Had a great stay here the upgrade to a suite was very pleasing. Only thing I didnt like was breakfast...it was a bit of a bun fight and the bacon and eggs were tasteless and undercooked The beans were cold and the toasting machine mot working properly. If you want a quiet clean dining area avoid peak times...poor staff were run off their feet.
The reception staff were warm and welcoming, the check in was smooth. There was a personalised welcome message and pleasant music playing on the TV when I entered the room which was a really lovely touch. The room looked beautiful when I entered and was very well equipped with kitchenette and basic crockery/utensils/pans, even a dishwasher. It was very clean, the temperature was easy to control, I could open the window and the bed was really comfortable. The location could not have been better, across the plaza from the conference centre I was attending. My ony criticisms are the weak shower pressure, and cheap mattress protector which meant I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. It would also be nice to have a restaurant on site as all the restaurants next to the hotel were inexplicably closed at 6.45pm on a Monday night. I ended up ordering via Uber Eats but they took 50 minutes to deliver which was disappointing, it would have been nice to have other options. There is a pantry at the hotel but I was not impressed by the options available for purchase which were also hugely overpriced.
Great mini apartments hotel. We had a fully equipped kitchen in our suite. Including cooking facilities fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher. All crockery and pans and pots. So definitely can self cater. The bedroom is clean and spacious the bathroom is luvely with shower over the bath. All toiletries supplied and of great quality. Nice lounge with sofa bed that can sleep 2 more. The location is spot on. Minutes walk from the docs and the city centre. Just behind the M&S arena so ideal for gigs. Great cooked and continental breakfast is included and they cater for special dietary requirements, you need to ask. For us it was a great stay
Stayed here for one night for our Anniversary. Close to the docks but it's a little walk and was a little hard to spot the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The rooms were lovely and clean and had a nice view of the wheel and had everything you needed. Bed for lovely and soft but could do with one soft pillow too. Great that we could connect our Netflix to the tv too. Would stay here again.
