Peter was very nice and knowledgeable about the Beatles. We had a great tour.

We had the best time ever in this tour! Our guide, John H took us to all of the Beatles childhood homes, to Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields and other significant sites. He provided detailed information at each location that was VERY interesting! The icing on the cake was meeting, yes, “meeting” - and chatting - with John’s sister, Julia, who was at Strawberry Fields signing her book about growing up with John! We also had the pleasure of meeting and chatted with Colin Hanton, the drummer of “The Quarrymen”, the band John was with pre-Beatles, we also met the lovely “Shannon”, known as “The World’s Greatest Beatles Artist”! What a day!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Gary was great. Very knowledgeable and fun to be with.
Great unforgettable experience. Tony made our journey to life of the Beatles exciting . He is very knowledgeable as guide He is fun and very conversational.
Our driver/guide John was wonderful. He explained every stop and had pictures of the Beatles as children and in early career. We thought we knew a lot about them but learned many unknown interesting facts. Hightly recommended.
Our guide, Tony McC, provided many facts about the Beatles' lives in a fun and entertaining manner. Tony managed to arrive at the various sites before the larger groups arrived, giving us an opportunity to take many photos without having to jostle through crowds. We enjoyed a few laughs along the way, making it a wonderful and memorable experience.
Tony was great. Very knowledgeable. Patiently answered my questions. Really a perfect day for a Beatles fan.
Josh warmly greeted us and made it clear that this was our tour and we could decide what we wished to see. We of course left it to him. He was very well informed having grown up in Penny Lane. He was accommodating, knowledgeable and gracious. We loved our tour and our tour guide. Highly recommended.
Nothing, just bring a love of all things Beatles. We learnt a lot more than we knew about the fab four. Peter was a great guide.
This was an excellent way to see the sights of Liverpool through the eyes of the Beatles. Our driver Robert was outstanding tailoring his stories to what was of interest to us. The private, small group aspect of this tour was a perfect way to go!
We absolutely LOVED our Beatles tour with Keith!!! He was super knowledgable, fun and kind. He shared so many amazing facts about both the Beatles AND Liverpool, which was awesome as this was our first time in the city! We had a blast with him and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to the UK. Book this tour and ask for KEITH!! Thanks Keith :)
We were traveling with 80 year old parents on a cruise and chose this tour for a more personal experience. Our guide and driver Tony didn't disappoint. He was full of Beatles knowledge and fun facts that he shared with us as we stopped at all the important Beatles stops. Tony was great about moving at a speed my parents could maintain. We learned so much about the Beatles, saw alot of fun stops, and listened to some classic Beatles while we were driving. Highly recommend this tour for something fun to do in Liverpool.
Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of The Beatles. He shared many photographs from a notebook he brought along and we learned things we hadn't previously known about the group. He also played a lot of their music on the radio which we enjoyed. It was a beautiful day and a nice ride around Liverpool. Having said that, I do have some concerns. There were three of us: my husband, a college friend, and me. We're all about 15 years younger than The Beatles but old enough to remember seeing them on The Ed Sullivan Show and buying their albums. The cab we rode in was not comfortable for the three of us. No one was allowed to sit in the front beside the driver because that side of the car was filled with leftover food wrappers. That meant the three of us had to sit in the back and there was an immovable plexiglass partition between us which made it difficult, at times, to hear what the driver said while we traveled in traffic. Additionally, the back seat was only comfortable enough for two people and that meant the third person had to sit in the fold-up "jump seat" for 3+ hours. It was uncomfortable. The day was also warm and the windows were down which added to the discomfort. No A/C was offered. I hate to leave such a mixed review but there you have it. We loved seeing where all of the "Fab Four" grew up but it sure could have been a lot better in terms of car comfort. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, but with reservation. I highly recommend contacting the tour operator in advance if you have mobility issues, hearing issues, or sensitivity to heat as you'll be spending 3+ hours in the car.
From start to finish, trip ran smoothly. In addition to learning about The Beatles, we were able to see some of Liverpool.
Geoff was an amazing tour guide! We had an extraordinary great time and he is knowledgeable, thoughtful and so kind! We saw and learned so much, it felt like we had insight to Beatles info most people do not get to have. Highly recommended! And ask for Geoff, you will not be disappointed. I even had a dream about the church where a couple of Beatles sang and drew pictures ! It was surreal. Thanks Geoff!!
Jay our guide gave us a very personal tour he had a photo album he shared at the various locations. He was very well acquainted with the Beatles story and history probably due to his age like us he was an older gentleman.
Great afternoon with Paul. Helpful and knowledgable stories about Beatles lives and places.
Julie was great. We had a warm, friendly and very well informed tour. Julie made sure we were comfortable at all times. Played songs along the way that we discussed, it was a fabulous day out. It was a present for my dad’s 80th birthday as he’s a huge Beatles fan and the tour made his birthday v special.
Definitely highly recommend this for any Beatles fans. The private tour was very informative and definitely interesting! Places visited mirrored the young lives of the Fab 4 including childhood homes, schools, and inspirations for many of their songs. Penny Lane, Strawberry Field and Sgt Pepper era all visited along with the cemetery where Eleanor Rigby is buried.
Most amazing 3 hrs, Peter was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. His enthusiasm for the Beatles story was infectious and his love of Liverpool very evident. I would highly recommend this tour for any visitor to the city who is also a fan of the Beatles music young or old.
Our guide was fantastic! I wasn’t even a fan of the Beatles (my husband is), but I am now! Highly recommend! Very thorough and knowledgeable.
We had a wonderful on our Beatles tour with Owen! He was very informed and an enjoyable guide! We would highly recommend this tour to any Beatle fan!
Our guide was wonderful. He clearly knew a LOT about not only the Beatles but the other bands and performers associated with them. He also had done a lot of research and showed us photos and told stories that really enriched our tour. It was a fab experience!
The tour was the best I’ve ever taken. Del, our narrator was interesting and knew the Beatles history inside and out. Dennis, our bus driver made sure we saw everything promised and gave us plenty of time to step off the bus for photo taking. All our questions were answered although we were given so much interesting information, we didn’t have many questions. The bus narrator gave recommendations of places of interest throughout the tour, so as a great end to a fun day in Liverpool my adult daughters and I were dropped off close to the recommended Cavern Club. The entertainment there was excellent and EVERYONE participated in the music by singing along, dancing in place and staying for set after set. People did come and go, but the crowd always welcomed the newcomers and made space for them. A lot of places for people to sit and listen or stand, have a drink and take tons of photos. The attached Beatles centered store has lots of things for sale as a remembrance of the groups you enjoyed in your youth. The bar is readily accessible and the drinks were very good. Nothing negative to report from the bus tour to the end of the day, so go for it!
Josh was the best guide anyone could ask for. He made the tour extraordinary! He taught me, a Beatles expert a few things.
This was my second Beatles taxi tour in Liverpool, and it was very thorough, fun, and did not feel rushed. Keith told some wonderful stories about the Beatles, and had his own personal photos, collected over many years. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and I would absolutely recommend it!
This tour was exactly what we hoped for and more. Beatles history, some Liverpool sights, awesome guide (Gary) and more!! Thanks for making the day extra special especially for Richie La!!
Paul gave us a wonderful private tour in his Hackney cab, showing us all the places where the Beatle’s grew up and got together as a band. Childhood homes and neighborhoods, Penny Lane, Strawberry Field, the church where they met and many stories about how they all met and their early lives. We had as much time as we wanted at each location. Paul really took the time to answer our questions and address our interests. Paul is also an excellent photographer and he took many pictures on his camera and then sent them to us. I highly recommend this tour, well worth your time!
Keith was fabulous! He provided so many interesting facts about the Beatles and Liverpool! He went above and beyond! One of the best tours I've ever been on. I highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our tour with guide Paul. He was fun, entertaining and informative. We met at the Adelphi Hotel, hopped into classic taxi, saw many key Beatles related sites and got dropped off at the cruise ship terminal on time!
Our tour with Gareth was the best three hours we have spent on any tour anywhere. His knowledge of the history of Liverpool, architecture, and of course the Beatles, will totally blow your mind. You will see a city and hear things about the Beatles that you have never heard before. You will see where they grew up and how they became the Beatles. You will have photos taken that you will treasure forever. Do not take any substitute! The Beatles cab tour is the only real tour. Ask for Gareth if you want an extra special experience.
Amazing tour led by Paul Taylor. Very knowledgeable about The Beatles and took us all over the city stopping at all the places of interest. He Was extremely personable and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Would definitely recommend whether a Beatles fan or not, it is a tour not to be missed whilst visiting Liverpool.
Amazing Tour! Julie was the best tour guide. So accommodating and knowledgeable about the Beatles. Highly recommend this tour. It had everything from sites, music and great fun facts! Worth every penny
Jay was a very good sport with me and personalized my tour to reflect my interests and priorities. I was a lot on the tour (my interest in The Beatles is long and intense) and he improvised well and tolerated my situation. He was a champion and much appreciated!
Rak was amazing. He is a great story teller with a wicked sense of humor. He told stories we would not have known otherwise to help us understand the Liverpool that made the Beatles. His pictures and links to videos were excellent customer service.
Top notch fabulous tour with Paul Taylor. Interesting, fun I loved that I got to see and experience Liverpool to imagine really living here. Don’t miss the chance to experience this tour!
This is not your average Beatles tour, our guide Rakeebur Rahman exceeded all expectations. He's probably done a ton of these but makes it entertaining with all the facts added in and most surprisingly a lot we had not heard before. Our group are in our 70's and thought we knew it all until Rak came along. LOL! This is a must tour for any Beatle enthusiast and ask for Rak, you'll thanks me later. ***** A five-star tour!
Paul was very knowledgeable and engaging. Answered all of our questions and provided a good amount of humour. Would recommend him to friends.
A great experience. Camilla our guide was super friendly and repared. Gave us a wealth of info on the early history of the young Beatles in Liverpool. Highly recommend this tour.
Robbie did an excellent job, telling amazing stories and taking us to so many incredible Beatles historical places. he was also super friendly and obviously loved what he was doing. He treated me and my family with courtesy, respect, and humor.
We wanted to experience much Beatles information. We learned so much more about the Beatles. It was well worth the time.
John - Our guide - gave us a complete history of how the Quarrymen grew to be the Beatles. We took lots of photos and saw their boyhood homes, neighborhood haunts like the cemetery and church, Strawberry Fields, the Barber Shop, Penny Lane. John knew every date, their family’s’ history and had many photos and artifacts of Quarrymans’ growth.
Excellent tour for any Beatles fan. My tour guide was terrific, extremely knowledgeable, took his time exceeding the 3 hours, personable, friendly and a quality person. I learned a lot.
Our driver and guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was also kind and courteous. A great afternoon out. We would be keen to come back to Liverpool on the strength of this trip.
It started well with an easy to find taxi and tour guide and then a great tour of many key locations ans lots of photo ops. Even had a well timed stop for coffee and souviner shopping at Strawberry Field.
Great tour with good background information. Took some great photos and will remember this for a long time. So wonderful to see where this great music came from firsthand.
Our tour guide was wonderful and showed us where songs originated and where the Beatles played and their homes they grew up in. The only issue for us was the actual time in the taxi cab … very bumpy and was very uncomfortable.
Only problem is email said to meet at hotel but guide was at our ship which waisted about 45 minutes of our adventure
Our group had a great time learning about the history of the Beatles. Paul, our tour guide, was wonderful providing a lot of interesting facts about each member of the group and the sights. A must-do of visiting Liverpool
Steve our guide was fantastic! He took many pictures and was very accomadating despite his wife having an operation that morning.
