Lovely stay here very friendly hosts will definitely be back room 7 door was open and I fell in love 😻 will definitely be booking this room next time. Location was great 5 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was amazing the best vegetarian breakfast well presented and delicious 😋 The only downside for us was we only had a free view tv not a smart tv .
Excellent communication whilst booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival. Personally i didn't find the accommodation to my taste, whilst listed as boutique - it felt "dated" rather than "boutique" in my opinion. The rooms were clean and simple, although the double bed in the family room creaked with movement. Breakfast was fantastic quality and cooked perfectly - a nice choice of cereal, fruit and yogurts too. The lady serving breakfast was very nice and friendly. The service from all staff we spoke with was outstanding.
Only stayed 3 nights but had such a wonderful time, made more so by staying at Bryn Woodland House. The room was spotless, breakfast was first class, The staff very nice. Bus to Llandudno or Rhyl only two minutes walk away, lovely beach five minute walk. Would i stay here again, that is a yes 100%. Thank you for a happy stay,
We had a lovely one night stay. It was quick and easy to find on foot from the railway station. Very close to everything. The owners greeted us very warmly. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. We were offered fresh milk for the hot drinks available in our room. Soaps and little toiletry extras were in the bathroom along with lots of clean white soft towels. The room was quiet and had a fan which was handy as it was hot weather. The breakfast room was so delightful and bright to sit in. So much thought and love had gone into everything even down to the sweet whimsical salt and pepper sets all different on each table. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices on the breakfast menu. We left knowing we would definitely be returning. Thank you for looking after us so well.
From the time of reservation to the day of leaving I believe we had first-class service from Joel, Tracey and their house staff. The house is in a pleasant location and access to coastal locations is easy. The house upon entering was clean and fresh, the reception by the hosts was warm and welcoming. The room was very pleasant and styled along with the usual complimentary facilities one might expect today. The dining room was bright with pleasant decor, and the menu and the food serve was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. In Colwyn Bay, it's the place to stay!
