Lovely stay and sure we will be back with grandchildren right by the beach and only 20 minutes walk into Prestatyn. Staff really helpful and accommodating food good and whilst not a huge menu what’s on it is great Spa lovely and pool warm ( which other hotels had the same!) and sauna whilst smallish good. Overall lovely short stay would recommend

Wonderful staff! Thanks to Joanne on reception, who, from my telephone booking, throughout our stay and in her follow-up call upon our return home, did everything she could to ensure a very happy stay. Sue and Clare, who looked after us at breakfast, were so efficient, helpful and professional and, importantly, were friendly and approachable. Breakfast choice was superb! Lou, in the dining room, looked after us impeccably. We had a spacious bedroom with a sea view. Wonderful! A little down point: the Sunday lunch was not terribly tasty, though substantial, and 15 tiddlers of whitebait for £12 made for an expensive and paltry starter. Much better to serve by weight than counting the number of whitebait given how much they can vary in size. Overall, as the above shows, we had a very happy, comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing stay at 'The Beaches'. October was a perfect time for peace and quiet. We probably wouldn't enjoy the Summer months. Possibly too busy and noisy for us, given how children seem to enjoy running around in the restaurant these days! And that, is not the hotel's responsibility but it was a bit of an irritation during a couple of mealtimes. So .... 5 stars. Excellent. Thank you! And, we'd love to return!

Third floor corner room had awesome sea views from 3 windows. Absolutely stunning. Plus blackout blinds. Staff very friendly, food great, though be prepared to spend a long time over meals (great for unwinding). Very clean. Very accommodating. Also great for functions such as weddings or conferences.

Found The Beaches Hotel and Spa from a quick Google search for a relaxing hotel near the beach. How glad am I that the result came back with this hotel and spa. The Booking process direct with the Hotel and Spa was very impressive the booking team thought of everything even a birthday card for my Partner. I was advised on best times to have our Spa treatments with booking into the hotel and you're kept updated throughout via email. On arrival reception staff were amazing very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. This went for all staff throughout our short stay each and every member of staff went above and beyond and could not do enough for you, they make the hotel and spa !!. The Spa team were again as all the other staff lovely, went through everything with you, gave you a full tour of the facilities I would highly recommend grabbing some treatments whilst here. The room wow !! The sea view was immense, being able to lay on your bed and watch the sea come in and go out just took the stay to the next level. Only slight niggle was the shower was a little small, but I'm a big lad, so not their fault haha, the room was lovely and clean and everything you need thought of. The restaurant my god I would travel here just for that alone, the food was amazing. Cooked fresh, great portions, tasted amazing with quality ingredients. We were going to eat here once and travel around, but we ate here every meal time and each time never disappointed. Again, staff were fantastic service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, but a massive massive well done to the cooks/chefs you perfected every meal. The hotel is literally located right next to the beach, within a few steps you're on beach, you can sit and eat your meal watching the sea or sit outside and listen to the waves the height of relaxation. The hotel had a few events on too whilst we were there, was so nice to see it so busy, and what a fantastic backdrop, location to hold your function with the service to go with it. So I would definitely recommend this to all! kids are welcome too which was lovely to see, we will definitely be back with ours, any excuse for another visit. No wonder you have so many returning customers. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay the best, we will definitely be back. You should all be so proud of the jobs you do for the hotel and Spa, its you that makes the place run and thrive. Well done you've got it spot on. See you very soon ....
