It was an excellent experience with a friendly, open minded and friendly guide. I want to give many thanks to Mrs Ann, our guide. The places, scenery and of course the trip from Liverpool to North Wales have been wonderful, in a special atmosphere with music and lots of colours. Congratulations for busy bus company organization!

Itinerary
Start your adventure with a scenic drive from Liverpool to the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno. Stroll along its sand and pebbled beaches, wander its famous pier, and take in the stunning coastal views.
Next, cross the iconic Conwy Suspension Bridge into the walled town of Conwy, one of Britain’s best-preserved medieval towns.
Your journey continues to the historic walled town of Conwy, where you’ll have free time to explore. You may choose to visit Conwy Castle (additional cost), see the Smallest House in Britain on the marina, or walk along the medieval castle walls. This stop is also the perfect chance to enjoy a traditional Welsh lunch, and we recommend Fisherman’s Fish & Chips on the main high street.
The adventure continues as you journey into Snowdonia National Park, the second largest national park in the UK. In true BusyBus style, you’ll go off the beaten path and have the chance to spot native sheep and wild ponies before taking a short walk up the Ogwen Valley to capture some memorable photos. Many guests consider this the highlight of the day!
The tour then continues to the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, a perfect place to stretch your legs and explore. Here you can browse traditional shops, pick up souvenirs, and take a look at the old train station that adds to the village’s charm. It’s also an ideal stop to enjoy a refreshment — perhaps an ice cream on a warm day or a hot coffee when the weather is cooler.
The tour makes a stop at the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, one of Britain’s most remarkable feats of engineering and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This true icon of Welsh industrial heritage offers a chance for those feeling brave to walk across the aqueduct alongside kayaks and canal boats. Don’t miss the opportunity to capture a photo from the middle, with the River Dee flowing far beneath your feet.

Had an amazing day, I would highly recommend this trip. Ann is brilliant, very knowledgeable and kept us entertained the entire day. :)
Frank is an amazing tour guide, he is very funny and kind. The transportation is in excelente conditions and the place is gorgeous.
This was a nice trip where we explored North Wales. The driver and guide was knowledgeable and had a sense of humour. Ann took us through the route in a professional way. The only negative about the trip was the small bus. The legroom was too tight, especially for me who is tall.
Frank was a great guide! Engaging and informative.
Great trip to North Wales. Our guide, Frank, was friendly and informative. This trip was a great sample of North Wales, from castles to Victorian resort towns to Snowdonia National Park. Definitely worth a day if you are in Liverpool.
I very enjoyed the trip, Frank was absolutely fantastic with a lot of knowledge, he was very patient and helpful, the whether was bad and he was very nice and friendly to everyone, I will come back again
Frank was an excellent guide and despite the terrible weather and a storm, got us to all spots safe and sounds with lots of great stories throughout. His tips were helpful and there was always enough time to do all the activities- highly recommend.
We are very fortunate to have Ann as our guide and driver. She is hilarious and has a beautiful Liverpudlian accent! Despite the rainy weather throughout the journey, Ann is able to make the trip very enjoyable. She is very skillful in handling the multi task of driving efficiently and narrating the tourist attractions! Good job Ann!
Ann was our driver it was 1 of the best bus tour we have ever went on even though the rain was on most of day it didn't damping our day Ann was very knowledgeable about our trip we loved it it was our first time going to Wales would definitely book another tour with yous in future
Our driver was Ann she was amazing her chat was good it was raining but that didn't take away from the day Ann would make any day bright she was very knowledgeable comfortable bus would highly recommend taking this tour will be looking in to more tours
Ann was very knowledgable and funny. Even though the weather wasn't the best, she did everything she could to provide a valuable and comfortable experience. Wish we had stayed longer in Snowdon Park, but overall, a very interesting and worthwhile tour. Shout out Scouser Rocky.
Our guide Ann was very funny, very nice sights
This was a fun trip and well worth it. Our guides, Frank and Sean( in training ), did a great job of keeping everyone entertained during the entire trip. It was actually nice to be on a smaller bus as opposed to the really big ones. It made for a more personal tour in our opinion. We had plenty of time in each stop and Frank gave suggestions as to the places to try for treats or food. All in all, we would definitely recommend this tour and hopefully you get Frank as your driver.
The tour was absolutely brilliant! We really enjoyed the whole day, and our guide Ann was fantastic. She was so funny, engaging and really made the experience extra special. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
Fantastic tour with Ann. Entertaining and amazing views. A wonderful snapshot of North Wales.
It was amazing and memorable day
You get to see several cities and have time in each to explore. The van was comfortable and there were 12 guests. The driver was very knowledgeable and played a game that helped pass the time traveling. It was a full day with pick up at 8:45 am and we returned at 6:00 pm
The trip was very informative, and covered a lot of ground. We saw everything that was included in the trip summary, Frank added background information, and answered all questions.
It was my first time to do a bus tour and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.From pick up, the excursions and right to the drop off, everything was done on time. Our driver, Alan, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to book another trip elsewhere
Hey!! I am Vipul, had chance to visit North Wales. It was good experience with Busy Bus guide Ann. On time, good guidance on location specialities. Enjoyed tour!!
Ann was an excelent guide. North Wales was way better than I imagined.
What an enjoyable day! Ann the guide/driver is simply fantastic. She is so knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail.
North Wales was really beautiful! We went from the coast to the mountains and saw castles andwaterfalls and valleys and cows and sheep, and I was really pleasantly surprised
Great itinerary, fabulous guide Shelley. Insightful, informative, humorous, Clearly enjoys her work and is good at it. Great combination of visits to towns and villages with rural scenery and chance for a short hike in Snowdonia National Park. For a lovely getaway from Liverpool for a day, this tour can’t be beat. Comfortable minivan for15 makes for easy driving even on single track roads, and easy parking at stops
What made the Tour, apart from the spectacular scenery, was Frank our driver and guide. His wit coupled with extensive knowledge of all areas visited was fantastic and invaluable. Great sense of humour. For anyone interested in this Tour please be aware that you must return to the bus on each stop when the driver tells you ensuring an even smoother tour. Thank you especially Frank, a lovely day, nothing was too much trouble
Driver was great, very friendly gave us lots of facts along the way. Had a small quiz also which was fun. Sights were lovely, and the weather was lovely.
Great trip with many interesting stops. The main reason I booked this trip was Snowdonia NP but unfortunately, it was raining so we didn't have an oportunity to stop there and go for a proper walk. However, we had a scenic drive through the park, our guide Adrian even drove us along one of those narrow roads so we could watch sheep up close. The only thing I would change is that there was a lot of stops during the day and we didn't have much time to explore these places (about 30-45 minutes). I would prefer less stops with more time (at least an hour) to explore. Other than that, it was a great way to visit North Wales if you don't want to/can't rent a car. Our guide told us many stories about the area throughout the day and played us lots of local music.
Fantastic trip Anthony Ankrah was an amazing tour guide, he was so passionate about the whole area, he knew so much and was so interesting and entertaining, playing little games and singing on the way back. A great day and would certainly recommend the trip and Anthony!!
Ann was a great driver and guide. We saw some incredibly beautiful country-very nice selection of stops. We were pressed for time, but that’s common on tours! Overall we loved it!
Anthony Ankrha- what an amazing tour guide. One of the best we have had. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and funny during the whole tour. Saw some lovely sites and views we would never have seen otherwise. Excellent photographer. Will remember to look at the green dot!! lol Brilliant recommendations on where to eat visit and just walk. Fantastic song along on the way back.
The guide Adrian was very funny and informative. The journey was filled with information about the surrounding areas and specially curated music. He was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. I look forward to more tours in future.
Anne, our guide, was simply awesome. She made the trip fun the whole day. We had good amounts of time at the stops and her recommendations were spot on. She went out of her way to make everyone feel included.
Although it is a long trip Time flies when your surrounded with such beautiful landscape Our guide Ann Was hilarious Knowledgeable Caring
If you’re lucky enough to have Ann as your tour guide you’re in for a great tour of Wales! Ann makes the tour fun, humorous and also quite informative! The tour is broken up with plenty of stops and bathroom breaks. There might be some singing along on the bus if you’re up for it! My aunt, uncle and I highly recommend this tour! Ask for Ann!
Great tour guide, very personable & knowledgeable. Excellent variety of scenic & interesting stops. Snowdonia Park perhaps the highlight, stunning.
Ann is a fantastic Driver and Guide and we had a very nice day in Wales!
My son and I had an amazing time spending with our awesome, knowledgeable guide tour Anthony.I recommend this tour for everyone.
Visited wonderful locations in North Wales. It was hard to pick a favorite. Anthony was an excellent tour guide.
Anthony was great! He kept us entertained with music requests and games on the bus. He gave lots of great commentary and stories and he made sure to take lots of pictures for us. We were expecting a small shuttle van rather than a big bus (we hopped on in Chester) but we still had fun!
My husband and myself had a wonderful experience to North Wales and the many towns in North Wales. Anthony was our tour guide. He was excellent with so much knowledge and energy. Thank you. We will would highly recommend this tour.
Anthony was awesome!!!! Great to see something outside of Liverpool.
Great day. Good mix of Seaside History and National Park. Loved the Aquaduct. Ann great driver made the day!!
The seaside stop in the quaint Victorian town was our favorite. Didn’t need the stop in bechnowold and could have added the time to the other stops. The only negative was the air didn’t work on the bus so it was rather stuffy.
Was a small group (which was great!) so we all got to know each other. Wales is such a beautiful country and this was a great way to experience. Snowdonia was so gorgeous! 100% recommend.
It was a great experience; special thanks to our guide and driver, Ann, who was very nice and entertaining. She was the best part. At some spots, you might not have time to do everything you would like, so manage your time accordingly—good atmosphere in general and a sufficient crowd size.
What a wonderful adventure we had on our trip to Wales. Our driver Tonya was so knowledgeable of the places we stopped at. Along with pointing out other information about Wales. If there is a downside it would be the bus. Honestly the bus needs a real good cleaning, from the upholstered walls, windows cleaned and there was trash in the back seat pockets when we boarded in the morning. But seeing Wales and the stops we made was absolutely worth it!
A great experience! Travel time , guide with knowledge, and beautiful places . Maybe I wouldn't be able to visit by train.
I went solo and its was worth more than the money i paid,it was an absolute great experience. our guide was Ann,she was super friendly and helpful.I would surely recommend everyone this trip.
Absolutely brilliant tour of North Wales. Our guide Tania was excellent in her knowledge of the areas we visited. Would highly recommend the tour and scenes were breathtaking
