The Nadler Liverpool(ex Base2stay Liverpool)

I recently stayed at The Resident Hotel in Liverpool on an unplanned extended stay and cannot recommend it enough. From phoning to make my booking, to departing, I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff and housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly. The rooms are a good size and absolutely spotless, and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchenette is a nice touch and neatly hidden behind cupboard doors. The rooms are triple glazed and the room remained perfectly soundproofed, even though the hotel is near bars/clubs. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable.

Stayed here for 2 nights, location is excellent for Liverpool city centre. Very clean modern hotel. Rooms have mini kitchen area with fridge, nespresso machine, microwave. Utensils and plates, glasses etc. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I booked a triple room for 3 adults but the single bed was like a camp bed! Not a proper length single bed, was a bit disappointed, my 5ft 6ins tall daughter was too tall for it! Would still recommend the hotel

They were doing complimentary drinks between 6-7, which coincided nice for when we arrived. Staff verg friendly, kind and willing. Room was ground floor and bed right next to window so kept knocking the blind in the night. Though room was very comfy, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. A lot of great shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

We stayed as a family of four with teenagers in one of the four bed rooms. Lovely and clean. Really quiet considering where the hotel is. The secondary glazing works really well and air conditioned so perfect temp. Bathroom very clean. Good water pressure and high quality complimentary cleaning stuff. Wished we looked for hotels like this year's ago rather than Premier Inn family rooms
