Malmaison Liverpool

Love this hotel!! Always my go to when in Liverpool. Location is superb, just a shot walk from the Liver building. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. The only criticism would be that I feel that they should partner with the NCP/parking next door amd get 10% off if you are staying for example. Would be great perk as parking is expensive.

Room 625 with view The staff at the reception desk is superb. Well done guys you know what hospitality means. The room is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. It's a coming back for sure. Location is good with 6min walking distance from the chaos of the centre. Shame there is not parking convention.

Overnight stay as we were attending a concert at the nearby arena. Lovely rooms, great decor. Bathroom was fab. Very comfy twin beds. Water available in a small fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included: great choice of continental and hot, cooked breakfast meals. Tasty full English.

Pretty dissatisfied with this hotel. We decided to spend the weekend in Liverpool and wanted to stay somewhere that looked quite funky and up-market. We decided to upgrade and the highest we could upgrade to was the club room. Unfortunately the room was not good, the shower was feeble and tap on the shower came off, the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and grout missing. The toilet didn't flush properly and it looked like the room needed a good clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were all clean and crisp. We opted for the restaurant in the hotel for dinner. The food was good and the staff are all pleasant. We did mention the disappointment in the room quality and they offered a slight reduction on the price but couldn't offer a room swap. All in all I think the hotel photography for the website is fantastic as what we got compared was not true to advertising. Again the staff were great and pleasant however we will not stay at Malmaison again and probably would stay at a Radisson instead.
