After taking a short shuttle ride from the ship to Livorno, our guide Omi was there to greet us. The bus ride to Florence was comfortable and she explained all there was to do during our free time there. We first visited the market where we had a small tasting of different breads with truffle oil and pesto. There was plenty of time to explore and have lunch at one of their many restaurants. Omi was an excellent guide. It was a perfect way to visit Florence!

Wow! What a great tour. Omi was exceptional. The use of the WhatsApp was such a helpful tool making time on our own much less overwhelming. Really good way to see Florence at your own pace. Comfortable coach. Ignacio the guide was excellent and gave lots of good information plus a well marked map. Food and wine tasting could be missed! Hats off to our driver Carmina who managed to get us out of a huge traffic jam and back to the ship on time! Good value for money.
Our l guide Iglesias was wonderfull, and we enjoyed his tour and the map that he gave us and the tasting was good . But there was no shuttle that was advertised. We took off on foot and with a little difficulty finally found the meeting place. And we enjoyed our free time
Perhaps I didn’t remember the tour I chose, but it was basically a bus ride to Florence. I was looking for more descriptive commentary once arriving. Our guide did share insights while in the way to Florence, but I felt I missed a lot historical context.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but this tour group deserves accolades. Price was reasonable. Process was smooth as silk. And the guide (Chiara) was super nice. Save money and book through this group. The cruise lines charge twice as much.
Ignacio was so amazing. He provided us with so much information and a detailed map. It helped save us time and made the experience so efficient, knowing where exactly to go and what we could see. He was so knowledgeable and considerate. Recommend he and Patrica.
Chiara was a delight- so sweet, caring and funny. She prepared us well from our trip from Livorno to Firenze (Florence). She gave us highlighted maps, gave us all the dos and don’ts to keep us safe, she recommended so much good food and dessert. And then arranged for us to get dropped right back at the boat. Loved our time with her, and felt so taken care of.
Amazing overall, great time in Florence nice driv. But more than everything Ciara was the best guide ever. Extremely helpful, great tips and information. Gave helpful answers to all questions and dramatically improved the whole experience. Would go again to another tour with Ciara without thinking twice!❤️
Claire was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. We also had the added bonus of being taken straight back to our ship without the requirement to change to the port shuttle bus. It goes without saying that Florence itself is stunning!!

Great 5-star experience with our tour guide, Dr. Nacho (not sure how to spell his Italian name), and our driver, Patrick! This tour is perfect for cruisers. There’s a €7 (In October 2026) shuttle bus from the Livorno cruise dock to the city centre (separate from this trip booking), which takes about 10 minutes. Our guide met us at 9:45 a.m., and we then travelled by bus to Florence, about 1.5 hours each way. We had just over 4 hours in Florence—enough time to see the main sights, take photos, and try some popular local dishes. It was a great way to experience Florence during a one-day cruise stop without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour for cruisers. Great experience from start to finish!
Ignacio and Patrick went above and beyond to give us a great experience. I thought we were basically going to get dropped off in Florence, but instead Ignacio gave us a comprehensive description of the sights during our bus ride and sent us Se real great resources, including a simple to follow map. He led us in person to the tasting which was delicious and to the Duomo. He also kept us on time without making us feel rushed.
Instructions and maps provided were very clear and easy to follow. Ignacio was awesome and the what’s app updates and tips were super helpful in our enjoyment of Florence

Our guide, Nacho was phenomenal by being informative, friendly, fun -spirited, and accommodating towards the entire group. It helped that he is very fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian- his humor is an added-bonus. We also had a very smooth driver to/ from Florence from cruise ship.

Pick from Livorno was great, next to the cruise shuttle bus drop off point. Driver - Simone & Guide -Ignacio ‘Nacho’ were excellent. Drop off location was within easy walking distance of the Main sights.
We booked through Viator but our trip was hosted by Shore Emotion. Their communication was superb and any questions were answered quickly. Our meeting point was exactly where the port shuttle bus dropped us off, so no worries about finding them. Our guides for the day were Ignacio and Chiara. Both were extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, even getting everybody to join a singalong at the end of the trip. We didn't get very long at either location, but it gave us a great taste of the region. The cost of our trip was very budget friendly and way cheaper than the price on board the ship. This was a great day out and I would recommend and use Shore Emotion again.
Our guide was excellent. City is huge, but guide took time to print out directions as the people in shops were not familiar with names of roads. Also, the "tasting" was good but minimum. But what we saw in Florence and to take the gellato on our own was delicious. Great hints. But a water or gellato at store and free clean toilets. This was a long trip from the Port and we walked 5 miles in town but we slept good that night.
Chiara and Paula were great guides. They were easy to find and gave clear directions. They gave a great overview before we entered Florence which allowed us to easily navigate highlights of the city.

Lovely tour to a stunning location the journey was about 90 minutes from Livorno port. Chiara was a perfect host, friendly helpful and knowledgeable very ably supported by Paola.
We loved this tour! It gave us the perfect time to explore Florence and get to our ship on time. Paula and Chiara and very knowledgeable about the city and had great shopping/eating recommendations. We left promptly on time and exactly when we needed to. I’m definitely booking this service again on my next trip to Florence, thank you!
