Room size is big enough looking at the room facilities provided. Shower's water pressure needs to be improved. The day shift receptionist (male) needs to be more welcoming. I prefer the other guy (with glasses) in the evening shift. The front entrance lack of hotel's signages. But the entrance to Liverpool Central underground is just right in front, which is very convenient. Night time you will hear some noises from the street (some guys talking loudly), but everything went quiet after 11pm.

Great location not far from the train station. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Great room set up with mini kitchen and large bathroom. I would recommend taking you're own toiletries as the soap, shower gel and shampoo are all in one and had a very strong pine smell and made my skin very dry. I also wish the window could open ever so slightly because our room was a bit stuffy. It didn't have a smell it just needed some fresh air. Very minor thing that would have improved our stay but it will not prevent us from going back.
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The rooms and suites are very well-equipped, comfortable, and well-maintained, significantly enhancing the quality of your stay. An additional advantage is the hotel gym, which allows active guests to start the day right and stay fit even while away. I would like to extend special thanks to Piotr and his team for their incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional service. Their approach to guests makes you feel truly cared for and welcomed. Definitely a place worth returning to!
Stayed at Adagio Liverpool and had a great experience. It’s very close to Liverpool Lime Street Station and within a 20–30 minute walk to most attractions and places you’d want to visit. Before arrival, I emailed to ask if we could leave our bags until the room was ready, and Lucia responded very quickly. When we arrived, Lucia was very professional and recognized me as an Accor Gold member. Thank you, Lucia, for your professionalism! Housekeeping also did an amazing job — the room was very clean. The cabinets were unfortunately not in the best condition, but everything worked properly. Check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff thanked us for staying, and overall the service was excellent. Definitely a great place to stay, and I would happily stay here again.
I always book the Adagio aparthotel because of the brilliant location close to shopping, bars and restaurants as well as Central train station being on the doorstep. I have been coming to the Adagio for almost 10 years and in that time I have noticed a slow decline in the upkeep of the rooms. Last time we stayed in December we were put into a small double room with no room to manoeuvre. We had to edge around the bed and for some reason there was an armchair in the room by the side of the bed taking up the majority of the space. The towel rail also didn't work as it wouldn't heat up. My recent stay, the room was spacious enough. However the shower wasn't draining properly so by the end of having a shower the tray was full of water and nearly spilling over through the door. Again the heated towel rail wasn't working and also I couldn't open the window to air the room in the morning. I stayed in room 312. Although my overall experience of staying at the Adagio is good, there are signs of wear & tear and I think that maintenance needs to be looked at. Ending on a positive, the staff are lovely, it's a fab location and I feel safe and secure whenever I stay here as a fob has to be used to get into the building and for using the lift. Plus the desk is manned 24/7.
