Cancelled my room with less than 24 hours notice and gave me some terrible excuse that there was an issue with some of their rooms. Weekend plans ruined. Don’t risk it and make sure you book somewhere else !! Awful customer service. Didn’t care at all that we had nowhere to stay.
My room was 30 degrees when the outside temperature was around 25 degrees. Unable to sleep. The air conditioning was constantly tripping, but even when working set to maximum cool was just pumping warm air into the room. Wholly unacceptable stay.
Comfortable and clean well priced hotel in a perfect location. Great staff too.
My daughter and I stayed here for 2 days and we loved this hotel. Our room was spotless, so thanks to Donna and housekeeping. Beds very comfortable great shower. Our breakfasts were top notch, really nice ingredients and well cooked. All the staff we met were so friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is far from being a 4star hotel. Maybe this is an average 3star. The room was tiny, with a small bed, not comfortable for 2 people. Cushions were not comfortable either. Breakfast was ok, from a la carte menu, we could only order one dish and even for an extra pouched egg we should have payed for it. In the room we couldn’t open the window for some fresh air, and it got very humid very easily after a shower. All together the value for money was poor, with these services 4 star is not guaranteed and definitelly doesn’t worth the money.
