Tuk Tuk Lisbon Guided Tour! 100% Private & Personalized

The tour itself was wonderful! Rafael was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable about the entire city. My only complaint is that there was no communication ahead of time about the tour. I reached out the day before our tour to find out details about meeting time and place and nobody got back to me until just 2 hours before the tour. While the tour itself was great, the communication could definitely be improved.

Wonderful tour and guide, we had a lovely time. I loved the experience and the guide was extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend others to do a Tuktuk tour of Lisbon! Unfortunately very poor communication from the company regarding timing of the tour and pickup location. We had to follow up repeatedly to receive a response. They didn’t respond on TripAdvisor, we had to find a phone number ourselves and even then the response was initially slow. We didn’t have any details until very late the night before the tour! The day of the tour was well communicated and was a good experience.

Mario was our guide and we can’t recommend him highly enough! His historical and practical knowledge made us feel at home and was fascinating. Friendly and a lot of fun. We took the 4 hour tour and it’s a great way to see the city up close.

Car seats were brought, such an enjoyable way to see the town with kids. Our guide was amazing. Likely our favorite day.

We did the 15 minute excursion. Eduardo was prompt and professional. He offered us a few options to see the city of Lisboa but since we had other plans, we didnt take up his offer. The 15 mins went by fast. His Tuk Tuk was clean and tidy

While we really enjoyed the 4 hour tour of Lisbon and the company of our driver, I feel I need to mention that this city has mostly pebble roads and the Tuk Tuks have virtually no suspension. Two months later I am still experiencing intermittent pain on my tail bone. Strong advice, at least take a good rubber cushion as I had trouble walking the next several days.

Eduardo was quite knowledgeable and was able to bring Lisbon ancient & medieval history alive. He was able to answer our questions and then explain how these events happened and may have consequences today.

A wonderful guide in Felisberto Ribeiro, who drives for Tuk Tuk tours. 2 hours of conversation and information in Spanish and English. It's very entertaining. Very safe.

My husband and I decided to begin our trip with a 3 hour custom TukTuk tour in Lisbon. We both agree this was the best! Our driver, Pedro Sampaio, was so kind, knowledgeable, and flexible! He was able to accommodate our travel requests for pick up and drop off and gave us great recommendations for the city. He is also incredibly knowledgeable on the History of beautiful Lisbon. If you are heading to Lisbon, this is a must!!

This is a review for the back office, the vehicle, and office. When I booked I requested and they made the mistake of guaranteeing a specific tour guide. They later clarified that they can’t guarante only try their best, and that the tour guide we wanted was not available (he did not work on that day of the week). They apologized and after some investigation into the text exchanges with the booking team promised an extra experience in our Sintra tour (booked them twice) that did not materialize; so another broken promise. Also, they have multiple tour guides with the same name, which is confusing and possibly intentional. Our guide was kind and tried his best, but hard to hear when driving as he had no microphone. The quality of the guide was 6/10. Also, the vehicle was older and we sat facing each other, which was not ideal for the people who had to face backwards the whole time. We paid over $500 in USD and were expecting more. Overall, Lisbon is lovely and we all tried to be adaptable, but it was a stressful experience working with them. I would not recommend.

My husband and I have traveled all over the world in the past 40 years. This was by far the very BEST guide/driver experience we have ever had! Our TukTuk was wonderful and very informative with Eduardo. I was fortunate enough to sit in front of the deluxe Mercedes van with Pedro during our other days of touring. The Tuk Tuk guide was wonderful. We opted for a 1 hour tour. Because of the condition of the streets it was a very bumpy ride. We did this on our first day in Lisbon. It was a good way to see things from hills we didn't have to climb. If you have back problems, you might want to bring a pillow... I certainly don't blame the service for the condition of the roads.

Pedro Sampaio is AMAZING we were recommended from a friend and he was the best. We chose one of the three options for a tour, the one that took us near the water and to the pasteis de belem factory. 90 minute of history and fun and was a nice breezy ride. Thx Pedro!!!

Victor, our tour guide, was both hilarious and full of knowledge. We got a little lost trying to find him, but he was patient and kind. He brought the vibes and made the tour memorable. There was just my daughter and I, so it really was a personalised and private trip! Definitely recommend.

Mahiuddin Fahim was our driver. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his English was great. He drove safely and even grabbed us some warm Belheim tarts instead of standing in a queue of at least 20 people!

This was our first tuk tuk experience and Eduardo made it so memorable. Eduardo picked us up from our hotel and was very accommodating, especially with our two little kids. He customized our route, explained iconic sites, and provided historical details along the way. Our family enjoyed the journey and our kids loved this new mode of transportation. I took my mom to Lisbon for her to experience the joy of travelling. Among the few activities and adventures we participated in was the private Tuk Tuk tour around central (downtown) Lisbon. Our tour guide, Eduardo, was phenomenal! He was so generous with his impeccable knowledge of Portuguese history, even in the brief time we were with him. As someone who enjoys history, I appreciated that very much. He was also kind enough to stop by a basilica so my mom and I could briefly look around. Overall, we had an incredible time and would highly recommend this excursion! P.S. There are options with respect to the tours offered, as well as duration, which is great!

Artur was a great guide. He took us to great neighborhoods and was very knowledgeable about the city. His English was great also if you need an English guide. He even recommended a great Fada restaurant we enjoyed later that night. He picked us up right outside our hotel too.

Our guide Pedro was the best tour guide I’ve ever had! He answered all of our questions and shared so much interesting information. We did the Belém tour and he took us into the back of the Pastel de Belém factory where we got a special look at how they make them. Then he took us to the tower where we ate our delicious warm pastries while he shared more interesting historical facts. I really learned so much from him and he was so kind! THis tour was the best. THe drivers were on time and did a great job accomodating our dinner reservations at Lost In. We would definitely use Eduardo and his team again. I am in the process of becoming a travel agent and this team will be on the top of my list to recommend to see Lisbon. I was in charge of 14 guests and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed the drivers, their kowledge of the area and how we were treated.

Just a warning, beware of these, though we had two good tours, the first round Lisbon was very expensive and secondly in Sintra, though we were promised one and a half hours he gave us barely an hour!!!

What a great way to get a taste of Lisbon. Our tuk tuk weaved its way around so many of the city's beautiful landmarks and Pedro gave a fabulous commentary with fascinating facts and so much historical information. Lots of opportunities for photos and we even had time to pop in for a quick tour and a try of the famous Belem custard tarts! A perfect way to see the city.
