Itinerary
Enjoy the ride along the Tagus River and the view of 25th April Bridge, inaugurated in 1966. It is often compared to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco (USA) because they are both suspension bridges of similar colour.
In no other place in the world, you can try Pastéis de Belém. It's a trademark and the original custard tart, from which all others Pastéis de Nata derive from. Invented by the monks who lived in Hieronymites Monastery, Pastéis de Belém are cooked in this pastry shop since 1837. With us, you skip the long line.
Be amazed by the Manueline architecture style of Hieronymites Monastery, built next to an important harbour for the navigators during Portuguese Age of Discovery. The construction of the monastery and church began in 1501 and was completed 100 years later. Is was classified as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.
Appreciate this beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site, built during the time Portugal became a big empire overseas. Belém Tower is a 16th-century fortification, that served both as a fortress and as a ceremonial gateway to Lisbon.
Located along the river where ships departed to explore and trade with India and the Orient, the monument celebrates the Portuguese Age of Discovery during the 15th and 16th centuries. It was built between November 1958 and January 1960 to celebrate the fifth centennial anniversary of the death of Infante Henry the Navigator.
The front building of this museum, like a wave of the Tagus River, is absolutely sublime. The Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology was open in 2016 and includes the thermoelectric power station nearby.

Arthur was a fantastic tour guide: friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to discuss or explain anything I asked about. He gave great advice about where to eat, where to shop, and where to go next.
We did a 2 hour tour of Belém with Arthur and we enjoyed it so much that we booked another tour of other areas of Lisbon with him the very next day! Arthur is so knowledgeable and very entertaining, if you can, request that your tour is with him!
Arthur was an amazing tour host! My family has never known more about Portugal until now!! The tour was incredible and full of energy! We couldn’t be more impressed!
It’s a great little tour and Arthur made the experience so enjoyable! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and had a great time :)
Fantastic insightful tour with Arthur. Learnt a lot about the city that we wouldn't have found out had we not been with an excellent local guide. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent! Lucas was friendly. Informative and enjoyed sharing the rich history of Lisbon. Very knowledgeable.
The tuk tuk was a perfect way to see the sites and monuments in Belém. Arthur knew so much about the history of Lisbon and was an engaging and entertaining guide. Highly recommend!
Excellent driver and a great historian, knowledgeable about all of details of Belém and the Monastery! Take a ride on this tuk tuk you won’t regret it!
We booked the Welcome to Belem Tour and received the customary confirmations and meeting place instructions. We were introduced to our guide who was very nice but after awhile we were wondering when we were going to see the attractions that were listed as part of the Belem tour. At that point our guide said that he wasn’t qualified to give us that tour and said that we had been assigned to him mistakenly. He was apologetic but at that point there wasn’t anything we could do about it.
Arthur was exceptional, very informative from a boots-on-the ground today's experience with a historical background context, insightful, helpful, engaging, patient, considerate, and no need for a microphone with solid English skills which helped us out greatly - exactly what we were looking for in our private tour. And the Tuk Tuk was immaculate, like new - very quiet unlike the others we have experienced, highly recommend.
Silvia was an outstanding guide, making our tour of Belém both engaging and informative. She shared fascinating historical insights while keeping the experience fun and interactive for our child. Her warmth and expertise made our visit truly memorable, and we highly recommend her to anyone exploring Lisbon!
There was 4 of us on this tuk tuk tour and we had a great time - our driver was so fun and shared lots of information with us about the best areas and gave us plenty of time to explore and take pictures at stops! Would highly recommend this tour
Tiego was a great guide. He made recommendations which were fantastic, and had lots of fun facts about Lisbon for us. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to Lisbon for the first or 10th time!
It was a tour full of history. It was very nice to listen all the stories Thiago told us!!! And the piasteis de nata were amazing
Relaxing and enjoyable tour with our guide Nelson who was knowledgeable and helpful. Would not reccommend his tour for someone with back issues or dizziness as roads are very rocky
Arthur Moura was the best tour guide ever! he tailored the 2 hours to suit our requirements. We saw most of the city in this time
Arianna our tuk tuk driver was the best. A great driver and great guide with perfect English. Was very knowledgeable about Lisbon. Was full of great recommendations. Thank you Arianna.
We had limited time in Lisbon and spent the morning wandering the hills of the old city, so to save our legs booked a Belem tour in a Tuk Tuk to catch those sites too. This worked out perfect. The company reached out to us ahead of the tour to confirm pick up location, which was appreciated. Our tour guide Thomas was excellent, he was prompt at the meeting spot, meet up went as expected, he spoke perfect English & was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and history. It was an excellent tour! We were also very happy when he offered to drop us off closer to our lodging, which saved us from more hills! Fun way to see the city! There are many options for Tuk Tuk tours in Lisbon & I was happy this choice was excellent!
Fantastic Tuk Tuk tour to the Belem Tower. Including the Pastel de Nata original also called Pastel de Belem. Possibly the best.
Arthur M. Was our tour guide and he was incredible! He was very knowledgeable, funny, and made the tour! He took us to places based off of our interests and timing. He was a great driver and is an amazing human! We had a blast and would 10/10 recommend doing any Tuk Tuk with this company while in Lisbon. The streets are very steep hills with slippery cobblestone so it was definitely the easiest and safest way to get around. After the Tuk Tuk, we were able to independently explore thanks to everything Arthur showed us. Obrigada for the great experience!
Great tour of the city with our very animated tour guide Tiago. Sadly I lost a large sum of money on our tour at some point. Highly Recommended

We loved the Sardinia Do Bairro tours! We had the most wonderful guide, Bianca! I would absolutely recommend taking the Tuk Tuks for shorter distances. We did two days and it was perfect - one city tour and one Belem tour. I would also recommend booking direct to save!

We had a lovely day with our guide Mário Faria. He really took his time and had a lot to tell us about the various sights. Our kids had a fun day as well. Taking us through the back entrance to get Pastel the Nata in Belem, skipping the long line was definitely a plus. The TukTuk was electric, which meant a smooth and quiet ride. Would definitely recommend!
