Unfortunately, didn’t meet expectations this time. The tap/basin had a stupid design that meant it sprayed the room (and the operator) with water when turned on. The air conditioning was noisy. The hairdryer was broken with fan mechanism exposed. One of the lights didn’t work, and the plaster where the shower head met the wall was crumbling away. The corridors smelled of a swimming pool, and one of the elevators didn’t work (leading to longer wait times during busy periods). Individually fairly minor things, but together a bit frustrating - not what I’d expect for £160/night. I’ve stayed at Hotel Indigo a few times but think I’ll try elsewhere in the future. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the location was good, and the hotel provides a discount on parking.

Lovely hotel extremely clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff helpful and go out of their way to help. Breakfast is amazing and plentyful. Great location no noise. Close to city centre. We will definitely return to the Indigo. Definitely 10/10
There were some complications with our bookings, but the receptionist, Ali, sorted everything. She handled everything really well, was calm, polite and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again just because she made the stay so smooth.
It was my 2nd visit to Hotel Indigo and I have got to say it didn’t disappoint. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is trendy and very clean, the beds were comfy and it was a pleasure to stay in our room. The bar staff member helped me chose a beer as I was unsure what to have and I had a gorgeous banana flavoured beer which I highly recommend. The breakfast was sublime and all in all we had the most memorable time and we will certainly be making a trip back there in the near future. The location is perfect for shopping and it’s also 5 mins to the docks. Absolutely fabulous hotel.
Wonderful two night stay (Friday, Saturday). Very pleasant and helpful staff - consistently professional and went above and beyond to make our weekend relaxing and hassle free. Room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious (vegan options available), location was within comfortable walking distance of the city centre and the river. Parking was right around the corner and the hotel had a deal for parking so it wasn't too expensive. Hotel itself was truly nice inside, lovely sitting areas and bar. Would definitely stay again!
