What a little gem of a place. Street a little noisey but it was the weekend of firework final. No parking but plenty of car parks available in walking distance. Rooms were comfortable with nice little touches. Hospitality was excellent so friendly and welcoming. The price was good the place was clean. The room we had was a little cramped but most in blackpool are. One of the best we stopped in for a while. Ideal place for a short getaway. Perfect.

Ok, nice welcoming staff, excellent location, good prices, rooms could do with a little tlc, duvet had stains on it, also holes, ripped etc, mattress had stains on it, room had not been dusted for a week or so, bathroom was OK, clean, tidy, no towels???, however if you ask they will supply, I didn't know this until later, went to poundland to buy some. Fairly quiet at night, apart from late night revellers, and seagulls at 4am, but I did have the window open as it was quite warm. Breakfast is extra cost, however we went to the local spoons nearby. Its OK, I would probably return if nothing else was available.

Booked this family run guest house for ourselves and our grandson. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing, everything was hot and delicious. Paula and her mum keep you entertained, with their taste in music. The room was clean and warm, with en-suite facilities. All in all, we will definitely go back and stay with them.

Went there for few nights with my dad ages ago. Fantastic place and loved their Westie dog (belong to the previous owner) and their Elvis themed bar! They made fantastic breakfast! Guess it's changed now as the hotel got different owners. Maybe we will visit there again (this time it will be me and my wife)....
