Blackpool Football Club Stadium Hotel, A Member Of Radisson Individuals

Could not marl this place any higher unfortunately. The rooms are huge in comparison with any I have stayed in in the past. Extremely clean and comfortable. As a lone female it feels very secure and staff have alwqys been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately staying because of work is the only down side and thats not their fault. I would gladly stay here whenever I had to visit this area for any reason.

I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights on the back end of the bank holiday weekend. On the first night there was a problem with our room, however I have to call out Taylor on reception who went above and beyond to put this right for us. There was nothing that could be done on the first night as the hotel was full but she made sure to move me to another room as soon as she possibly could. She planned in our new room which she also kindly upgraded us and left a handover for the morning staff to clean that room first. Our second night was absolutely wonderful and we would love to return. Thankyou to all of the staff involved in turning what started out as a negative experience into a positive one x

We get there 26 July 2026 It’s been booked at few months ago directly with Radisson member rates, At Radisson Blackpool Fc hotel We have been Looking forward to this holiday as it has been 2 years since we had a break and we have been to this hotel before which was an enjoyable experience. Great looking football club, I really hope they get promoted as it would be great for the town. Booked ourselves in Put car reg number on machine Paid £595 for five nights with breakfast for two adults, Got room key for 123 at 3pm on the first floor. Noticed the room door handle slightly stiff from the inside but shut no problem. The Room was tired looking, Twin beds, We both packed our clothes away and we were bloody exhausted after the journey, and we had no energy left in the tank. What we notice Broken foot on bed, tatty looking bed with the mattress protector hanging by one elastic band as we had to remake the bed and realise both single Mattress sheets don’t fit on the single bed in this twin room. We were Told by the reception when I walked back 30 minutes later to tell her about some of the issues we were having , she said that’s how it is we don’t have sheets that fit the single beds only the double beds. Scratches on wall, missing side drawer. Kettle still had old water in it half full, so I didn’t have any hot drinks all week in the room. No welcome waters, the receptionist said there should be 2 bottles in the room for new arrivals, did not know this but after she told us I thought thanks for making us feel more unwelcome. Burn hole in the bath Holes in the blind Good black out curtains. But first generation double glazing you could hear everything outside cars, horses, dogs barking like we left the windows open The room door looked like it’s been kicked in few times from the inside Closing the door from the outside bloody impossible With one hand hold the card to wait for the door lock sensor to go green with the other hand try to force down the handle to lock the door? often took 5 10 attempts to do it told reception dtold her we have already unpacked we both have disability’s. So on Monday after 5pm looked in our room nothing has happened concerning the door handle, walk back to the reception to find out It was a lie. The reception told me on that evening she had email from maintenance and won’t be done until Friday when we have left and there is no rooms left, I told her how is that fair, also to told her the hot breakfast is cold Also I told by assistant manager that there would no renovations at the hotel as the football club need the money. Sticky carpet floor every time to step up to the wardrobe. Dust in the wardrobe. The breakfast one of my favorite meals on holiday but here it was bloody awful. Clean restaurant good bar service But tired breakfast staff Monday. Burnt bacon hard to chew cold, Sausage warm to hot Fried eggs cold, beans slightly warm mushroom from a tin horrible, Hash browns cold to warm, dark nearly burnt croissants Tuesday. Tried again the same as Monday told the restaurant staff but not nothing Wednesday. Tried again The same as the days total waste of Money and time. Thursday. I asked the server we need more fried eggs I was hopeful freshly cooked,But no, He opened the cupboard below the hot plate to pick out fried eggs that’s been in there for over 40 minutes and they were cold. Told the female server about the cold food she said would you like me to asked the chef for 4 runny eggs and 2 new hash browns I said yes What came back back was 2 overcooked fried precooked eggs on a greasy wet hash brown but steaming hot for my wife which she couldn’t eat. And two greasy over cooked hot fried eggs which I couldn’t eat. Well done they made it more worse how can you mess up eggs. Friday. Did not try any hot breakfast items Had a dark croissant and banana. Made complaint on Wednesday told this will be investigated but was ignored then I was told to wait until Friday morning but was ignored again so checked out without an apology or answer So when you go lower your expectations.

Stayed here while on business in the town. Brilliant value; room was clean and well equipped with very comfortable bed and ice cold aircon, which was a welcome relief given the hot weather. I had evening meal and breakfast and both were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be staying again when in town.
