We had a really great walking tour with Peter. He knows and loves Liverpool. He is well versed with history, architecture and its essence. As a private tour we worked with Peter to shape it the way we needed. We had older family in our group which meant we modified it to sit (coffee), talk, walk. There was an open free flow of questions. Relaxed

Peter was a great tour guide! He was knowledgeable of the city and took us on a great route round the city, so we really got to take it all in.
Absolutely fantastic tour. Peter was really enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable about everything we were interested in - architecture and history. We learnt a lot more than expected and covered a wide area of the city centre. Will definitely do some of his other tours. Highly recommended.
Very personal tour interactive and knowledge. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. What an underrated city. Not to be missed
I absolutely loved this tour! Our guide was fantastic: friendly, patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He made everyone feel welcome and never made the tour feel rushed. What I particularly enjoyed was how much extra information he shared along the way. It wasn’t simply a matter of taking us from one scheduled stop to another. He added interesting stories, historical details and little tidbits that brought Liverpool and its history to life. We saw a wonderful mix of the city, its architecture, waterfront and, of course, its incredible Beatles history. I came away feeling that I had learned a lot while also having a genuinely fun morning. A great introduction to Liverpool with a guide who clearly knows and loves the city. I would absolutely recommend this tour, especially to anyone visiting Liverpool for the first time. Thank you for such a memorable morning!
Liverpool has a great deal of beautiful architecture which this walking tour highlights. Coming from a cruise ship, the meeting place is very close and walkable. However about a 15 minute walk back to the pier at the end.
Great guided walk in Liverpool. Peter is a fantastic guide, so knowledgeable and really brings the buildings and history of Liverpool to life. Highly recommended for Visitors or locals looking to learn more about the city.
Peter was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the area! His passion for architecture and history truly brought the city to life. You could see his knowledge reflected in the buildings, the city’s layout, and the fascinating stories he shared about the Bluecoat and the Liver Birds. His tour was both informative and engaging, and I learned so much about Liverpool’s history and character.
Peter was an excellent guide; he was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. The pace was just right so you never felt like you were either lagging or rushing. He presented the history and architecture of Liverpool very well, and also gave us a sense of what it’s like as a local. We saw the major sights but also got a taste of areas off the beaten path. He had an answer to just about every question we asked, offered to take photos, and we ended the tour right outside a nice little pub. Definitely two hours incredibly well-spent. Highly, highly recommend booking him if you’re visiting Liverpool! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We ( family from London) were privileged to learn from Peter and also enjoy the city with him during our tour of the Southern docks and street art in Liverpool. Peter is super knowledgable and knew an immense amount about the local history, urban regeneration, and art. He brought many hidden pieces of street art to our sight! It was fabulous! Peter is also an artist himself and has a deep understanding of his city and community. Thank you Peter for your welcoming kindness and sincerity today. We wish you the very best! Devyani and family ( including a happy tired doggo Jazz)
We really enjoyed the tour with Peter. He explained a lot and had always an answer to our questions. I can highly recommend his tour. Thx Peter Christian from Vienna

Peter is a personable and knowledgable young man. His enthusiasm and passion clearly shines through and he is full of fascinating facts about the many places we visited on the tour. He opened our eyes to Liverpool and has made us look at it in a new and different light. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and will definitely be booking another one in the future. Thank you so much Peter for such a great experience.
Great expericence , really entertaining and instructive . Would definitely recommend it makes you look at the city differently !!
What a wonderful tour Peter created for our little group! I truly recommend this passionate and dedicated guide with a wealth of knowledge and a flair for storytelling. The tour was very informative and Peter ensured to share many fascinating stories while smoothly embedding historical events what allowed us to absorb many facts and dates effortlessly. His love for the city and pride of being Liverpudlian are evident and contagious- now I will appreciate this unique place which I have recently chosen to call my home even more. Thank you Peter!
Peter took myself and colleagues for a tour of Liverpool's historical waterfront sights. I know Liverpool very well, but Peter shared some fascinating facts and information that were new to me, and my colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the professional and informative tour, that was pitched perfectly. Thank you very much, Peter. Really excellent!

Hi everyone! If you're looking to get to know Liverpool's culture and history in depth, Pete is the one for you. I came frome Mexico on vacation, and I was recommended to take a city tour with him, and it was great. He knows a lot about the city, and his approach as a person is very kind and attentive. So don't hesitate to take a tour with him; you'll like it.
Peter was truly an amazing tour guid who enlightened our visit in Liverpool with his wealth of historical knowledge coupled with his vibrant energy! 10/10 would recommend if you’re someone who’s looking to really get to know this beautiful city. 🥳 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What can I say! - Peter is a fountain of Liverpool history knowledge. I was lucky enough to go on the ‘Docks’ guided tour and was joined by a fellow local history fan, my Mother Pat. The amount of local history Peter has was fantastic and we both really enjoyed Peter’s way of breaking down the amazing history of the waterfront of this great city. Cannot recommend a tour with Peter highly enough. Keep up the great work.
Peter is very knowledgable and passionate. I found it very interesting and truly recommend it to everyone as it’s gonna make you see this city in a different light and all the facts are really gonna add to really be able to enjoy it for the beautiful city it is. Thank you so much!
We had an excellent gourmet with Peter, so interesting and informative. Definitely learned a lot and Peter was so professional and kept your attention and interest. Would definitely do tour with him again.
A fantastic knowledgeable tour guide with great insights and information making it interesting and enjoyable if you need to know Liverpool then this is the guide
I highly recommend having Peter as your tour guide if you're wanting to come to Liverpool! Peter started the tour by the docks, and right from the start the history was so rich. He explained how the Liver Building and Liver Birds came about, and also pointed out the balcony where they announced the deaths from the Titanic. It’s crazy to think there’s so much deep history hidden in plain sight, and most of us would just walk past without ever knowing. Peter was also really thoughtful and kept us constantly in the shade on one of the hottest days in Liverpool. You can tell he really cares about making sure you’re comfortable and looked after. The tour itself was packed with fascinating stories and architectural facts. The walk down Mathew Street is unmissable, but he also made plenty of other great stops along the way. Too bad some museums were closed for renovation, but honestly there was still so much to see and learn. I loved finding out that skyscrapers as we know them today might not even exist without Liverpool, and also how many movies have been filmed here. One of my favourite takeaways was how a building’s design acted as a form of advertisement, kind of like their own personal ‘TikTok page’ back in the day. Such a cool way he puts things, making history feel fun and relatable. Peter’s knowledge is endless, but what makes him special is that he shares it in such a passionate and funny way and you can defiitely tell how much he cares for Liverpool. At the end of the tour, he even gave us great recommendations for local pubs! Ended up going to Hobo Kiosk which was a really quirky with lots of crazy good art deco, go check it out if you have time! Thanks so much Peter! If you’re into architecture, history, or just want to get to know Liverpool more, Peter is definitely the perfect tour guide!
One of the best tours I’ve been on, even living in the Liverpool region you learn a lot about Liverpool you wouldn’t have known before! 5*
Absolutely fantastic tour! Our Liverpudlian guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and full of passion for the city. In just a short time, we got to see both cathedrals and explore parts of Liverpool we would’ve missed on our own. The guide’s humour, local insights, and personal stories really brought the history to life. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a warm and authentic introduction to Liverpool!
I was lucky to meet Peter and be able to be guided by him in our tour. He was very passionate, very professional and kind to tell us about the story behind the Royal Albert Dock, the Canada Dock, the Titanic, The Beatles and more…..His tales and stories behind Liverpool's buildings, monuments, and historic streets gave me a definitive appreciation for the city. I felt like a Liverpudlian. One of the best experience ever. I sincerely recommend it.
Really enjoyed my tour... initially didn't plan on coming to Liverpool to do any tours I came to day drink and see some nice architecture and heritage. But during the day we had a change of heart and decided to hop on the tour and got to learn a lot about both cathedrals that are based in the city... was very inspiring to see the influence of both religious sects of Christianity on the city itself... really enjoyed my day out highly recommend :))
The best tour guide in town, a true Liverpudlian, and very affordable btw, knows a lot about everything, architecture, history, art, The Beatles, landmarks and city heritage, I had an amazing time !! Great at taking pictures as well ! Such a nice person. I’ll recommend it 100%
Absolutely brilliant tour. I have been on several before (I am a local and my family and friends visit often, so I do them all) but Peter was by far the best. Friendly, super-informative, tons of energy and I learned so much about this great city. I would happily recommend this tour and look forward to the next time!
Individual planning, very well received, English so that we came along well! Details and itineraries also outside the usual tourist routes. We are thrilled and will be back, with Peter for the next intensive visit to the museums and suburbs!
