Overall, I had a good stay. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy, and everything else went smoothly. My only issue was the bathroom. Our room had an accessible bathroom for disabled guests. While I understand the importance of having accessible rooms, as a tall person I found it quite difficult to use because the sink was very low and quite small. I’m not sure if all the rooms have the same bathroom layout or if it was just our room, but it was the only downside of my stay. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

Really great hotel. Super location, could drop our bags and easy check in/check out with doing it online. They have machines to collect your card for your room and your emailed when your room is ready (ours was ready earlier than check in time which was great). Super friendly staff and clean rooms. Comfortable beds, great views, has tea and coffee amenities. No complaints!
I would highly recommend this hotel in the centre of Liverpool. The location was so good and we used the king car park as it was only £10 for 24 hours so def worth using that! There was so much we loved about this hotel. It has mugs for drinks not the half cups they usually have in hotels. The shower was perfect, bathroom had a huge mirror and was extremely clean. There was an iron and ironing board, my husband usually has to request one and they only normally let you keep it for a few hours but this was there immediately. 2 extra pillows were also already there. Lastly, the self check in and check out online saved so much time. We didn’t have the breakfast as this seemed a little pricey so can’t comment on that but overall a fantastic stay and we will be back!
This hotel is ideally located for central Liverpool. Just a few minutes away from Albert Dock, the Liver Building and Museum of Liverpool. The room was spacious and clean, with modern fittings. Plenty of sockets and provided water & tea/coffee etc. Great shower fitted with overhead and hand held sprays, with provided gels. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast is buffet style, with plenty of choice for hot and cold food. The breakfast staff kept the tables cleared and cleaned as guests had breakfast. Staff whom I had contact with were friendly and helpful, whilst being professional. In summary, this is a great hotel to use for a break in Liverpool, clean, modern and good value. Recommended.
Stayed at the Maldron whilst attending a conference. I normally stay at the Pullman but decided to try somewhere different, and I was not disappointed. Centrally located with easy acess to parking at John Lewis. Fantastic food with great service. Lovely rooms and a comfortable bed. Nice rainfall shower, and soft towels. I particularly loved the casting option with the TV, it meant I could watch my Netflix series without interruption. The room also had tea / coffee making facilities, and lots of power sockets (wifi) plus a safe. My only gripe would be no fridges in the rooms, I missed not being able to have my collagen smoothies, which have to be kept refrigerated once made. But hey ho I was okay for a few days. Nice stay and would recommend.
