Nice. Cheap and cheerful. The only problem was that breakfast was advertised to be available from 07h00. When the chef arrived at 06h50 and nothing has been prepared, it was obvious that breakfast would not be ready by 07h00. I left at 07h15, without breakfast, as I had a long drive ahead of me and there was a group of about 20 Americans ahead of me in the queue. Disappointing!

Stayed at Fawlty Towers with two others for 3 nights and all I can say is that it was incredible. Super beautiful place, food was amazing, rooms were super comfortable, staff were amazing. For activities, they offer many amazing options. We were able to go to the falls themselves for a day, sunset river cruise on the Zambezi was amazing, and the Chobe day trip was outstanding. Joy went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience I could have. All the staff were friendly and we were so very well cared for. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends. Thank you so much.😃

A fantastic place, clean and comfortable with a great garden to relax at. Conveniently located with a supermarket and food shops just in front. Free tea and coffee all day long and free pancakes at 3 pm. Relaxing bar area and it's reasonably priced. The room is comfortable, had great sleep on comfy mattress, with AC and the shower in the room is great! But what makes this a great place is the people, from the kitchen staff to the gardeners. Special mention for the sisters, Gladys and Martha, from the kitchen who are always so welcoming and smiling, and Bright the gardener who always greets me. If you're a motorcyclist, you must meet Mike, the manager, who is a biker himself. He will give you very useful tips on local and regional routes.

Definitely not the best place to stay. I booked this based on the number of reviews seen. Honestly besides the price im not sure what else people love about it. The man in the office is very unfriendly. He sits there and walking around the reception area but never greeted or acknowledged us. Very big put off esp since we had just arrived. Their store room was so bad and dirty. We left our luggage there until the room was ready. The lady Mary /Miriam was also. She was helpful, we realised we booked this place but hadn't actually paid it until realizing it while there, so thankfully it was available. They have free pancakes and tea/coffee at 3pm which was nice. The breakfast was decent we had them pack it as we departed the next morning quite early. There were also too many flies around Joy is fantastic she was super friendly and went out of her way to help us to book an activity. Talking about the activity we booked devils pool via their website for $130 dollars. It was just not going through apparently we had to wait for their "boss" the unfriendly man to come in and check his emails and then release it. We didn't have time and had to book via bushtracks directly. Very sad for offering a service and it doesnt work then we had to pay $10 more. Dollars are expensive for us and its not just a few dollars. Its rip off for their website not to be working. So please book this in advance atleast. Rooms were not the best at all. Dark, Pokey and quite put dated. They surely have a lot of renovations to do. Painting and upgrading so forth. Bed was too soft, the drain in the shower wasnt working so water would stand. Not enough soap given. The towels should be white. Besides the price of $55 a night and the pretty gardens i wont really be back. They making their money from Europeans and you can see that, its just my opinion. Not to my liking. I guess people dont mind where they sleep or stay. The reviews were so many. We walked to most of the attractions and restaurant nearby. That was good to do.
