Great tour. We saw Rhinos, elephant, zebra, giraffe, Impala and more. Our guide had much info about the park and experience. He did a fantastic job. A great way to see the major animals in a half day tour.
I had a great experience not only seeing the white rhinos, but others animals as well making it very enjoyable. The guide and the driver were superb.
We did the rhino safari in Livingstone, Zambia today and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, including the punctual pick-up at the border, which made the whole trip very smooth and stress-free. Our guide, Caesar, was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about both the wildlife and the surrounding nature. During the safari, we saw a great variety of animals—crocodiles, zebras, giraffes, different baboons, marabou storks, and warthogs. The highlight was definitely the rhinos at the end. We even got to see them up close during a short walking safari, which made the experience truly special and unforgettable. A perfectly organized trip with an amazing guide—we really enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it!
It was an amazing experience. We booked last minute and still everything was perfect. Cesar our guide was great and explained a lot about the park and animals. At the end we walked to the Rhinos, what a wonderful experience!
Amazing opportunity to walk up towards a group of 6 white rhinos for a unique close encounter. On the drive to the tracking point, saw multiple zebras, giraffes, etc.
This was a trip highlight! We got quite close to a crash of Rhinos which was just amazing! The safari was excellent and well worth it. The animals were fantastic. Even saw a young Rhino which was pretty special.
There is something very surreal about spending time with these magnificent animals. Guides were very knowledgeable and lovely to spend time with.
Amazing experience with a wonderful team! Got to see all the animals mentioned. The team were very informative about the animals we saw and Would highly recommend them for your next game drive!
We received different meeting information via Trip Advisor than was given to the tour provider. We were waiting on the Zimbabwe side after crossing through Zim immigration, which is what our directions told us to do (and what many other tour companies do!). The truck and guide were waiting on the Zambia side after Zambian immigration. These two are separated by a long bridge and a very long line of semi trucks. We thankfully found a couple tour guides willing to make some phone calls for us to find our tour company. That initial hour of confusion could have been avoided if the same meeting point information had been given to both of us. The national park with the rhinos is small with just a few different types of game. We were there to see the rhinos, and wish there was a way to just go directly to them. The guide was good, and the driver did his best, but the truck was making a strange noise that required us to stop twice for them to do something to the tires, and the truck didn’t start after our snack break (very basic chips and sodas compared to other game drives). They did get it started. All of these are part of the “African experience”, but surprised us since we paid a lot for the tour and were located right outside a city, rather than located “in the bush” where vehicles would have harder use. All that was worth it to see the rhinos! They are magnificent. The guide called the guards and was able to drive right to them, and then we walked closer to the rhinos. There were lots of people there the same day as us, so we got about 20 min watching them. Driving from the park back to the border in the safari truck was mildly uncomfortable but the driver went slowly so the wind wasn’t too much. The guide was great at staying with us through the border, and they did drive us back over the bridge to the Zim side, so that was good! I’d definitely recommend seeing the rhinos, and hope Trip Advisor and this tour provider can get their information straight about where to meet. We live in East Africa and weren’t afraid to ask for help (we did not have cell service in Zambia), but others may have had a harder time sorting this out.
A wonderful experience and a must see. Looking at the rhinos so close was a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was well organised and excellently executed by Cesar. Would definitely recommend.
An interesting trip, allowing a close view into the life of a natural park. I would like to note the informative side of the journey as guide has shared a lot of details about the flora and fauna of the lication. On the other side it was truly amazing to see the rhinos and other animals in their natural habitat.
Affordable game drive in the heart of Livingstone! I'd recommend this if you are on a budget and want to skip some of more pricier places in continental Africa. The tour company was great. Loved every bit.
It was awesome looking at the rhinos in the wild at a few steps distance. I did a last minute booking and the agency is flexible enough to accommodate. Joe was knowledgeable and gave us a very good time!
Our Exclusive Game Drive & White Rhino Walking Safari in Livingstone was an unforgettable experience—intimate, beautifully guided, and truly one of the highlights of our journey. Our guide, Sisha, brought the landscape to life with his deep knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and the unique story of the white rhinos in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. His explanations were clear, insightful, and full of passion. A special appreciation as well to our driver, William, whose calm professionalism and sharp eye for wildlife made the entire experience smooth, safe, and deeply enjoyable. Walking close to the magnificent white rhinos under the quiet canopy of the park was a moment we will always remember. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a meaningful, well-guided safari in Livingstone.
Overall a fun experience, we saw rhinos, giraffes, herons, monitor lizards, impalas, zebras, crocodiles, warthog. The guide Caesar was knowledgeable & our driver William was helpful and patient. My only feedback is that the vehicle seats are dusty and seem like not cleaned for a very long time- it would be worthwhile to get them cleaned.
Great part of our day! Thankfully the rhinos are watched 24/7, so you are guaranteed to see them, along with other animals along the way. Due to the time of year and it just having rained, we didn’t see any elephants but we were able to see some giraffes, zebras, impalas, etc. Our guide was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The day was great, definitely recommend!
I would highly recommend this tour if you want to see the big 5 of Zambia/Zimbabwe/Botswana. I went to Chobe and Hwange and did not see any Rihnos so it was really nice to see the Rhinos in Zambia. The guide picked me up from the Zambia/Zimbabwe border at Vic Falls and was able to accommodate my delay from traffic in Zimbabwe. We then drove to the national park where we did a brief Safari seeing elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and other animals. We then arrived at the rhino area where we were escorted by armed guards to the rhinos. Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park contains 10 of the 12 total rhinos is Zambia so it's a really great way to see the rhinos because it's extremely hard to see the in the wild. Overall, I would highly recommend doing this tour!
The guide Ceaser was very good and him and the driver looked after our safety at all times. Very obliging when we wanted to stop for photos. The highlight of the trip for us was seeing Zebras, giraffes and getting close to the Rhinos. Thank you.
If I could give 6 stars I would. Walking with Rhinos isn’t something I’ll forget in a hurry, couldn’t recommend this tour/game drive more
I absolutely loved this trip. We had a really nice drive around the park enjoying the animals. Our guide was very knowledgeable so I learnt a lot more than I have on other game drives. And the rhinos were absolutely amazing. So special to see White rhinos in the wild, I cried a little for how special it was.
Caeser was an excellent guide. Our group had been on safari 2 weeks. We just wanted to see the rhinos. He took us to them, we walked to the area where they were resting, escaping from the hot sun. We spent a few minutes(enough time) watching, photographing them and we were happy! Our Africa trip was complete!
What an amazing safari tour. Saw many animals and the guides were very lovely and very well informed about the animals with many interesting facts about how the animals live with one another co-exist and even interact with the plants. Well worth the money paid and very affordable. Experience was organized immediately and within minutes we were greeted by our tour guides. We saw Zebras, Crocodiles, Giraffes, Elephants, Bush bucks, Impalas and more and finally a chance to meet the White rhino was an exhilarating experience.
An incredible experience from hotel pick-up to drop-off. Trust these guys to deliver an extraordinary adventure! Ceasar was our tour guide and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, making it a safari experience to remember. He’s a wonderful person as well as a great guide, going above and beyond to make sure we had the very best experience. We saw so many animals (elephants, giraffes, antelope and many more) but the experience of going on foot to see the white rhinos was truly magical. I’ve never seen so many of these beautiful and critically endangered animals in one place. A must-do if you’re staying anywhere around Livingstone, and I couldn’t recommend this particular tour highly enough!
The Game Drive was a fantastic experience, really easy to book and well-worth the money. Hotel pickup was easy and we saw loads of animals, including Elephants, Giraffes, Impala, Zebra and more in the National Park. After all of that, the most incredible experience is waiting for you at the end when you get to see the White Rhinos on foot. I’ve never seen so many Rhinos one place before (including babies) and I’m not ashamed to say it made me quite emotional. Ceasar was our tour leader, and he went above and beyond to look after myself and my wife during our stay. He isn’t just an incredibly knowledgable guide but also a fantastic human. We will forever be grateful to him for showing us such a kindness during our stay. We subsequently booked further activities with HSM, all of which were extremely well-organised and fairly priced. The White Water Rafting (see separate review) was a once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend!
This safari was absolutely unforgettable! The game drive through Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park gave us the chance to see giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and so many different antelope species. But the highlight was definitely the guided walking safari to track the white rhinos. Approaching them quietly on foot, with rangers keeping us safe, was such a thrilling and humbling experience. We were able to watch them grazing just a few meters away. The guides were extremely knowledgeable, pointing out tracks, plants, and even birdlife along the way. Everything felt safe, well-organized, and very personal. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Livingstone!
Amazing experience! From the very start the guides were friendly, professional, and passionate about conservation. The game drive was relaxed but full of sightings, elephants, hippos by the river, and lots of bird species. Walking into the bush with the armed rangers to see the rhinos up close was a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Knowing these rare animals are so well protected made the experience even more special. We learned so much about their behavior and the conservation work being done. This tour is the perfect mix of excitement and education,I left with great memories and an even deeper appreciation for wildlife in Zambia.
I booked a game drive / white rhino walking safari with HSM Adventures because I absolutely couldn't miss the opportunity to see the white rhinos from up close. The encounter with the rhinos was amazing, and it felt very safe in the presence of the experienced park rangers. It felt quite brief, as I could have stared at these wonderful creatures the whole day, but it's an unforgettable experience that I'll definitely treasure! The rest of the game drive was also very pleasant and informative, so I would absolutely recommend this experience to any nature and wildlife enthusiasts visiting Livingstone.
The Game drive in Mosi-oa-tunya-Nationalpark was amazing with HSM Adventures. Our guide was Cesar and for me as a nature lover who already knows a lot about the animals I was impressed, that he could answer all my questions. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We saw Elephants, Rhinos, Zebras, Giraffs, Impalas, Waterbucks, Crocodiles, voltures and Eagles. They don't have wild cats in the park. So don't expect seeing them and then be disappointed! We also made a Snack break on the Zambesi with an amazing view, while they offered free Snacks and Drinks. All from the punctual pick-up to drop-off was amazing. I can 100% recommend this company. Thanks for the amazing Game drive!
Wonderful experience! Seeing these critically endangered animals up close was quite the emotional experience for our family. We booked with Howard at HSM and he was very helpful with everything. Highly recommended if you're in Livingstone to spend a few hours to see the Rhinos
Everything was on time and as expected. I can recommend this activity. Rhinoceros walking part was the best.
A great experience getting to see Rhino. Operator was well organised with good communication. Thanks for having us.
Thank you for a great game drive and rhino walk. We really enjoyed the afternoon, the guides and driver were very helpful and knowledgeable. ☺️
We had an incredible time with Dominic, Alex, and Chris! They were so knowledgeable and fabulous company. Seeing the rhinos felt very special. I highly recommend this experience!
The trip was great pick up and drop off at hotel. Lots of animals sighted at this national park. Very excited to see 7 white Rhinos , a terrific day . Guide was very knowledgeable , recommended.
It was an excellent experience. We were picked up from the hotel, they allowed us to withdraw money from the ATM and the adventure began. Our very well prepared guide gave us all the explanations. He knows a lot about plants and animals. And in the middle of the park we met the famous rhinos. Special, fascinating, they still respected us. Friendly and the rangers. We also saw baboons, a velvet monkey checked our car, it was a great afternoon! Thank you HSM
An excellent day. Picked up from my Hotel in Victoria Falls and returned to hotel after , very safe and enjoyable. Lots of animals to see including hippos, giraffe, impalas, zebras, and lots of bird life. The scenery by the river is beautiful. Safe driver and a great guide Caesar who was extremely knowledgeable and taught me about different animals . The highlight were the white Rhinos fantastic to see 7! Highly recommended.
Amazing experience! The guides were marvelous and very knowledgeable about the animals. They get you very up close and personal with the animals, but still remain respectful of their wild nature. Would absolutely recommend!! SK 1
The views were amazing, we enjoyed the trip and had fun throughout the tour. I recommend HSM adventures of being a tour guide
Everything went like clockwork. Pick up on time, guide knew his way around. First transport to the park entrance, then about 2 hours jeep safari. We could see impalas, zebras, elephants, monkeys, giraffes, hippos and pelicans. Then start of the short walk to the rhinos, which actually lay in a group of 6 on the way. Two armed rangers accompanied us. We were able to take pictures and felt safe. A great half day from 8:00 to 11:00
Excellent performance, seeing white rhinos is a good experience if you have been saturated with other animals in the other parks, boss, Steve is braily very friendly and cooperative, friendly he dropped us off downtown after the safari. Thanks to him.
