own with a pick up meeting point and time as he was unable to stay parked in the city. Simon made wonderful recommendations to eat and things to see. Overall an amazing experience to our cruise ship shore excursion and he got us back in plenty of time that I was comfortable not missing the cruise. I highly recommend Tuscan vibes and Simon!

Our guide was incredibly knowledgable and passionate about Pisa and Florence. He provided us with great directions and recommendations in both cities for things to do/see as well as a fantastic lunch spot. Our only complaint would be that there is SO MUCH to see in each of these cities that trying to do both in one day does feel rushed. Next time we will try and schedule a day in each to really get immersed and explore each city more in depth. That said, for a quick excursion and exploration from a cruise ship, this is ideal.

Our driver Matteo was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He drove us to Pisa where we spent about 45 minutes before driving us into Florence. Matteo provided us with the history of the area while driving us. Matteo also reserved us a table at a great restaurant for lunch. After walking around Florence we met back up with Matteo and he got us back to the shop in plenty of time. I loved every second of this tour.

We saw the major tourist attractions in Pisa and Florence. The driver was very accommodating and tried to take us to the best spots in the timeframe available. Maybe next we'll do Florence by itself, as there's so much to see.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable ride wth Mr. Mateo. The scenic ride was fabulous. He made sure we had plenty of time for the sightseeing part of the trip in Piza. He then made his way to Florence and stopped at some beautiful viewing spot for pictures. Everything was handled with great timing. We would choose Mateo to be our driver anytime we are in Italy.

Matteo was fantastic! We saw all of the things, he showed us areas to do the best pictures. Using this service versus the transportation from the cruise allowed us more flexibility, time and access to areas we maybe would have had to walk to.

We had a great day. Our driver Simone was amazing. Very professional and friendly. He was waiting for us with a sign when we disembarked the cruise ship and was very easy to find, took us to great photo spots along the drive, gave us a great recommendation for lunch, and tailored the drive to our needs/timing. The day was phenomenal! Our driver, Dario, was insightful and an easy conversationalist. Dario even accommodated us when we asked to go to Lucca instead of Florence. He provided us with recommendations of what to do while in Lucca. Our day in Tuscany was perfect!

He even offers complimentary WiFi, which my teenager happily used. He’s extremely friendly and connected with our family right away. He gave us good tips on where and what to do when he dropped us off at the locations. We asked for lunch advice and he even secured a reservation for us at an amazing place.
