Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff and service. I had booked a non-refundable room for my mum's 85th birthday but she fell ill before and was not able to make the original booking dates. However, Anna, the manager, was incredibly understanding and allowed me to rebook the room a couple of months later when I knew my mum was healthy enough to travel. My mum was over the moon not to miss out on this beautiful hotel. I travel frequently for work and have never had such an easy and lovely experience dealing with a very stressful situation. I cannot express my thanks enough. Absolutely outstanding service. Can't wait to rebook in the future.

This place would be perfect if not for one thing which I’ll get to later. Firstly, the location and the staff are wonderful, can’t be faulted at all, in fact the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The location couldn’t be any better, the beach and local attractions are literally across the road. Parking in the little drive is charged at £10 a night which is a little exorbitant considering it’s a third of that on the street for 24 hours but I was happy to pay it to ensure the security of my car. Breakfast is plentiful so if you’re a hungry person you’ll be fine. My one and only issue with this place is that there is ABSOLUTELY NO SOUNDPROOFING between the rooms and you CANT GET ANY SLEEP for the constant stomping of feet of the guests above you. Certainly, the main purpose of any hotel is to provide you with the means to rest. This hotel does not and so I travel onwards home to get a good night’s sleep after paying £150 a night to be tortured… I’m so damn tired!!!

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good facilities in the room. Maybe a lick of paint and grouting in bathroom (Room 1) just feels like it needs updating. Rooms cleaned daily and coffee etc replenished. Overall, a lovely stay in a nice location.

Clean rooms, free upgrade to sea view. Continental breakfast only not ideal for us golfers but that only gripe. Bathroom was a bit tight but a week placed and reasonable priced hotel for a night
