Took my two boys on the excellent tour with Sophie and Liam. They were both friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very passionate about Everton football club. Behind the scenes and some great photo opportunities! (No spoilers here!) HIGHLY recommend.
Great tour from Alan and John today. Very knowledgeable and good blues! Highly recommend to fans or anyone who what to see an amazing stadium and what the people's club is like
A fantastic tour of a great ground. Derek and Tony were knowledgeable and fun hosts and made the day for us. So funny they could be on the stage! My wife is in a wheelchair and they looked after us both all the way round. If you haven't done the tour you should definitely do it and if you get Derek and Tony you're in for a treat. Well done both of you!
State of the art stadium & accessibility for disabled is top class. Our guides Jaimie & John were fantastic & also very humorous with myself being a celtic supporter & they were excellent with young children of opposing teams !!!! (Red) lol. Fantastic people & stadium & wish you well *
An excellent tour with Alan and Bob. Great tour guides, very informative and good banter. This is the 2nd time going (taking a friend) and its actually better than last year. Highly recommended
What an amazing experience at an amazing stadium. I think out of the 3 stadiums we have built in the city this is by far the best. Mark and Gail were amazing guides, interactive, friendly, funny, knowledgeable. Brilliant day. COYB/UTT.
Mark and Frederico were brilliant so knowledgeable and the tour was great!
12.30pm tour on 30.10.26. Bob & Alan, tour guides, were excellent. Their knowledge, professionalism, humour and friendliness were exceptional. Alan was an excellent historian in particular. Excellent experience
Tour guides were fantastic and a great experience
Our 90 minute tour of this magnificent stadium was entertaining and informative. Our guides, Jamie and John were friendly and knowledgeable giving facts and figures about the Club and the stadium. There were a number of non-Evertonians in our group and the guides helped them to engage with the Club's history, referencing their own teams where possible. It was excellent value for money and took into consideration anyone with mobility issues. I would recommend any Evertonian or anyone with an interest in football stadia to take this tour
I went for an hour and a half and really enjoyed it,it was one of the best days ever. I really enjoyed going in the changing rooms and walking out of the tunnel with the famous Z cars walkout song playing,I really felt like a player. I think it was a really good price for that type of experience. My groups tour guides (Bob and Allan) were really knowledgeable, helpful and funny.
Excellent tour of the stadium, the Halloween addition at the start was great for my son. Great to see all the behind the scenes places and walk down the tunnel to Z cars. Mark and the lady guide (couldn't recall her name) were absolutely fantastic. You could tell they loved the club and Marks history talks were very gripping making you stay tuned in for the full day. Well worth it.
Alan and Bob were amazing tour guides! Very knowledgable and made us laugh too. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, good value for money, Such and impressive stadium - Up the toffees 💙
Brilliant experience, so much to see and Derek and Tony were great fun, would definitely recommend even for a non blue, really worth the money and the time, 90 minutes well spent.
Tour led by Derek and Tony, very impressive and great fun. Recommend!!
I have arranged a group tour for my university students, chose a time and date, the booking was confirmed and I was told to wait for the invoice which would come in a few days. Several weeks later, as the date of the tour approached I decided to email the stadium again to inquire about the invoice, and I was told that our booking has been cancelled due to 'maintenance', and we were offered a different time. This was not possible to accommodate on my side, as planning a tour like this requires approvals and finding a slot in students' and professors' busy schedule. What I found most unhelpful that this was not communicated to me in a timely manner and I was only told about this after I contacted them about the invoice myself. So I would not recommend booking a group tour there, the team is not very helpful. There are other grounds in the city and in the region with far more helpful and reliable staff.
Had a great time on our Hill Dickinson Stadium tour this half term. The tour guide (Mark) was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and engaging for all ages. We got to see all the parts of the stadium we wanted to and had plenty of time to ask questions and take as many photos as we wanted. The stadium itself is very impressive and understanding the history of the club and the city was interesting. Over the tour there was activities for the children to complete with a prize at the end and being able to keep the premium lanyard was a nice choice! Starting and ending in the restaurant was great to - with a great choice of good and drink. Would certainly recommend to any football fan visiting the city
Really good tour, Sophie was very knowledgeable and passionate of being a blue. Would highly recommend the tour
Amazing stadium, guides were very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the tour.
John & Jamie were excellent tour guides - they were very passionate about Everton, informative & humorous. The stadium is amazing - especially the science used to cut costs e.g drainage system from the rain water & keeping the pitch in tip-top condition. The tuna melt & fries were delicious before the tour too.
Amazing tour. It was my son's 12th birthday and Mark and Sophie were so friendly and made the day for him - thank you!
Really great tour of the new stadium, John & Jamie were superb throughout, really patient & knowledgable, I learnt a lot from John & Jamie even as a match goer for over 20 years. Thorough tour of the stadium with real insights to how the stadium was designed & the atmosphere techniques were really appreciated as it makes you understand the science behind the creation. We left the stadium feeling really taken care of & also with a lot more knowledge, the hospitality of the tour guides & the football club itself was top too
Excellent tour, the guides John and Rico where very informative all throughout and where very chatty and made us and the group laugh multiple times! Especially John as he was from the same area we are and we had a bit of banter with him haha! The tour group was the right amount of people, didn't struggle to get views to take photos. Would happily do the tour again as it was very enjoyable! P.s. My mum said thankyou for the halloween sticker haha! XD
We all had a great time on the stadium tour, even our 3 year old. The new stadium is very impressive. Our tour guides were Gail and Ed, both of who were fab! They made the tour really enjoyable and were very knowledgeable and passionate.
Did the stadium tour yesterday, was an amazing experience, the guides were so lovely & very knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable, our party included not just everton fans, but villa, Birmingham, West brom & wolves fans and they all said they absolutely loved it. I/we highly recommend this tour, you won't be disappointed
We had a truly amazing time. Dave and Derek are both very knowledgeable about the club and its history with a bit of humour thrown in. They interacted with everyone on the tour and made everyone feel extremely welcome (even the solitary Liverpool fan).😄 My mum was escorted upstairs in the lift by Derek. I had the honour to press the button to start the Z Cars theme and I really enjoyed that. It is an experience I would recommend to anyone even if it is just to see the magnificent stadium. A massive thank you to Dave, Derek and Everton Football Club for a very memorable time.
The guided tour of the stadium we went on was fantastic. The guide’s enthusiasm and love of the club was infectious. The new stadium is great and we will be going to more matches in the coming season but this peak behind the scenes was a rare treat. All the staff are true ambassadors for Everton Football Club. Up the Toffees!
Fantastic tour, amazing value for money and great to see the new grounds. John and Tony were so friendly and full of interesting facts about the history of Everton. Would recommend!
I took my mum who’s an EFC fan was a season ticket holder ! Mum is 84 & managed the whole tour walking Tony & Bob were both amazing good fun & told a great story of Everton’s history & the surrounding area I would definitely recommend this tour
We'd echo the very positive comments in previous reviews - in particular our guides, Jamie and Derek, provided a great blend of information, anecdote and humour. If we have one niggle it would be that we would have found some information about attending a match really useful, e. g. where to park or how best to get from Lime Street station etc - practical stuff really. Just to add - the tour is very wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair friendly
Nice visit with a small group approx 12 persons. Guides were really friendly (even if you are supporting another team even the one that play in red in the same city 😂) and comprehensive (Scouse accent can’t be difficult to understand but no problem here)! Beautiful stadium, nice experience and top guides (Tony and Bob?)
Alan and Sophie were brilliant guides, very knowledgable and lots of historical facts. Particularly like the banter re the other team in Liverpool who's name seems to escape me! Very impressive stadium, I haven't done a football tour before and enjoyed every minute with my partner. Up the toffee's!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stadium Tour – A Must for Everton Fans! We went on the Hill Dickinson Stadium tour today and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Having been to games at the ground before, it was great to experience the stadium from a completely different perspective. Visiting when it’s empty gives you the opportunity to take everything in properly, explore areas you wouldn’t normally get to see on a matchday, and really appreciate what an incredible stadium it is. A special mention to our tour guides, Alan and Sophie, who were both brilliant. They were funny, entertaining and really informative, sharing plenty of interesting facts and stories along the way. They made the whole tour enjoyable and engaging, and their enthusiasm really added to the experience. The stadium itself is absolutely stunning, and the behind-the-scenes access gives you a real appreciation of the facilities and everything that goes on away from the pitch. Whether you’re a lifelong Everton supporter or simply a football fan who enjoys visiting different grounds, I would highly recommend this tour. Even if you’ve been to games at the stadium before, it’s well worth doing! Thanks to Alan and Sophie for a brilliant tour and a great day out. Up the Toffees!
Great experience very detailed stories about Everton’s history and a great day out with the family of supporters and great tour from Sophie and Allan
It was Brilliant alan and sophie were excellent with guiding us around the stadium thanks very much ! UP THE TOFFEES
Just had a great, fun tour with the true Evertonians Derek and Paul! Great banter and loads of knowledge that made it feel personal and special. So good to understand a match day from the players experience and to have that insight of what is happening behind the scenes when I'm stood in the stands. Great value for money and unrushed. Up The Toffees!!!
Sofie and Alan were very helpful and I learned a lot of things about Everton. I think that is one of the best tours I have ever been to! Thank you so much Alan and Sofie!
We had the best day , fantastic experience. Only 3 of us on our tour and Ed the tour guide was exceptional. He made it personalised as much as possible , extremely knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all . The sun shone for us which was lucky I guess but thanks Ed , you made it the best experience for us
Excellent day from arrival to leaving .Tony and Bob made the tour very helpful and friendly.
We had a very enjoyable tour of the new (and impressive!) Hill Dickinson stadium. Both the size of the group (about 20-25 or so of us) and the duration of the tour (about 90-100 minutes) was just about right. However, what made the tour really interesting was the quality of our guide, Mark, ably assisted by Pico. Mark is very knowledgeable, has a good stock of fun stories up his sleeve, and we enjoyed his gentle, amusing digs at their Red neighbours, too! All the staff we came across that morning were friendly, courteous, welcoming and helpful. The tour included visits to both the home and away changing rooms, and also an entry to the ground through the players' tunnel, to the tune of Z-cars - which was good fun! All in all, well worth doing and very good value too! Book - and go!
Fantastic tour- interesting, fun and insightful. Our tour guides were Gayle and Fiko who were very knowledgeable, passionate and fun! Highly recommend
Excellent day, from start to finish. The car park attendants were very friendly and helpful. Very warm welcome, Our tour guides Jamie & Sophie were excellent, knowledgeable, very interesting & fun. They made the day special. It was my 70th & it was the best present I could wish for. I would recommend this tour to anyone, who ever they support.
Amazing tour for husbands birthday, Sophie and Jamie were excellent, full of knowledge, and really down to earth, such a good day highly recommend
Amazing , couldn’t recommend it enough even if your not an Evertonian it’s a great experience.
Alf & Bob were brilliant guides. Professional, funny, entertaining & knowledgeable.
We did the hill Dickinson tour on Sunday 18thoctober (130tour)our guides were fiko(he was good but couldn't understand him sometimes)&MARK he was FANTASTIC very funny &whitty & knowledgeable
Brilliant tour of a magnificent waterside iconic building. Great guide...John
Wonderful stadium, definitely the most modern i ve ever been
First of all our 2 tour guides were unbelievable and first class absolutely a credit to the club. The tour itself was sadly highly disappointing. There is no trophy room to see, where have all our trophies gone? Second of all no visit to the premium boxes or upscale seats. Lastly but not least, this could be any ground in Europe. Huge blank walls that just look cold and bare. Nothing Everton about it. The seats are just blue again could be any stadium in Europe. This needs sorting out it’s a huge discredit to the fans and to the club which has so much history. Sort it out Everton !!
