This was lots of fun, took lots of photos, memorable half hour. Booked at the last minute for my daughters birthday, she really enjoyed it

Really good experience. Interesting go there and for change. It’s Is first time. Would go back again different experience
I visited the "Upside Down House" in Liverpool with my daughter, and it was a fantastic experience. Although the Viator website listed entry times starting at 6:00 PM, we booked around 3:00 PM; once our tickets were checked, the receptionist was incredibly kind and let us in early without any issues. My daughter had a great time exploring the house; it is a unique and very fun experience to share with children. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for an original family activity in Liverpool.
Very disappointed. My brother and I found staff were helpful but the attraction was not worth the visit, in our opinion. We had seen the house in about 5 x minutes. May be better for children rather than adults.
Was looking forward to the experience but have to say myself and my son were underwhelmed Would not say value for money
Ok experience, not worth the £6.95 entry fee. We were done in all of 10minutes
Good experience.Provides excellent fun photo opportunities. Admission fee was lower booked in advance but still steep for 15 minutes max for two of us. Teenage daughter enjoyed it. Instagrammable attraction.
We booked online after spotting a few good deals (Groupon had some decent offers), and for the price it was a fun little 15‑minute activity. The girls really enjoyed it. It’s only a small place, but there’s plenty to look at and it’s a nice bit of fun for all ages. I can imagine it feeling quite cramped if it gets busy, but it was quiet during our visit so we had a relaxed experience. We probably wouldn’t return now that we’ve done it, but it’s definitely worth a visit as a one‑off.
Wanted to visit but was shocked at the entrance fee of £7 so decided to give it a swerve & buy a cocktail instead!
Absolutely worth every penny, very funny place , a good place to go and have a laugh and take some great photos
We called in here as I knew we had a lot of other sights to see in Liverpool and this looked like it would be something that we could do that wouldn't take up much time and I was right. The Upside Down House is quite small and so when it's busy it can be difficult waiting to take photos because let's face it this is a hot spot for those wanting quirky photos to show off to their friends and social media. The detail that has gone into creating the rooms is second to none but the entrance fee is a bit more than one would expect but it was still a fun way to spend half an hour.
£ 7 each …..adult or child limited experience . Done once , will not do twice.. it’s ok … but not worth the money. No way . Photos outside at least as good as those taken inside
Glad we came. Worth the 15 min wait for a walk in. Me and my son laughed from start to finish. Was able to experience each room. Our pics r great once I worked it out. Worth the money Worth the visit.
We booked a few days before we arrived. Upon arrival there was a short queue but after standing in it for about 20 minutes the queue got longer. Now bear in mind most of the people that was in the queue had booked online but because the cashier had to watch a monitor that showed the inside of the upside down house, this progressed the queue to become slower. What the point booking online if there going to be a queue?? Once in the house you are in there for about 20-30 minutes depending on how many people in your group. The venue cost £6.95 each, is this worth the price for standing in a queue and for a 20 minute fun. Also there should have been a back door for those going out and if there is an emergency. Otherwise everyone is using the same entrance.
Have been intrigued by this for a number of years so decided to give it a go. It’s a nice way to spend some time especially on a rainy day. When it gets busy it is quite difficult to get around as you do have to wait for people to move to the next section but definitely worth visiting if you have a sore 30 minutes
You'll spend about 20mins maximum in here if you're lucky. Nice idea but very small and not much to see. Not worth the £7 entry fee. It says you could 'walk in' without booking but you couldn't as the card machine didn't work. No cash taken (assuming this is because the staff are teenagers with no adult staff). In the end I had to book online, which was a faff 😬. Shouldn't have bothered 🤷🏻♂️.
Entertaining, for all of the 10 minutes we were there. This was definitely not worth the price of £6.95 . Don't waste your money.
The concept I understand and done well could potentially be family fun but sadly, I wish I’d have spent the money on absolutely anything else. Tiny spaces upstairs and down shared with other people all trying to take a picture of pretending to be upside down. Think we were in the house for about 10mins in total. This should be a quirky free attraction for kids to enter whilst passing through Liverpool One with their parents. Underwhelmed is an understatement. In the words of the birthday girl who was turning nine that weekend “what a rip off”. I’d recommend passing.
Entered and member of staff was with another family fair enough. Then just left without interaction really and then to find outside playing Uno with co worker.Family with two young kids and was there less than ten minutes for the price of 4.
Upside Down House – Liverpool ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fun and unique experience! Visiting the Upside Down House in Liverpool was something completely different—and definitely worth it. It’s a great place to take creative photos and have a laugh with friends or family. The layout is really clever, and walking through everything flipped on its head is surprisingly entertaining. It doesn’t take long to go around, but it’s a memorable experience and something new to try in the city. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something quirky and fun to do in Liverpool!
We arrived at the upside-down house just after it opened, so there was no queue. I was not sure if the cost was worth it, but we were offered 3 tickets for the price of 2 so we decided to give it a go. Before entry, is it well worth looking at some the customer photos as these give some great ideas of how to pose for the best shots – there was also a member of staff in the building giving some very good advice on what to do (as well as ensuring people where not doing silly things). This was a fun item, but we were not there for long. Probably more fun when less busy.
Decided to visit as it seemed like fun. We didn't pre book and my son decided he wanted to do the spinning house too, so that was £8.95 each. The house is fun and you can get some silly pics. The spinning house wasn't worth the extra. OK to fill a but if time, was no longer than 20 mins in both. Far too expensive and not worth the money
A great little place to visit ! Felt very disoriented on entering due to the floor being tilted but soon got my feet. My two grandsons aged 10 and 8 absolutely loved it ! We got some fantastic photos thank you to the wonderful Holly and her colleague Ash (it was a lovely name with 3 letters ) They were so lovely !
We came to this upside down to kill a but of our day. Tickets were only £6 each. Was a fun experience however if you suffer with vertigo I wouldn't recommend, the house is slanted so very easy to lose your balance. We had a good time getting different pics, could of done with staff to help with the positioning and to help customers though. House is tiny says it takes an hour. We were out in 14 minutes. Children would prefer it more, it's in a great location, beside the Liverpool sign but not worth travelling from Manchester to it.
The really helpful staff (sorry we didn't catch her name) kept us right on how to get the best pictures. Only when you rotate the pictures do you get the "update down" impression. Good fun especially as we went when it wasn't too busy and we got the personal service. Will definitely recommend.
We had fun here today. We pre-booked our tickets (slightly cheaper) and only had to wait around 5 minutes to enter. The house was great, with lots of photo opportunities. The man working there was really helpful; he took photos for us and advised us of the best way to take them. Would recommend a visit if you're in the area.
Incidental find on our first trip to Liverpool as we headed towards the Royal Albert docks. We had a a fun short visit as a family and don’t forget to ask for a blue light discount!
An ok experience. You can feel a sense of motionsickness throughout, and staff do warn you before entering. People are monitored going in and upstairs to minimise crowding, which is good. We were in for a long 20 mins. There are lots of picture opportunities, but I would not say it was worth the £6.95 + fee!
Had a fabulous time at the Upside down house. Great place and so much fun!! You get the chance to take loads of photos and can take your time walking through..we loved it. Big shout out to the lovely members of staff Seb&Tay .....they were wonderful explaining everything and even taking the time to help with photos. Well done lads👍
This was fantastic fun to do and my first experience of an upside down house. The staff were fantastic, spending time with us, demonstrating and helping us get the best photographs of our visit. Very highly recommended.
Aw wow what a fantastic experience we all had in the upside down house in Liverpool at Liverpool one. We got some great pics with the added help & support from the young man working in it. He really took his time and fully explained how it can create some fabulous illusions. It was great fun . Great value and would spread the word and visit again. Loved it
The upside house is near Liverpool One and a great quick activity for everyone. The staff were lovely and even took group photos for us. We were not rushed at all so the 20 minutes is just the right amount of time. The staff explained how to make the photos because upside down. Each part of the house is filled with lots of props. Would definitely visit again.
A good way to pass 20 mins with my 2 sons 6 and 10. staff couldn't have been more helpful with advising and indeed taking photos of us all. Really enjoyed it
