We visited Anfield with the family and, although I'm not a football fan myself, I really enjoyed the experience! The football fans in the family enjoyed it just as much, if not more. The tour was really well organised and very well paced. You could take your time, move around the different sections and listen to the audio guide as you went along, so there was no feeling of being rushed. It was great getting access to so many behind-the-scenes areas, including the media and press rooms, the home and away dressing rooms and, of course, the opportunity to walk out onto the pitch. That was a real highlight! The staff throughout the stadium were brilliant – so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. There was always someone around to answer questions and share a bit more information. It's a really interesting experience and gives you a great insight into the club, the stadium and what goes on behind the scenes. I would highly recommend the Anfield tour to everyone, whether you're a lifelong Liverpool supporter or, like me, not a football fan at all. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a brilliant family experience. Definitely worth a visit!

Brilliant treat for my dad’s birthday. He absolutely loved it and the tour was amazing. Ray and Jan presented it all with knowledge, confidence and humour. They made for an informative and entertaining double. We thought we knew a lot about LFC but learned a lot of interesting facts along the way. The 100 greatest players and arriving pitch side were the highlights of a great few hours and got us all a bit emotional.
Great day, great tour unforgettable memories. Will go back.
We recently visited the Liverpool FC Stadium Tour, and I cannot praise the team enough! From start to finish, the hospitality was world-class. We had a stressful start to the day after getting caught in heavy traffic and arriving late after a long journey, but the staff immediately put us at ease. Instead of turning us away, they were incredibly accommodating, reassuring, and seamlessly fit us into the schedule without any hassle. A massive special shoutout to Yvonne, who was absolutely fantastic! Taking care of two young children during a tour can be tricky, but her extra help and warmth made all the difference. The kids also had a wonderful time thanks to Oliver and Shanae at the face painting and crafts section, they were both patient, fun, and completely brilliant with the little ones. Before leaving, we stopped by the photo counter where Alicia greeted us with so much kindness and made picking out our memories a breeze. Honestly, every single member of staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that positive energy was completely infectious. Thank you so much to the whole team for turning what started as a stressful journey into an absolute highlight. We can't wait to come back and see you all again!
Fantastic time doing the stadium tour and staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable
Husband enjoyed it. Not sure what I was expecting but he loved it
Overall, this was a fun experience, and it was great to learn about the club's history through words and pictures. It would have been more enjoyable to have a tour guide instead of listening to an audio guide. Also, it would have been nice to see the home team's dressing room rather than the away team's, but since there was a match the following day, it is understandable. Still, a very fun experience!"
Absolutely worth the time and the price in my opinion, especially if you are a Liverpool F.C. fan. You get to see everything in the stadium as well as a the Club Museum. The staff were chatty, very friendly and so helpful. The atmosphere is indescribable!
Very good and interesting. Tour guide was great
Excellent tour! You get a great overview of the history of the Liverpool team and the tour offers you see a lot of the stadium. Great photo opportunities.
We booked the tour with no issues and proceeded with the tour. We had a member of family who was in a mobility scooter which wasn't a problem as there were lifts, however we found that on some levels by the time we had caught up with the tour guide he hadn't waited for us to listen to what he was saying. Therefore we missed a lot of what was being said. It felt very rushed for us because of this and missed photo opportunities. Some of the other guests were very ignorant regarding our family member in the mobility scooter. I think for the price we paid is too much as I don't think there's much consideration for people with wheelchairs, scooters etc
Wasn't impressed i could do loads more with the money.
Ive been a liverpool supporter for 44 years so its been a dream of mine to make it to Anfield & that happened on 21st of August 2026 so overwhelming I walked to the stadium & When I saw Anfield I started to shake & when in side I had tears hopefully next time I get to see a game L.F.C for life big up the vibrationz.
I booked it for my husband for his birthday when we got there the gave him a lovely gift. We set off on our tour & after a little mix up we got sorted with the manager so sorry to say i didn't get his name it was the 11.30am 26th September 2026 tour his was a lovely man all the staff were very polite & professional. The tour was brilliant & I do t follow football 😄 but I really enjoyed it was lovely to meet the great John Aldridge & chat to him few pics. All in all 100 💯 thank you
I'm not a Liverpool fan, I enjoyed the tour .Darren the guide was great, informative, engaging and very proud of his football club. Tour well organised , the museum was great , seeing 6 European cups pretty impressive. Book tickets better value than paying on the day.
My 6 year olds first visit to the club the professionalism of our greet at reception to then meeting our tour guids for the day Tom ans Alan was the start of something special they was engaging knowledgable exstremly funny and was both true ambassoders for the club, engaging with my little striker like he was in the first team captain, afterwards wexwent to the museum and had food in the thevnew KOP Bar burgers world class service exceptional then the museum and shop picked up photos what a day worth every £1 thank you team LFC especially Tom and Alan.
Different than the first time I did this tour when an actual person took you round. Now done using a headset. Not really a football fan myself so personally found it a bit long and boring. 7 year old also found it a bit long by the end The man in the changing room was fantastic at giving us a more personal insight which is what the headset tour misses. Think he was only in the away changing room as the home changing room was closed due to a match the next day
Great and interesting tour of Anfield Stadium and Museum It would give you goosebumps and brought back great memories of games and players in the past
Cannot rate our trip highly enough. My Mum is 86 and a lifelong LFC fan. Born in the City in 1940, and was moved to Kent by her parents in 1950. Her health isn’t great now and my husband and I wanted to take her home and back to her beloved Anfield one more time. The staff on the stadium tour were absolutely fantastic. From the second we got there, nothing was too much trouble. They were so accommodating to Mum as a wheelchair user, and took so much time and effort to talk her through the stadium and listen to her stories of visiting Anfield of old. Thank you all for helping us make some beautiful memories.
It was brilliant it was so nice and clean and was just beautiful
We had booked the Liverpool tour and museum as part of our son's birthday celebrations. Our eldest son is autistic and, on the day, became unsure about whether he wanted to take part. John noticed this, approached us, introduced himself, and immediately went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. He gave both boys a lovely goodie bag, including a Liverpool scarf, bottle and wall plaque, and reassured us that we didn’t have to join the tour as part of the larger group. John kindly took us through separately using the lift, showed the boys how to use the audio equipment, and made sure we were completely comfortable and settled before leaving us to enjoy the experience at our own pace. If it hadn’t been for John’s kindness, patience and understanding, our son probably wouldn’t have taken part at all. His approach made such a difference to him and allowed him to enjoy an experience we weren’t sure he would manage. The staff throughout the whole tour were incredibly friendly, welcoming and engaging with the boys at every opportunity. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable for everyone. A massive thank you to John and the whole team for going above and beyond.
Fantastic experience, always wanted to go, an im really glad I did, hosts were fantastic guiding us through as well.
Great experience with the Abseil when we entered LFC which my son and I thoroughly enjoyed. The team was supportive in every way especially when we talk about safety standards to the highest level which brought a lot of comfort to me since my son was accompanying me. Steph who supported my son throughout his experience with the Abseil was terrific and appreciated her care towards my son keeping him safe at all times since I was on the other side. Big thank you to everyone at LFC who were all kind and warm upon our arrival
Well organised, great Guides and great fun. Definitely worth a visit. Excellent value
Amazing Tour - we both loved it. We had travelled to Liverpool for a pre-season friendly and then went back the next day to do this Tour - amazing. This is a great mix of technology and local informative guides. We had a great audio / video technology to listen to or watch at various stops throughout the Stadium supported by a large number of guides dotted around who were happy to chat and add information, answer questions or just chat - a brilliant mix. The Tour lets you set your own pace so not locked into a ‘group’ and we were sometimes in a large group and at other times just the two of us. We were in the away dressing room on with just one of the guides and he was great and gave us a bit of chat and colour. The Tour takes you right through the Stadium - Hallways and History, Dressing Rooms, Player Dining, Interview Room, Tunnel , Pitchside at the Dugouts and into the Kop. The Museum is separate but also brilliant with lots to see and read about. Great Stadium, Brilliant Tour !
I did the tour Aug 2, 2026 , the tour as they say in the USA it was totally awesome. I have not been to Anfield for a number of years and the improvements that have been made are superb !! Getting back to the tour it was just brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful , due to a number of operations on my hips , knees etc I don't walk as good as I used to and the first staff member of the tour noticed me right away and insisted I take the lifts to all the different levels , man talk about being on the ball!!! Everything is well laid out for the visitors ,the dressing rooms, the press rooms etc and there is no one rushing you out or anything like that . To finish up , the Tour is well worth a visit , the staff are not only a credit to Liverpool Football club but to the city of Liverpool . Shanks , Bob , Ray Clemence, Kevin Keegan etc I have no doubt would 100% approve and be so proud !
Hi My wife and I went on the stadium tour on 10th August 2026,booked through Booking.com. I have supported L.F.C all my life(over 65 years) and was really looking forward to tour. I must admit it was NOT a pleasant experience: 1) I know the children were off school but it felt like there were herds of people piled in on each individual tour. 2)There was must have been over 50 people in the dressing room the guy even stopped us and said its the kids you will have to wait even longer (to which we give in and moved on) 3)Could not get near the Anfield sign to pitch(same as above) 4)The head set we were given had no volume ! we we going to different parts of stadium and the sounds that were in stadium drowned the commentary on headset out! 5)We just felt totally hurried and apart from sitting on Kop and dugout it was not enjoyable for the money I paid. I'm sorry but for what we expected it was not worth over £45 pound I paid. And sadly will not be recommending it while school holidays on. Got a reply from L.F.C staff and they said sorry...ohhhhhh dear...maybe i should write to Amazon!!!
Really good afternoon out. We were allowed to look around the stadium at our own pace but there was lots of help there if you needed it
Very educational tour enjoyable and forever returning for bigger and better . Fan zone was great fun 😁
Excellent if you are a Red, the guides are great and full of information, we were left to walk around in our own time.., stopping for photos, and the guides were only to willing to take pictures.
This is a self guided audio tour. You will get to see all of the stadium and locker rooms and hear lots of the history of the stadium.
-Always a great tour -Everytime been more is added on -Tour guides are great- After oke realised im Scottish started talking about shankleys secrets - Only Con - Wish tour had less people in as takes ages to get photos you want
We went on this experience for the day with my 6year old son for his birthday and I cannot so enough good things about this day. Every person we encountered was wonderfully kind and polite, every single staff member made my son feel special. Even if it wasn't amazing value for money (which it is) the staff alone would make this day member able. Big big thank you to everyone.
Me and my grandson went here with are local group who organised trips for the children in are community we had a amazing time here great value for money and we had so much fun in the fun zone kids got to play different activities well worth a visit
I had done the stadium tour years ago, but certainly learnt new things on this one. It was the first visit for my 9yo LFC / football mad son and he’d been excited for a very long time at the prospect of going. We loved extra second of our experience. We visited on a match day (vs AS Monaco / Friendly) and knew in advance that the changing rooms were off-limits owing to the game. Our wonderful tour guide Steve took us right to the entrance through, so we could get a feel for where the players prepare. Instead, we were taken through the Exec / Board area, through the stadium, allowed to sit in the plush team seats (and on the Kop) before heading into the museum. I think the tour took around an hour, but with the museum you can spend as long as you like reading up on the rich history of the ground and the club. Plenty of photo ops throughout, great value for money in my view and of course there’s plenty to see around the outside of the stadium, including the new memorial statue for Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva. If you’re going for a game, my experience has always been that taxis and Ubers really need to be found/ organised a way away from the stadium as human and motor traffic is clearly always going to be heavy once the game’s over. A little local knowledge of rat-runs and cut-throughs (being respectful of residents) is useful here to avoid wading through the throng.
Omg what an experience!!! From start to finish, I absolutely loved it . The tickets were purchased as an anniversary gift so not sure of admission fee but have been told it's definitely value for money. With both tours and a coffee in-between each of them, I think we were there for about 3 hours. You're left to carry on at your own pace so you have time to soak it all in but there are friendly knowledgeable tour guides around to help you, answer questions or simply take photos for you if so wish. We even got to keep the LFC earphones at the end of the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour. As a lifelong Liverpool fan, this was the best day 🙂
Wow the tour was amazing. Very informative and an honour to be there. The price was well worth it. I could feel the atmosphere even without the fans there. The staff were very friendly. Could not pick out the best part because just being there was a dream come true
Very good tour , interesting things like the top 100 players, good access to all areas, slightly expensive though, £8 more than Newcastle which was just as good still recommend though
Brilliant family day out. Amazing staff. Lots of parking space available around. Cafe could be better with more options
Awesome experience Such a treat for a football fan and yet also hugely enjoyable for all the family.
Anfield's an amazing, historic stadium, and the stadium tour lets you see behind the scenes. Unfortunately, the day I was there, a huge and rather unwieldy tour group was in front of us, and slightly spoiled the experience. You get to walk pitchside, sit in the manager's seat in the dug out, visit both dressing rooms, and walk down the tunnel, touching the 'This is Anfield' sign. Great for Liverpool fans, obviously, but also for anyone interested in what goes on behind the scenes!
An amazing day out can tick off my bucket list of my things to do
It was very good , very interesting to know the history of Liverpool FC and to visit the places where the players go and also visit the field
Excellent tour and value for money. The kids loved it and so did i..lovely staff nice and friendly
Awesome and wonderful tour and it was well executed and well guided. Anfield is great and so beautiful
Excellent organized tour that is self paced. Enjoyed the history of Liverpool and all the details. Recommend for any football fan.
Took the stadium tour and museum visit this week. On entry you receive a tablet and earbuds (with liver bird on it) so that you can hear information from certain stages around the tour. As I wear hearing aids I couldn’t use the wee inner earbuds so was given headphones. Sadly still couldn’t hear the information so handed back the tablet and had to miss all the additional information. I did contact support after the tour with suggestions regarding a download for the deaf or QR code so that we can hear the info direct to our hearing aids by Bluetooth which they claim will be taken on board. The tour took us to level 6 with mid stand views of stadium then down to away & home changing rooms, board room, players lounge, interview areas and finally out the tunnel (after touching the badge) and into the dugouts. The pitch was getting new grass so limited to where we could stand. The tour used escalators rather than stairs to climb the stadium which was a bonus as I have mobility issues and there was a lift also, very accessible. Museum was great, lots of interesting stuff. Overall it was a visual delight for myself, just a shame I couldn’t hear everything that everybody else did. The stadium is well laid out, very clean, accessible but a little more inclusion for sensory disabilities would be a bonus.
We are not football fans but this was a very enjoyable tour, great guides, very informative. A very passionate club. Easy parking.
