I stayed here the weekend just past and I was nervous from mixed reviews so though I’d leave one to reassure others. Accommodation was great, there was a slight issue with a fire alarm in our apartment when we checked in and upon contacting the team someone arrived within MINUTES to look into it and provide a solution. Communication has been great before check in and after where I have followed up regarding deposit refund. Apartments were clean and all amenities were as described. Thank you!

My husband, our 14-year-old son, and I recently embarked on a spontaneous adventure to Liverpool for Comic Con, and we couldn’t have been more delighted with our choice of accommodation! We booked a one-bedroom apartment, complete with a sofa bed, for a two-night stay through Booking.com, all thanks to its prime location near the event. Having never set foot in Liverpool before, we felt incredibly lucky to find such a gem. Here’s why I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments. 👍 Location, Location, Location. Talk about being in the heart of the action! The apartment was right in the center, surrounded by an array of shops, pubs, and every type of cuisine you could dream of. Plus, getting to the docks for Comic Con was just a quick five-minute taxi ride away. 👍 Unbeatable Cost. For a central location, the price was surprisingly affordable, especially since we were staying over a bustling bank holiday weekend. 👍 Top-Notch Service. From booking to check-in, everything was handled with friendly efficiency. Any questions we had were answered promptly, which made the experience that much smoother. 👍 Feeling Secure. Safety was clearly a priority here. Both the apartment and external doors were accessed via codes, and the owners had strict security policies in place, including the requirement for photo ID. 👍 Spotless Cleanliness. The apartment had recently been refurbished, exuding a sleek style and was immaculate from top to bottom. It was a pleasure to return to such a tidy space after a long day. 👍 High Spec Finish. Spacious and modern, this apartment had everything we could possibly need for a comfy stay. 👍 Functional Perks. With free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and no hidden fees, it felt like a home away from home. As someone with a disability, I always pay close attention to accessibility issues, and I’d like to share a few observations that might be important for others: ♿ Parking Challenge. Unfortunately, there’s no on-site parking, not even for those with disabilities. The busy area made even quick drop-offs tricky. ♿ Nearby Car Parks. While there are reasonably priced car parks close by, they could be quite a trek for those with mobility challenges. ♿ Stairs to Access. Most of the apartments are only accessible by stairs, and ours was located on the top floor with no lift. For anyone with mobility issues, this could be quite a hurdle. ✨In conclusion, these apartments are exactly as described, making them an excellent choice for anyone seeking a central stay in Liverpool. We genuinely look forward to returning in the future!
This hotel is a big scam. We had a very bad experience. We had accidentally booked a hotel somewhere else that we wasn’t going to be, and we asked them to give us all our money back, but the hotel denied it they didn’t pay a single penny. It was £325 many times Expedia had asked the manager Nikki, but she didn’t do anything about it and she kept refusing to give us the money back .they scam us by taking our money, and if you want a cancellation they will won’t give you money back they don’t listen to your feedback many times explain to them that I was an Internet error, but still would refuse to give us the money back we have also attached the email so you can see what she said poor and very bad hotel management and rules and regulations so please be care full to book this hotel you will get scam and loss your money
The apartments are comfy and modern, heating is hard to fathom. No frills like you get in other apartments (such as tea, coffee, milk, water, soap etc) and you have to jump through hoops to stay there - photo ID of every person staying, which they tell you is a law for keyless properties (it isn't, I checked) and they asked for credit card details on a message which is very unsafe!
No heating working, had a little plug in heater which did nothing. Considering the amount paid to stay and they have not long opened think all this would be sorted before let people stay
